 Beginning April 22, 2013, Aston Waikiki Beach Tower will undergo an exterior enhancement project. The Garage Exterior Enhancement project will take place from April 22-September 6. Following this will be the Exterior Tower Enhancement Project, scheduled to begin September 9, 2013, and with a completion date of November 29, 2013. Work will be done Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 4:30 p.m. The pool will be closed during certain portions of the Exterior Tower Enhancement Project. There will be no lanai access for the units affected during the Exterior Tower Enhancement Project. Notices and schedules will be posted throughout the property. 

In addition, beginning May 13, 2013, the hotel will be replacing all vestibule doors on floors 5-40. The anticipated date of completion is May 12, 2014. Work will be done Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Elevator foyers and breezeways between the "01/02" and "03/04" units will be affected while the vestibule door is being replaced on a specific floor.
