Wonderful hotel, everyone was so kind and helpful. When I called to book the room I spoke to JR he was knowledgeable and, informative. Upon arrival, Sebastian parked our car,and brought up our bags. He continued to be helpful throughput our entire stay, with driving directions, and tips for where to see the best sunsets. Perfect vacation!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Convenient to attractions, but out of the craziness and traffic of Waikiki. Would love to return when the restaurant reopens as it would really add to the whole Lotus experience.

The stay was wonderful. The service at the hotel and welcome at the hotel was wonderful. The staff were always helpful and courteous. We had a room with a partial view of the ocean and lovely patio we could enjoy it from.

The property was very convenient for my purposes, a comfortable walking distance from Waikiki and access to the beach, great views, a wonderful lanai to catch the early morning sun. Room is well appointed and comfortable.

So this was the 5 year that we have spend time at the Lotus in Honolulu. This year we brought two new people with us, one from Miami and the other from Dublin. Needless to say, they both loved it. They were amazed at how nice everyone was....it just affirmed why we come back every year.

Fantastic, well located out of the frenzy of the Downtown, excellent shuttle arrangements. Minutes to beach, copse to Hanama Bay & the freeway to the North Coast. Great service & very helpful in every respect. Breakfast was a disappointment.

The Lotus as you've probablyt determined by now is in a quieter section of Honolulu just a short walk (or take advantage of complimentary bicycles) from the sights and sounds of Waikiki and a longer walk (mile or so) from the Kapahulu restaurant neighborhood. If you've got a car and I always do - to take jaunt to North Shore, Kailua, etc., the valet parking is included in the resort fee, and the valets are very nice and quick. The room was spacious and very nice. The corner diamond head room ... Read more

This was the PERFECT choice for my wife and I. This beautiful property is perfectly located next Waikiki Beach, while avoiding the hectic mess of traffic and tourists. Secluded beach access directly behind the hotel, they have the chairs and towels ready for you. Less than 3/4 mile from shopping and food. After a long day, free wine in the lobby from 4-6! Don't drink? They've got cold bottled water for you all day. Free bike rental, free shuttle around Waikiki! Saves a ton parking, time , and ga... Read more

We stayed here on our honeymoon. I mentioned that in the comments section for every reservation I made. A couple places said "congratulations" at check in but here there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and glasses waiting in our room when we arrived. There was an issue of some old stains on the bedding which required a late night call to housekeeping but the linens were changed promptly and the staff were all apologetic. We noticed a very loud metallic clunking noise whenever the el... Read more

Lotus is a wonderful boutique hotel on the edge of Waikiki. It's out of the way, therefore, you can take a nice walk or short uber/taxi drive into the heart of Waikiki. Love everything from the staff to the modern look of the facility. Overall great stay!

We only stayed in Honolulu for 2 days prior to going on a cruise. We didn't want to be in the middle of town where it was very busy and noisy so we choose to stay on the outskirts at the Lotus. It was perfect! Our experience was nothing but perfect. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean. The rooms are comfortable and roomy with great views. They served wine daily for happy hour, that was a nice touch. When we return to Honolulu, we will defin... Read more

My family and I stayed here for Father's Day weekend for a nice little staycation. It really exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful with gorgeous views of both Diamond Head and the ocean. The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond for you. We love this part of Waikiki, because it's quieter and away from the hustle and bustle of the heart of Waikiki, yet walking distance if you want to see/do things. As locals, we loved walking to Monsaratt Ave and ate at all of our fav... Read more

We happened upon the Lotus while searching for last minute accommodations. We were so lucky we did! After a long two days of travel, walking into the Lotus was like walking into heaven! The lobby area was beautiful, with lit candles, fresh flowers and even wine...we arrived during the complementary wine happy hour (4-6pm daily). The staff couldn't have been better, happy to do whatever possible to ensure a wonderful experience. Sorry, I don't remember any names! The valets were the stars of th... Read more

This small hotel has few amenities but lots of heart. Sparkling clean and beautifully designed, the rooms have terraces with views of Diamond Head, only minutes away by bicycle or on foot. Rooms are well-appointed, beds are fantastically comfortable, and each has a great espresso maker and a useful mini-fridge (hotel has no restaurant so stocking up on snacks and drinks is convenient and economical in this overpriced city). Use of bicycles is complimentary (covered by mandatory boutique fee), as... Read more
