Only a block from Waikiki beach so it's close to restaurants and shops. The room had been refurbished and had a comfortable bed. We didn't use the sofa bed. The ocean view was minimal, with most of the view being the hotel in front of ours. Overall, we were happy with our stay. It was nice to have a refrigerator, microwave and electric tea pot. We would stay here again.

A 3 week stay cost $177 per night plus $25 per day to park your car and $15 per person per day for breakfast. None of which I was aware of till we arrived. So obviously no option but to pay these prices for what would be a budget hotel in Europe. Not impressed won't go back. As for the room very dated double glazing didn't stop the road noise and was generally not worth the money. Would not use again under any circumstances

Very good value for a great location one block away from Waikiki beach. However the rooms were average with only a mini fridge. Very good value hotel/resort restaurant for breakfast. I would rate the resort 3plus.

My initial room was horrible. There was black mold and spores growing from the ceiling. All was corrected after talking with management. Also George at the front desk is very polite and helpful to his ability. After the initial issue with the first room we were given a different room, a nicer room in my opinion. I don't believe paying to park in the garage or parking lot is very fair. With Waikiki, there is little to no parking. I feel like this is takin advantage of a situation that visitors ca... Read more

The room was small and the facilities definitely needed an overhaul. The dresser drawers were out of order (we made do) and the shower head had a hole where water shot out. My rating is average because not everything was bad, though. The location and staff services were good, and the free beach towel rental was a nice plus. In addition, they had Korean programming on TV which worked out for my Korean parents.

Upon check in, we were met by a very unenthusiastic agent to check us in. We were exhausted from traveling and were just married a few days prior. We weren't asked what brings us to Hawaii, how our trip in was, or anything of the nature. He was very blunt and seemed pre occupied with something else and did the bare minimum to check us into the hotel. I would have left it at that, but every time I went to the front desk the response was similar.

A nice hotel close to the beach and a very nice shopping area. The best with the hotel was the cleaning. I have nevear experiensed so fast and top cleaning of the room as under our stay in this hotel. All service personell was very nice and the foyer was hugh end delicate. Thr only negative was that it was very easy ot hear noice from the neighbours

We had a great stay at this hotel for three nights. The hotel is located just off the main street in Waikiki - right across from the beach. Perfect location! Free wifi in room and lobby. We checked in to a great room with a perfect view. (room 1014). Close to lots of great restaurants. A great burger place just up the street and across from the beach. Waikiki beach is just 2 minutes away from hotel. Much quite than beach side. We do not need to see beach, ocean all the time. The price is very reasonable compare to location. Only $10 pre day for wifi in room and beach towel. You can access easily to go trip to Hanauma Bay (Bus #22), 5 color tram.

I've never written a poor review so I feel a bit guilty, but this needs to be communicated so management can fix the issue. Great price and location but extremely POOR customer service. Borderline insulting. Front desk employees were unwelcoming, short and abrupt. Never been disrespected by a hotel employee...ever, until this trip. During check in as well as check out, just unruly front desk employees. Very tough parking, limited spots. Don't lose your beach towel if you check one out--$2... Read more

The lobby of the hotel is very impressive and looks very luxurious. However, the rooms are another story. I looked at several hotels in the same price range as the room I chose and I can honestly say that I don't think the price I paid represented what I should have seen in the room. The room was clean and comfortable as you would expect, but despite the "ocean view" I paid extra for - the room is anything to be desired. You are cramped in like sardines on two double-beds and there ... Read more

Great location - just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. Breakfast was included which was a bonus. Very helpful staff. We stored our luggage (small cost involved) while we stayed on another island. Rooms were ok and beds were extremely comfortable. Our second time we have stayed and probably will again.

I was very happy with my accommodations. The convenience to get to the beach. I had a beach view. I was very suprised that there was no ice machine on the floor. And I was not going to use the ice tray in the refrigerator. The other fault was the sliding door to the balcony. It was so rusted and hard to open. Otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel is a few blocks from the beach, has no microwave, overpriced for an average hotel. Internet available but very slow or hardly working. But easy access to restaurants and shopping center. Parking is small can't find parking to park. Staff are friendly.

Stayed here 6 nights and wanted to extend. Staff were super friendly and genuinely kept to the Aloha vibe. There was always a greeting from all people who worked there. Loved the little touches like orchids everywhere. Doesn't take cash at activities desk though and lots of tour bus traffic. Plenty of amenities and other services, though. Even the guests were friendly. Steps from the beach. Would keep this place in mind if there was another visit.

We stayed here at this resort for 1 week. My biggest complaint was the constant door slamming all throughout the night. I got woke up several times. The doors to the rooms slam shut very loudly. Other than that we had a great stay. I love how the resort supplies beach towels. That saved a lot of room in our suitcase. If you're not sure what activities to do on your stay visit the Expedia desk in the hotel lobby. We worked with Meriam and she helped plan our whole week. We will definitely return.... Read more

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't have been better. A short 5 minute walk had us on Waikiki Beach, and it was an equally short walk to the bus stop. The free DVD's were a great bonus, and having the pool on hand in case of bad weather was very appreciated. Internet was spotty in the room, but strong in the lobby. Location is great. Rooms were small and dated. They forgot to clean our room one day and didn't clean it the next until almost 4 pm. However, no major complaints. No gym and having to pay 25$ per day for gym across the street was an added expense.

One of the things we just had to do on vacation was to visit Pearl Harbor. To accomplish this we had to "island hop" from Hawaii to Oahu on Thanksgiving day. We arrived at the hotel at mid-morning, long before early check in. The Bellman secured our luggage and the front desk directed us to a sumptuous Thanksgiving feast just across the street. Super convenient location but no view, it's easy to walk to the Waikiki beach and located near a tour bus stop. The hotel is dated but seems like they keep it well maintained. The service was friendly for the most part especially the front desk, they were very helpful. We were traveling with big family so we were on a budget so we picked this hotel.
