Adjacent to a postcard-perfect, sandy, crescent beach! FREE Parking! Enjoy breathtaking panoramic sunrises from a spectacular oceanfront location!
Just yards from the golden sands of Wailua sits the picture-perfect Kapaa, Kauai condo rentals at Lanikai Resort. It’s as if the gods carved out a spot here just for you. The amazing thing about the Kauai accommodations is that they are absolutely private, yet well within distance of all you want to see and do. Each of these spacious Kauai condo rentals offers an extraordinary vista of the ocean (many panoramic) and a lush garden setting that constantly reminds you that you’re in the tropics. Take it all in from your private lanai, over the dinner you whipped up in your kitchen. Since each room and suite at Lanikai Resort has each been individually furnished, it’s uniquely your own… even if just for a glorious moment in time.
What would you like to do? Venture out of Lanikai Resort and a day can consist of almost anything. Snorkel, dive, kayak, sail, or simply relax by the freshwater swimming pool and gaze out at Wailua Bay. While you’re right at one of the most beautiful Kauai beaches, you still may want to get out and explore the other Kauai beaches in the area. There are plenty, many offering spectacular views of the mountain ridge between Wailua and Kapaa. (The official name is “Nounou Mountain,” but locals call it “Sleeping Giant,” because it looks like the figure of a large man laying on his back.) Your Kauai accommodations at Lanikai Resort are also strategically positioned near a number of world-class golf courses, including the Garden Isle’s oldest, Wailua Municipal Golf Course. This beautiful 18-hole, par 72 Kauai golf course is frequently rated one of the top municipal courses in the United States. When hunger strikes after a day on the golf course, you won’t be disappointed. Some Kauai condo rentals are short on shopping and dining. Not so at Lanikai Resort. Plantation Marketplace is home to more than 70 Kauai restaurants and shops. And best of all, you can walk there.
Kapaa Town is a short drive and a must-do. Picture a quaint 19th-century plantation town where the streets are lined with interesting shops and other curiosities. As you stroll along, delicious smells lure you into cozy restaurants and eateries. Peruse the wares of local merchants and soak up Kauai’s kicked-back culture. Continued exploring could take you to the amazing “Waimea Canyon,” or inspire a picnic at Keahua Forestry Arboretum or near the river at Wailua River State Park. Visit Opaekaa Falls, or sacred sites like the Poliahu Heiau and Holo-holo-ku Heiau (easy for us to say). For a truly unique Kauai adventure, cruise up the Wailua River to a lava rock grotto while serenaded by Hawaiian musicians. From the spacious accommodations at Lanikai Resort, the options are endless.
