When you arrive in paradise, you don't care where you sleep!! lol What I loved most about this hotel was the history. There is a large framed picture/tribute to the original woman who started the hotel. Cool story. I felt honored to be staying there, if only for 2 nights. This is an older establishment, built in the 1950's. It has been well taken care of and refurbished several times. Our room was small with 2 full size beds but had been updated with new carpet, tile, etc. Clean and so v... Read more

Our 5th floor room was not spacious but more than enough for 2 people. Great beach and ocean views from our balcony. Only real drawback was the noise from the in-wall air conditioner, significant street noise even in the early hours of the morning and the fact that our room faced the doors to some fairly old elevators. Reception staff were friendly and efficient but could not provide us with 2 wine glasses for the room.

Wow you couldn't get a better location-in the heart of Waikiki across the road from the beach. We booked 3 rooms as I was celebrating my 50th and our adult children also came with us. We booked one ocean view room and we could see and hear the hula performances that they had on the beachfront celebrating Mele Mei. The other two rooms were the standard rooms, but when we arrived they upgraded both rooms for partial views - so a big thank you to Kev :). The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily... Read more

Depending on the priorities that you set for your trip, this hotel may be useful. It is in fact centrally located in Waikiki and thus close to everything (beach, shops and restaurants). However, the rooms are really small (there are two twin beds, but -in my opinion- there is not enough space for 4 people in a single room), the bathroom is tiny and only has a shower (no bathtub). At times, it may be noisy as well.

Speedy and friendly checkin. Rooms have been refurbished and although small are clean and functional. Had a full ocean view and loved sitting out on the lanai. Comfortable beds and wifi provided. Housekeepers did a great job cleaning our room and the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The location is close to beach, shops, restaurants and the bus/trolleys. Great value & highly recommended.

Quick & easy check-in by the friendly Steve at the open air reception desk. Room furnished with 2 beds, large screen TV, fridge, tea & coffee machine, an in-room safe, ample hanging & drawer space & a hair-dryer. Decent Wifi available. Bathroom equipped with soap dispensers. We had a partial sea-view room which was fine. An amenity fee of $18.85 per night is applied to your stay to cover wifi, safe, newspaper, in-room coffee, beach towels etc!! 10% discount available for Eggs Ô??N Things on... Read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodated my request to have a directly ocean-facing room for my wife and 1-year old (there is one strip of rooms that squarely face the ocean from your balcony, our room was 1004). The higher the room the better the view bviously! Everything about the hotel was great, located right on Waikiki beach. There is an ABC store next door for any knick knacks, water/alcohol etc. Great restaurant downstairs called Eggs n Things (there is usually a long line but don't... Read more

What a great find! We arrived late in the evening, room key was already coded and waiting for us at the front desk. Walked into the cutest room on the 14th floor, threw open the sliding glass doors to see the most amazing sunset, live Hawaiian music and dancing on the beach! Breakfast downstairs is great - pancakes and coconut syrup are a great treat! Very clean room, nice staff, and the best location imaginable! When we go back, we will definitely stay at the Waikiki Circle Hotel again!

This hotel is a hard one to score. If there had been two of us instead of four, I would have rated it higher, simply because of value-for-money in this location. It was located in probably the best part of Waikiki Beach - with a great swimming spot just across the road (a lagoon safe for children), and nearer one of the ends of the beach (so, perhaps, a little quieter). The hotel does not have a pool, but we did not miss it with the lagoon area just downstairs. We stayed here twice and had an oc... Read more

Very small room but what more do you need! It had 2 double beds & very clean but old. The one thing that I thought they could improve on is to have proper coffee cups. Having paper cups didn't do it for us. We had to go & buy 2 cups so we could enjoy our coffee in the morning. The view was fantastic!! We had a side view & it was great. It's a small hotel with 14 storeys. We had the top floor which gave us a magnificent view of the beach. Overall, it was great!

This hotel was excellent value for the money and we had a sea view as well. It is very well located in the centre of the activity. It is very handy to good breakfast places as well as other restaurants.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days in an Oceanfront Room which worked well for us! I would definitely recommend paying more for an oceanfront room over an ordinary room which faces the city. Although the room is small and would probably be somewhat tight for a large family, it worked well for the two of us and the sunset views made it all the more worthwhile. The location was great as well and if you have never been to Waikiki before, I recommend staying at a hotel on Kalakaua Avenue ... Read more

Good basic hotel with ideal location just across the road from the family friendly beach . Rooms comfortable - our room with 2 double beds was adequate . As we were only in rooms to sleep this hotel suited us. Service at window at the end of path/drive - always on duty and helpful. Booked ocean view and loved our view. Great breakfast in front of the hotel - long lines tell it all. My daughter booked another room and that reservation was put on my card. Was later reversed but no explanation an... Read more

Stayed here with a friend for 9 nights from 30 June. We had an ocean view room on 13th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. We often sat watching the world go by with a coffee or in the evening, a glass of wine. Room was a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate. Beds were really comfortable and there was always lots of hot water on hand for showers. It is in such a great location, close to everything. Even had our own ABC Store next door which was very convenient. Staff were... Read more

We really enjoyed staying at the Aston Waikiki Circle hotel for 8 nights. The room we had was on the 10th floor and it was extremely clean, and beds comfortable . The hotel offers 2 free movies to rent at a time which was great when we were up really late at night. The location is perfect, right across from the beach, and beside Mcdonalds and a ABC store. It is also close to the restaurant that serves the garlic shrimp truck food , you will not be able to miss it because it smells delicious. If y... Read more

Awesome hotel for a Kamaaina staycation! Parking is great, room is small but adequate. Showers only, no tub. Eggs and Things is a bonus. Waikiki walls for boogie boarding right across the street. Right on Kalakaua avenue, close to the Honolulu zoo.
