**Re-Carpeting Project** Hotel Management announces that the Kona Reef Resort will be re-carpeting its exterior public walkways from 4/7/08 - 4/25/08. Carpet will be removed, flooring resurfaced and replaced with new carpet. In some areas (mainly the stairway landing areas) a non-skid decking material will be used. Work will only be done between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Hotel Management assures you that the staff at the Kona Reef will be taking all measures to minimize any inconvenience to guests during the project duration. "Really liked the ocean view room on the 3rd floor. Could use a new bed. Other than that condo was really nice and clean. It had most everything you needed including a washer and dryer. Good value for the money. Also good location, close to restaurants and Walmart. Nice sandy beach next door. I would go back there again."
