We stayed in a executive double room with ocean view for 7nights in May and were entitled to visit the executive lounge during our stay. The Hilton Waikiki Beach offers a daily complimentary breakfast and evening snacks in the lounge. The lounge staffs were very attentive and friendly and the food was very nice. This hotel is in a great location, very comfortable room and friendly staffs..I would definitely stay this hotel again!!

I've stayed here twice and I am going back this September. It's my go to Hawaiian property. The rooms are really lovely and I liked having a small balcony (lanai). The location is not right on the beach but it's not far to walk. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was probably a little expensive if you're eating it every day. Highly recommend.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the beach area, great location, especially if you do not want to rent a vehicle. The quality of the food at the restaurant was great and the prices are very competitive with everything you will find in Honolulu. The Pancakes at the hotel are more like a cake than pancakes, sooooo much. Really good though, we had the pineapple and coconut and we took some back home because they were plenty of leftovers. There is a MacDonalds right by the beach and the grocery store is ... Read more

Our room was ok nothing special. Location is close to shopping and the beach. Pool was definitely not family friendly, people making out and having drinks in the pool. We thought breakfast was included with our room but for some mix up it wasn't so I asked if we could just do the free continental breakfast but the answer was no and that also, not a very good start to our stay there.Btw I am a hhonors member.Ended up having to go outside of the hotel every morning and pay for breakfast. This Hilton property provides easy access to the beach, the zoo, Kapiolani Park, Diamond Head and local restaurants. We only ate in the hotel restaurant once: I felt it was expensive for breakfast (~$40-$50 when the tip was added).

My husband and I stayed here in March. My preference would be to stay one block back from the beach . We were still able to enjoy the postcard view from our oceanfront view as there were only low rise buildings and a church in front of the Hilton. You then have the option to walk to the busy waterfront area which is very close. Room was beautifully clean , comfortable ,modern and tastyfully decorated. The hotel itself provided everything necessary. Pool was not huge but as we were not travelling... Read more

We originally booked at Pacific Beach Hotel but after the first night decided we were going to move over to the Hilton. We didn't regret it. The main reason was cleanliness. The Hilton met our high expectations of cleanliness.

I didn't stay here - we had a conference in the hotel. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff was amazing. They were very friendly and helpful. The lunch was AWESOME. It was probably the best meal I had in Hawaii - huli huli chicken, mashed potatoes, salads, yummy cakes. If you are looking for a place to hold an event, this place is pretty great.

Had a three night stopover. The hotel is starting to look a bit weary. Needs a lift. Conveniently located to Waikiki beach, which I found good because you are not in the middle of all the activity. Had an Ocean view room which was relaxing. I was not too impressed with the restaurant; it needs a makeover, though the service was good. I liked the little breakfast kiosk that was open every morning that provided your basic breakfast needs, especially if you did not want a big breakfast.

On check in we received an upgrade - the upside of being a hiltons honours member - we got a room on a high floor with an ocean view - balcony was small but did the job. Room was clean and decor modern. Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Very convenient for Waikiki beach and for the bus - which is a good service but it stops everywhere ! I got a room through a Hilton Honors special and was pleased with the value for money. Comparing the rate to other big chain hotels this is the one. Our room was spacious and we had a view of the ocean. The pool area wasn't that inviting as it didn't have many umbrellas, but this didn't deter others from using it. So close to everything I would definitely stay here again. I ate dinner at the restaurant and it had a good selection of food and wine and not totally over priced.

Excellent hotel location and range of facilities at this hotel. Though there is limited fitness equipment the hotel is short walk to beach and we would readily stay here again. My husband and I have stayed at numerous hotels in Hawaii and this Hilton is really quite good. The breakfast was good and the afternoon snacks were a nice treat. Often the lobby is busy due to free Wifi though our in room internet was excellent and the view from a higher level of the water if fantastic.

Stayed here for 5 nights for a quick family trip. For the price, the location is good and the hotel rooms were clean and modern. The best part of the hotel is the view from the top floors. The hotel sits one block back from Waikiki beach, so there is no unobscured ocean view. Overall, a great homebase for relaxing around Waikiki and exploring the island, but doesn't have the true Hawaiian resort vibe.

What you would expect from a Hilton, clean, comfortable, stylish and welcoming. Waikiki beach is a straight walk out of the front entrance. The hotel is served well by tourist buses and public transport. For those who are used to European Hilton's, you will find that there is no buffet breakfast. It's a menu and waitress service. There is a poolside bar and they served great drinks and food. This is a perfect location for business people and adults. This place was paradise to us!!! Other Hawaiian hotels were more of a resort catered to children. We had stopped by another Hilton property "Hilton Hawaiian Village" to shop. The children overran that place. Their pools we... The hotel is located a very short walk to the beach. It is away from the main tourist area, which suited us. It is an easy walk up to the restaurant and shopping areas. The bus stop is right next door which will take you to Ala Moana shopping centre, the Arizona Memorial or the Aloha stadium for the swap meet. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Fabulous staff, particularly Devine who made sure we were well looked after. The hotel is located one block back from the beach (only a couple of minutes easy walk) which made it quieter. The shuttle buses stop directly out front. We took the Pink Line to Ala Moana Shopping Centre and cost a very reasonable $2 PP each way. Tip: Book executive level rooms (if finances allow) as they have great views, are quieter and come with breakfast. Book direct and look for special deals.

Great hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. Only downside is the air conditioning seems to be connected to a motion sensor and will warm up while you sleep. The pool bar makes a nice Mai Tai. Lobby bar is has good servers and live music at happy hour. Mac 24 is an in hotel diner style restaurant with very good food 24 hours a day. While not on the beach it is a very short walk. There are also lots of places to eat and shop within a 15 minute walking distance.

Stayed 3 nights in October 2016. Reserved a room with 2 beds. Was very tight with the luggage. The bathroom was roomy & plenty of counter space for 2 couples. The bath was only set up for 3 people & had to order additional supplies even though they knew there were 4 of us. Also, needed extra cups. The supplies needed were delivered right away. The pool & lobby bar were very nice.
