tennis facilities - 8 ace rebound multiple surface courts. our pro staff is available to perform individual or group instruction, offer match-up service, or even arrange a tourament. hours of operation are 7 am - 9 pm reservations can be made only 1 day in advance golf facilities - hualalai golf course, an 18-hole per 72 course designed by jack nicklaus. for 10 years, starting in 1997, it will be the home of the pga senior mastercard tournament. a 14,000 sq ft golf clubhouse includes a pro shop, the club grill, men*s and women*s locker rooms, cart and bag storage and equipment repair. *** golf course will be undergoing an aerification process during this time the greens will not be at their prime. please advise all callers during these dates of travel. if playing golf is important to guest they may want to adjust their travel dates. please make note in in info *adv golf course aerification*. following dates golf will be undergoing aerifications feb 27 - mar 7 2007 2007 may 29 2007 - jun 9 2007 sep 18 2007 - oct 31 2007 2008 feb 26-mar 8 2008 may 27-jun 7 2008 sep 16-oct 31 2008 ** please advise all callers during these date of travel and make a note in comments adv golf course aerification ... health club and pools- *the sports club and spa* offer 15,000 sq ft of the latest and most popular equipment including stairmaster, lifecycle, treadmills, rowing machine, circut training, and free weights. use of the workout facility is complimentary for hotel guest. there is also man*s and women*s showers, private lockers and steam room. facility is equipped with toiletries hair dryers, etc., and will be used for early arrival and late departure guests. aerobics and aquasize classed are also offered. the following services are available at the spa - hair care, nail care, facial, body treatments and massage. pools - the resort featues a total of 5 uniquely shaped pools. chilled towels, ice water and evian spritz servi.

The Hualalai Sports Club and Spa is uniquely Hawaiian, reflecting the islands' aloha spirit. The lap pool, whirlpools, saunas, steam rooms and cold plunges are all set amidst tropical gardens. Exotic spa treatments or massage can be enjoyed in the open air, secluded behind bamboo screens. The locker facilities offer both indoor and outdoor showers. Kona International Airport
As you exit the Kona International Airport, turn left onto Highway 19 (also called the Queen Ka`ahumanu Highway). Travel north for 7 miles (11 kilometres), about 10 minutes, until you reach a third left-turn lane. You will see a lava rock wall with "Hualalai" written in white letters on the left-hand side of the road. Turn left and follow the paved road. The greeter will direct you to the Resort.
