My family stayed for the weekend for a little staycation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard room and if we ever come back we'll definitely spring for a jr. Suite. Our room ceiling was mottled with water damage stains and the carpet felt icky. However, the beds were clean and room rates was were good.

This hotel is a bit of a mixed bag with some positives and some negatives. The positives include it's location at the quieter end of Waikiki beach where there is plenty of room on the beach and ideal for anyone wanting to body board or surf, it's also handy for the Honolulu Zoo opposite. However, for the price the rooms are incredibly dated and the gaps aroun... Read more

Plenty of history on this hotel, being from one of the royals in Hawaii.Front desk service not good or friendly at all. We asked for early checking due to our eleven hour flight into Honolulu. The front desk agent dismissed us saying they were full and had no rooms available. Later on we realized the hotel was not fully booked😒. The rest of the staff was pretty nice and friendly including the bell boys very friendly and gave us great service everyday. At the Kulina Terrace our server Chuck was... Read more

We stumbled upon this hotel, when we needed a place in town. We could walk to our favourite snorkelling spot in the safe enclosed beach in 5 minutes, passing Starbucks on the way. We had a tiny ocean view from the patio, and a nice view of the hills. Things are a little worse for wear, but it's value for money
