"Stayed for 6 nights last October although the 'Lobby ' was being renovated Our overall Stay was Great and we are planning to return January 2010. We have stayed at Outrigger Reef on the Beach Princess Kailani and This Hotel compares better, would recommend. "

"on our first trip to hawaii we stayed at the royal hawaiian hotel (sister property of the sheraton waikiki hotel) everything from beginning to end was fantastic. the room was beautiful-pink everywhere.the customer service manager mr. shane goo saw to it personally that our first trip to hawaii would be unforgetable.we had a wonderful buffet breakfast on the beach every morning.we enjoyed watching the surfers and swimmers while we ate waffles and fresh fruit. our room overlooked diamond head, the beach and the pool. in the evening we enjoyed the entertainment at the pool. the hawaiian singers and dancers were great.on our second visit this past october the royal hawaiian was closed for renovations. we stayed at the sheraton waikiki hotel. Mr. Shane Goo saw to it that our stay was just as nice as the first. room was great- food fantastic we will return this year"

"Stayed here last June and it was fantastic. You are close to everything, right on the beach, and the view from the room is stunning. I would recommend leaving the premises to eat/drink though. $16 (for lunch) for a fish sandwich was WAY out of control and it was one of the cheapest things on the menu. Otherwise you will love this place!!"
