In June of 2015, my family flew in from all over the country to attend my cousin Kylie's graduation from Pearl City High. Although some of us stayed with family in Pearl City, most of us stayed at the newly remodeled, "Aqua Oasis Hotel" in Waikiki. This wonderful boutique hotel is located in the heart of Waikiki, and it is the perfect location for those who are new to Oahu and want to be close to all that Waikiki has to offer, like the beach and high-end shopping. You'll be well taken care of b... Read more

This hotel is well located; within walking distance of shopping, great restaurants, and the beach. We stayed in a Jr. Suit and honestly the kitchen was a lifesaver. We enjoy dining out but our pockets appreciated the option to stay in. Parking was valet only. I usually prefer to park my own car but honestly the staff was so great I soon forgot about that preference. As a matter of fact the staff was our favorite part. They were always so friendly and helpful that we began to look forward to oppu... Read more

While I would not call this a luxury hotel, it was very nice. We slept well, enjoyed the breakfast which was limited but nice. The pool is very small but I sure didn't go all the way to HI to spend time in the pool at the hotel! I don't know where they get their pineapples but I didn't find any as sweet as theirs in the 9 days we were there. The staff was helpful. There is a smoking "garden" with a koi pond that was really nice and close for the smokers in our group.

This charming, friendly, personable hotel was our first point of hospitality on our Hawaii vacation. The warmth and efficiency of the staff made our stay a real pleasure/ The location, less than ten minutes walk from the beach, near a range of shops and restaurants and with easy access to buses and tour coaches, was near-perfect. The breakfast fare was simple but delicious; shared tables allowed us to make the acquaintance of other guests from all over the world. The only downside was a stee... Read more

For the price it was PERFECT. Everybody was really nice and the location is great. Close to the beach and the good shopping. The room was very fresh and had comfortable beds. We have lived at tree hotels while here and this was by far the best one.

We stayed here for 10 days, and thought it was good value for the price, room had everything we needed and the DVD ATM is great if you want a quiet night in. Breakfast was basic, but enough to give you a start to the day, the pool is small but the patio area is very pleasant to sit and read. All of the staff were very helpful

Our room needed 2 beds but the reservation showed only 1. The staff was quick to make the correction and were very friendly! I would recommend this hotel to my friends. It is conveniently located in Waikiki. The only downside is there is no parking, however Valet is available and you can leave as many times as you like for a flat fee. Rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Couldn't fault the hotel room and location. However the reception staff weren't the most helpful when asked questions about how to get somewhere. Not the cheapest hotel but you'd pay another $150 per night for another hotel around the corner. Bit noisy on Friday & Saturday night as next to a couple of irish bars so lots of naval personnel. Overal we were happy and would go stay there again.

What a great place to stay. Awesome location that is near everything in Waikiki. The wonderful staff will assist you with anything and make you feel at home. Good breakfast and a nice relaxing pool. If you want a nice layer back place. This is it. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very nice hotel, great service, and short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Our room was very clean thanks to Rowelyn, our amazing room attendant. Valet parking only but Mike and the others did a great job.

we stayed 10 nights in June, we had the junior suite, very spacious accommodations, nice kitchen area with a breakfast bar, and a huge balcony patio. Morning continental breakfast buffet, all of the on site, professional staff, and all were very friendly. We will definitely be staying at the Aqua Oasis on our next trip to Waikiki

Fantastic location, one block from the Main Street of Waikiki. Friendly staff, complimentary continental breakfast, complimentary in-house movies, guest laundry, complimentary shuttle. Perfect location for a family holiday, everything within walking distance.

Front desk staff, Lua, was very helpful, we lost luggage and he helped us locate it from shuttle service. Room was nice, very close to everything within walking distance. Great air conditioning. If I was to change anything I would add a few more breakfast items.

I got in to Honolulu at 6am on a red eye from Sydney and wasn't in the greatest mood after about 3 hours of sleep. I was dreading having to wait until that afternoon to check in, but I was pleasantly surprised when they let me store my bags there, which let me do some extra exploring on my relatively short trip. The room was nice, the air conditioning thankfully worked very well and the king bed was very comfortable. The location is great with all sorts of great food and beaches really close by.... Read more

I have just spent 6 nights at the Aqua Oasis and was very impressed with the hotel. I really liked the location which was close to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was good to be at a hotel that provided a lot of the little extras .The free DVD hire, loaning of beach towels ,chairs and umbrellas, laundry facilities on site and the free breakfast made the holiday more enjoyable. Rooms were clean and well presented. The only things that could be improved on is the air conditioner, while doing... Read more

Selected this location by random because of being late in booking my trip. Had three great nights at this place with very helpful staff. Arrived rather late after a 22 hours trip and was not able to catch all the things when checking in. Therefore missed the breakfast on the first day, but the staff provided me with some coffee, which was very pleasant. I'd suggest to put some of the key information in the room on a leaflet. Hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurant... Read more

This is a little gem of a hotel right in the thick of it, I have been stopping here for years. The staff are amongst the nicest and helpful I have met. Most of the best restaurants are an easy walk, the ala Moana shopping mall is an easy 20 min walk. Beach about 10 min

Clean, light and bright hotel in a great location, just off the main shopping street and a short walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were really nice. Rooms were nice and quiet and the air con worked well, great value for the price. Special thanks to Miko on the front desk who was so lovely and helpful :)

Visited with my family of five and spent 10 days. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful indeed. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good cleaning services. Can't fault it at all. The hotel location was perfect as it is right in the middle of the buzz of Waikiki. Easy access to shops, restaurants and about 7 mins walk to the beach. There's a free shuttle bus each half hour to the Ala Moana shopping centre. Only downside of the hotel was the breakfast. Nothing to get excited about, same thing ea... Read more

If you need a cheap place to stay in Waikiki with kitchen, close to everything, and that is CLEAN, stay here. If you are looking for fancy new digs with shiny new everything, pay twice as much and look elsewhere. Our room was perfect for our family of 4. House maid service was slack, she took the money and ran. They have know idea of a buffet breakfast. Bread which you could toast, jam, butter. Boiled eggs which you had to ask for. Pineapple pieces. And some small donut flavoured bites. Old and shabby accommodation, back in the days it would have been good.. We're it is located is central to shops and beach.

First the bad: When my girlfriend and I first arrived to my hotel room, we were hit by a very strong old moldy like smell. We attempted to locate the source of the smell and discovered that it was coming from the air condition. We notified the front desk who then switched us to another room. The second room also had a moldy smell, although it was less strong. We both figured all the rooms had this problem so we just accepted the room change. Lucky my girlfriend brought some natural tea tree o... Read more

I didn't expect much when I booked, but the room was spacious for one person and well cleaned. All the staffs are very friendly and kind. They made my first visit Hawaii easy and Conchita cleaned my room during my stay quickly asked other staff to fix poorly drained bathroom. The location is pretty convenient, and I could visit many shops and restaurants on foot and tourist attractions by shuttle bus from the DFS located across the hotel. This is a fantastic mid-range option in a great location. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are very friendly. There are on-site laundry facilities, kitchens (in selected rooms), and plenty of outdoor tables and chairs, so this is perfect for those who want to have some casual meals, do some self-catering, or order take-out to avoid the long wait for a table at many Waikiki restaurants.
