I class this hotel to be the best we have stayed in when we travel to Waikiki. The staff make this hotel your home away from home and go out of their way to ensure your stay it faultless. Without exception whether they were the receptionist, housekeeping, pool staff everyone would greet you with Aloha and ask if everything was OK and if they could assist you with anything. I have not had this happen at the other hotel were previously stayed at in the centre of Waikiki. The complimentary breakfa... Read more

My ladyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk hotel (quite a mouthful there) in mid-April, and while other aspects of our trip to Oahu left something to be desired, our accomodations at the Beach Walk were truly superb. We were provided with a suite on the southeast corner of the hotel on the 11th floor, so we had balconies on both the south and east side of the room. Now the ESH Waikiki Beach Walk is not directly on the beach, but back a... Read more

Wonderful hotel with clean comfy rooms and friendly staff. Evening reception was fun each night and the breakfast can't be beat. We would definitely stay here again. Traveled with my husband and 10 year old daughter. She loved the pool. Great place!

Great location, my room was located in a great place. The Aloha tower on a high floor away from the elevator. Good size room with a great view of the ocean, the beach, and city. The room was very well decorated. Breakfast was great, a wide assortment. Rice, miso soup, as well as the usual suspects. Though parking was expensive, the staff was really nice. I would highly recommend it.

Embassy Suites Beach Walk Honolulu is well located near the beach, shopping, parks tour busses and historical Fort Derussy. Great folks that take great care of you in this top notch facility. Have stayed several times and it is always the same gracious people with a smile and hello every time they see you.

We stayed here while we did our Honolulu excursions. It was pretty basic - nothing to scream about. I appreciated the "free" breakfast and I appreciated that it was so close to other restaurants. Because we were out all during the day, we didn't get to visit the pool. I tried to visit the happy hour but all they had was chips and crackers so my girls didn't want to stay. The rooms were clean, but I did have a roach surprise me in the bathroom when I turned on the light in the middle of the ... Read more

We celebrated 30th anniversary in Hawaii and stayed 4 of our 7 nights here and as usual, it exceeded every expectation. Location was great and central to shopping, beaches, restaurants, etc, and view was very good. Always look at the breakfast and the managers reception as a great value.

This hotel is perfect from service to location to amenities to room decor! I highly recommend corner room 429 for garden view. It had two large balconies overlooking palm trees. The free breakfast and cocktail reception were great. Valet easy and never a wait.

Large rooms, great courtesy room to be used after you check out (e.g. showering before a late night flight and spending all day at the beach). Downside is expensive parking which might be in line with other hotels in the area so maybe I won't stay in Waikiki next time (too touristy in my opinion)

Great hotel for a family stay in Waikiki. Plenty of room in the ocean view corner room. No issues with night time party noise from the streets of Waikiki from the 15th floor. Breakfast in the morning was great with a wide variety of food choices and wonderful coffee. Easy access to the beach. Most tours will pick you up at the hotel.

Room was clean and spacious for family of four. Breakfast was good with made to order omelets and plenty of fresh fruit and other typical breakfast items. Evening reception was fun with live music and free drinks and snacks. Pool was nice but a little crowded. Great location and walk to beach and shops was easy. Only annoying thing was that construction across the street was noisy throughout the day. We were in the Aloha Tower.

We stayed one night here before heading to Aulani for a week. It was perfect for 5 of us in a 3 room suite. We walked across the street to House Without a Key for dinner and then went to the beach for fireworks (Friday nights). Everything was a 3 minute walk. The breakfast was great and included some local fruit and Hawaiian favorites. I would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week in June and had a great time. The hotel itself is good, the pool and gym facilities are adequate and the short walk to the beach is a plus. We stayed here for six nights in a two-bed roomed suite. I felt the Embassy Suites did not represent good value for us. The rooms while clean were small and dated. I was looking for a hotel with rooms that would fit a family of 5, and surprisingly didnt find many options in Honolulu, and even fewer in Waikiki where we wanted to stay. The Embassy Suites was one of the only 'hits' that came up, and I am really glad we ended up choosing it. One thing to realize is that food is very expensive in Hawaii, as so much (75%?) is imported from elsewhere. Thus having a complimentary breakfast for 5 daily is worth at least $75 on every room's price. We knew this an... Read more

Hi we recently stayed here and it was a lovely place with such lovely friendly and helpful staff. The room was great and we had organised a ocean view. We were travelling with our 14 year old daughter so she had the sofa bed in the sitting area which gave her a bit of privacy, The location is fantastic and the shopping near by the best. Hotel is well managed with a very friendly staff. Location is right in the center of Waikiki one block off the beach so we never had to walk far to shop, dine or swim. Only thing lacking was the evening reception. Limited variety of food. However, that did not detract from our overall stay that was very pleasant.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. It's clean , the rooms are great and well furnished . The service is remarkable . Check-in was quick , we use the valet parking , pricy but worth the price. The breakfast is generous with a lot of choice to eat. And what a great way to finish the day by the pool with the happy hour, absolutely super. I recommande it.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Emabasy Suites. From the time of booking, until departure all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be given a corner room on the top floor, which gave us amazing ocean views and was also very quiet. It was a good size for our family of four. We ate breakfast early to avoid long waits and it provided us with a good start to the day. There is no doubt that this is a family oriented hotel, lots of young children occupy the pool ... The staff was great we did not like the first room so they moved us no question the 2nd room looked out on the street very nice and was on a higher floor which we like. The breakfast was great and the atmosphere was great like being outdoors but covered in case of rain. The managers receptions was the best free snacks and great free drinks. The location is fine, the cleanliness average but this "all suite" hotel is misleading. The two rooms are tiny, not what you expect for a one bedroom suite. The advertised kitchen/kitchenette was a joke. There is a sink, a microwave and a coffee machine. That's it. No silverware/cutlery. Not even a spoon. No plates or bowls. You get 2 water glasses and 2 paper cups for the coffee machine. Front desk staff were surly each time spoke with them. I would not stay here again.
