"On arrival no one provided us with the room number and pass code, so we had to make phone calls to the manager.
Then when we got to our condo we found out that there is one a/c unit in the room which was blowing warm air and no a/c unit in the living room, which made it worse we could not sleep; we called the manager and told him about the situation and he said that he text ed the owner but she did not reply and he said to wait till the morning, we called other hotels but the main obstacle was the transportation.

The next morning they moved us to another unit which had better a/c units in both living room and bedroom."

"The condo and view were excellent. Great location centrally located on the island. The only disappointment was the service received by the management. When we arrived, we found that we needed to have a lockbox code and password to get our key for the condo. That was not provided in advance, and it took some time and several phone calls upon our arrival to figure out how to get that information. There was no one in the manager's office to help us. Then they mixed up our arrival date and unit with another person. At first they said they were going to have to put the room charges through (even though we had already paid for everything up front). If it weren't for the helpfulness of the cleaning lady, we would have had even a greater amount of frustration and inconvenience. She went above and beyond to help get us in to our condo timely. The management group later called us back to apologize and finally got the billing straightened out. All in all, it worked out and I would recommend here as a great place to stay."
