Have been coming on an annual basis for years. Friendly professional staff and excellent condo units. Highly recommended. There are plenty of activities on the island and the Princeville area is excellent for walking, golf and beaches. The pool and tennis facilities are very well maintained as are the units themselves. Very enjoyable stay.

Spent 6 nights in April with my wife. Had a studio room but would recommend to upgrade as very small not even sufficient room to put 2 cases on the ground although bathroom was big. Very clean but too tiny for anything other than sleeping. Staff helpful and friendly. Beautiful environment and scenery.

Really enjoyed the cottages and the cool breeze blowing through. Check in was good and friendly and the atmosphere didn't feel rushed at all. The island was fun to explore but what made the entire visit feel so relaxed was coming back to the room, opening up the sliding door and let the cool breeze flow in. Hearing the trees and birds was a feel good thing. Seeing the breath taking Waimea valley or the mini Grand Canyon was inspiring, eating the Kauai beef or Kauai shrimp felt good. And comi... We had a very good time here. The accommodation were great. We had a 2 bedroom condo. That gave us plenty of room and privacy. Our 2 year old grandson was along with his family. He woke up early everyday but he never disturbed us. Plus the unit was big enough to give him room to roam and play. The pool was great for him also.

We stayed for 7 days at the Ka 'Eo Kai and were very pleased. The staff was great. Kiami and Gena at the concierge did a great job giving us information and saving us money on our planned excursions. We had a 2 bedroom unit that was very spacious and clean. All of the units had recently been updated, so they were very nice. The pool and grill area were very well maintained. They even had Mai Tais from 3-6pm Fri-Sun, which was a lot of fun. I would highly recommend Wyndham Ka 'Eo Kai for ... Read more

Very good. Clean large 1 bedroom condo with microwave, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer etc for the same money you would pay for 3 start hotel room on kauai. Free shared gas BBQs, spa and swimming pool are a nice addition. 3 minutes drive to grocery store, 15 minutes drive to Hanalei and nearest beach. There's no beach in walking distance but since you probably rent a car anyway, it is not a problem. Free wi-fi was not bad and you increase speed for 5 bucks a day.

Very nice rooms, somewhat stuffy & humid on the day we arrived. The no air was a big minus but, the rest of the week was nice (a lot of rain). The Mai Tai's were a nice touch. We really liked the front office people especially the manager and the young guy in the afternoon. Great help with booking places around the island and the discount card was great. We went to the sister resort Bali Hai for bingo. We asked if we could use the work out room and were told for a $10 charge also they had ... Read more

I knew before staying here there was no AC in the units, but read with the trade winds and ceiling fans it wasn't necessary. That was a mistake! It was so hot and humid it was unbearable. When it rained it was ok. The "chickens" are wild and are all over the island. We were woken up to them at 3:30 am every morning because we had to have the windows open. We were not able to check into our room until 6pm after being told several times that check in was 4pm. We had to purchase dish soap, dishwa... Read more

The setting is great, location and units are nice. The exterior could use some maintenance, especially rotted boards on stairways. The local beaches, gardens and shopping nearby. Would consider staying again.

Looks like Wyndham has recently acquired this property. We arrived in darkness and finding the check in location was one thing and then finding the location of our unit was another. We were on second level which was fine, but there was not light at the door, using my smart phone we found the unit number. We were there in May which can be rather damp and humid. There is no AC in the most of the units. This is very clear in the resort info found on line. The problem is Wyndham makes no provision f... Read more

The room that we stayed in was recently furnished and was like a home away from home. It was a great family experience! The room was big and affordable. It was in a great location near the entrance of the resort and very close to the super market. My kids loved the spacious room and that we were so close to the pool. The bed was really comfortable which is a big plus because the beds at many hotels that I've stayed at either made my back sore or my neck sore. The staff were very friendly a... Read more

At check in I was asked to wait while the person checking me in called several people to tell them their room was ready. Then one evening I walked out the back door, and the door locked behind me. I went to the front desk and was told they could not help me, no one had a key, and that everyone had already gone home. I eventually got in, because a nice maintenance man broke in. They did not have keys to the back doors. Then on a stormy night there was a mirror on the counter. The wind knocked it ... Read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Princeville resort. The grounds were clean, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful as always. The pool was clean and not overly crowded; it overlooked the golf course. I highly recommend you stay here.

This was a very nice resort. We stayed in a two bedroom and two bathroom condo. The living room and the kitchen was very large. The bedrooms was nice size. We had a nice pool and grill area directly behind us . We used the grill several times. They were weber grills. The only issue we had was the check-in. They was very slow on getting our room ready. We requested a early check-in. That didn't work out ..

A Hawaiian vacation is usually an expensive investment for families.¬† It‚??s a vacation that sometimes takes a couple of years to save and pay for.¬† If you would like to use that money and rent a condo/timeshare that has NO AIR CONDITIONING, but that DOES HAVE geckos (lizards) that scurry and LEAVE THEIR DROPPINGS on your kitchen countertops, walls, floors and even ON YOUR BED (yes‚?¶your bed), then this is the PERFECT place for you! We saved for two years to afford our Hawaiian vacation.¬† A... Read more

The apartment had a lot of space and the location was very nice. However the apartment was missing some basic kitchenware making it difficult to cook... Also it was so noisy so we hardly got any sleep... We had a downstairs apartment and the noise from upstairs was really loud also the street outside the apartment was noisy and then a lot of roosters from 5 am in the morning...

We stayed a week at Ka 'Eo Kai. We did economize and booked a studio room. The room was a nice size and had a microwave and mini Fridge. The king sized bed was comfortable, and the bathroom a good size with walk in shower and tub. The place was clean and welcoming. House keeping came by once to provide fresh towels about four days into our stay. Wyndham does supply you with four beach towels, so one less thing to worry about packing. At first you feel a little bit in a fish bowl because there ar... Read more

No air conditioning so room ps brutally hot like a sweat house. Condo close to road so traific noise was a problem. The good news was there was industrial netting to stop the bugs from coming into the house. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young lady who initially told us she was there to help us to book events on the island but then it transpired only if we attended a time share presentation. Frankly pretty close to the last thing on the entire planet I wanted to do on a holiday. So an unplea... Read more

Value for money (via not that bad. You know what you get, a condo in a resort. Room (4 people with 2 bedrooms) was very spacious, clean and kitchen has all the amenities you require. Service was great I wouldn't go their for honeymoon, but as a stopover for 2 nights to visit the north shore this is good value for money.

This is a nice little condo complex in the midst of all the other condo complexes in Princeville. Pretty grounds over looking the golf course and the ocean in the distance. We were very pleased here, as we read the reviews and knew what to expect...asked for a room away from the road, were fine with no a/c, and didn't mind the roaming chickens that were on property...and all over the island. Don't go to Kauai if you are bothered by chickens! Only studios left when we booked...about the size ... Read more
