I class this hotel to be the best we have stayed in when we travel to Waikiki. The staff make this hotel your home away from home and go out of their way to ensure your stay it faultless. Without exception whether they were the receptionist, housekeeping, pool staff everyone would greet you with Aloha and ask if everything was OK and if they could assist you with anything. I have not had this happen at the other hotel were previously stayed at in the centre of Waikiki. The complimentary breakfa... Read more

My ladyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk hotel (quite a mouthful there) in mid-April, and while other aspects of our trip to Oahu left something to be desired, our accomodations at the Beach Walk were truly superb. We were provided with a suite on the southeast corner of the hotel on the 11th floor, so we had balconies on both the south and east side of the room. Now the ESH Waikiki Beach Walk is not directly on the beach, but back a... Read more

Wonderful hotel with clean comfy rooms and friendly staff. Evening reception was fun each night and the breakfast can't be beat. We would definitely stay here again. Traveled with my husband and 10 year old daughter. She loved the pool. Great place!

Great location, my room was located in a great place. The Aloha tower on a high floor away from the elevator. Good size room with a great view of the ocean, the beach, and city. The room was very well decorated. Breakfast was great, a wide assortment. Rice, miso soup, as well as the usual suspects. Though parking was expensive, the staff was really nice. I would highly recommend it.

Embassy Suites Beach Walk Honolulu is well located near the beach, shopping, parks tour busses and historical Fort Derussy. Great folks that take great care of you in this top notch facility. Have stayed several times and it is always the same gracious people with a smile and hello every time they see you.

We stayed here while we did our Honolulu excursions. It was pretty basic - nothing to scream about. I appreciated the "free" breakfast and I appreciated that it was so close to other restaurants. Because we were out all during the day, we didn't get to visit the pool. I tried to visit the happy hour but all they had was chips and crackers so my girls didn't want to stay. The rooms were clean, but I did have a roach surprise me in the bathroom when I turned on the light in the middle of the ... Read more

We celebrated 30th anniversary in Hawaii and stayed 4 of our 7 nights here and as usual, it exceeded every expectation. Location was great and central to shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc, and view was very good. Always look at the breakfast and the managers reception as a great value.

This hotel is perfect from service to location to amenities to room decor! I highly recommend corner room 429 for garden view. It had two large balconies overlooking palm trees. The free breakfast and cocktail reception were great. Valet easy and never a wait.

Large rooms, great courtesy room to be used after you check out (e.g. showering before a late night flight and spending all day at the beach). Downside is expensive parking which might be in line with other hotels in the area so maybe I won't stay in Waikiki next time (too touristy in my opinion)

Great hotel for a family stay in Waikiki. Plenty of room in the ocean view corner room. No issues with night time party noise from the streets of Waikiki from the 15th floor. Breakfast in the morning was great with a wide variety of food choices and wonderful coffee. Easy access to the beach. Most tours will pick you up at the hotel.

Room was clean and spacious for family of four. Breakfast was good with made to order omelets and plenty of fresh fruit and other typical breakfast items. Evening reception was fun with live music and free drinks and snacks. Pool was nice but a little crowded. Great location and walk to beach and shops was easy. Only annoying thing was that construction across the street was noisy throughout the day. We were in the Aloha Tower.

We stayed one night here before heading to Aulani for a week. It was perfect for 5 of us in a 3 room suite. We walked across the street to House Without a Key for dinner and then went to the beach for fireworks (Friday nights). Everything was a 3 minute walk. The breakfast was great and included some local fruit and Hawaiian favorites. I would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in June and had a great time. The hotel itself is good, the pool and gym facilities are adequate and the short walk to the beach is a plus. Our room (2101, One Bedroom Suite One King Bed City View) was a little small but very clean. Whilst I am a light sleeper, the room was right next to the lifts and I found the noise unsettling. We stayed here for six nights in a two-bed roomed suite. I felt the Embassy Suites did not represent good value for us. The rooms while clean were small and dated. The Embassy Suites was one of the only 'hits' that came up, and I am really glad we ended up choosing it. One thing to realize is that food is very expensive in Hawaii, as so much (75%?) is imported from elsewhere. Thus having a complimentary breakfast for 5 daily is worth at least $75 on every room's price. We knew this an... Read more

The staff were friendly and efficient! The breakfast was unbeatable and the evening reception was good (some vegetables, along with the usual chips and salsa). The suite was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We were close to the beach and shopping. We were able to get a super deal on the price, which helped!

The hotel staff very helpful, arrived at 6.30am check in was not until 3pm but they found a room for us enabling us to catch some sleep after an overnight flight. Room clean but in need of updating. Downside was it was right next to lifts which you hear all night going up and down with constant dinging as it reaches floors. We did manage to get use to it after 15 nights. Breakfast very ordinary with omelette stations overly busy, can take up to 20 mins for eggs. Cereals mainly sweet with excepti... Read more

This is our last day at this hotel and I would fully recommend it. We have stayed at numerous hotels in Waikiki but think we would now come back here. The breakfast buffet provided has many choices and we always managed to get a table, even during very busy time of 9-10am. Staff provide you with a warning for final drinks / food before they start closing. The buffet provides a good start to the day, then at 5.30 we enjoyed the complimentary snacks, drinks and good live music. Never stayed anywhe... Read more

Great hotel in convenient location. Enjoyed the free yoga. Everything was good except our room was next to the lift well which was noisy all night. It was like torture. This is the first time ever I have want to come home from a holiday just because I needed sleep. I would stay here again but only if I was guaranteed a room away from the lift

Our extended family of seven stayed several nights in two suites at the Embassy suites by Hilton. It is perfectly situated a block from the Beach Walk and right in the heart of many restaurants, shops, and excitement. The rooms were nice but by no means extravagant. However, there was a great pool and hot tub that we took advantage of. The pool can get a bit crowded during peak times. The included breakfast was incredible for the price, Fresh omelet station, fresh fruit, breads, and more l... Read more

We made use of the free breakfast which was extremely good, lots of variety and continually replenished.we noted that the quiter time for breakfast was 9-10 which was a surprise. I have to say the staff without exception were genuinely interested in making sure your time with them was awesome. They were genuinely lovely people and nothing was a problem for them. This was our second visit to Honolulu and the Embassy Suites. When we booked the trip one thing we were sold on: go back to Embassy Suites. Room was great - two bedroom suite. Location not quite what we wanted; would have preferred being in the building closer to the beach. But still a great experience. Best breakfast of any Embassy anywhere. Sticky rice for breakfast!! Best happy hour with a great bartender that made the experience even better. My son just turned 21 and he and the bartender la... Read more

If ever I'm going back to Hawaii, I would definitely stay at this Hotel again. The staff are really personable and attentive. The Hotel is centrally located in the town with a few sea view rooms. The breakfast program is very good along with the managers evening cocktails. The heated pool within the normal swimming makes it easy to transition. The gym could be fitted with a few more work out machines but overall the Hotel was perfect. Be prepared to spend on parking though.

We first stayed at the the Hilton Hawaiian Village and went here for 3 days. Good call! Not a circus and right in the heart of things. The Beachwalk has a food truck area and also Tommy Bahama , both have great food. There is also a little store across from the entrance just before the food trucks which has great ice cream. you will see the people mulling about. Great breakfast and happy hour, we only made it to these once, but, worth going to.

I would give a 4.5 rating if I could. The 0.5 point off is b/c at the breakfast, their fresh cut fruit, either melon or cantaloupe, went sour every morning, and their peach tasted blend. I can understand this, as most of the fruit was "imported". Their local pineapple tasted great! And that's all my complaints. Great location. In the middle of everything.
