"We had great experience at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. The customer service was exceptional. The front receptionist greeted us with a refreshing island concoction and kukui nut leis. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the golf course and ocean. The pool was great my family enjoyed it very much. We were disappointed in the breakfast buffet since we'd heard that it was great to me it was okay, and overpriced at $32. Overall Ritz knows how to do it right. We intend on returning during our next visit.'"
"We had an exceptional experience at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. The service was great, the rooms were outstanding and we truly felt like this was a Five-Star Hotel. We reserved a Deluxe Ocean View Room. The wood floors told us that we were in a special facility. We were above the pools with a great view of the ocean from the lanai. Even though the hotel was a longer walk to the beach than we would have wanted, the hotel provided a golf cart to transport us, if we wished. The pool set up was superb. The cascading water from pool to pool was relaxing. We never had any problems getting a chair and beach/pool towels were provided any time we needed them. The fitness center was well stocked with good equipment. All of it was well maintained. We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast buffet since we'd heard that it was the best that some of our family had ever seen. It was okay, but a bit overpriced at $30 apiece. Overall, it was a good experience and we intend on returning during our next visit."
