The service, room, and staff were very good. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and convenient. Access to the room by an exterior door made my visit very convenient. When I need to be in the Waycross area, I will stay again.

This meets the standards we have come to expect from Hampton Inns. Clean,well maintained, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Breakfast is adequate but minimal choices. Our only suggestion for improvement is to provide a higher quality of bathroom tissue

Hotel is a good stay (been going there for years). Currently being renovated (probably 6 months). Would recommend to anyone! Breakfast is usually good, lobby is clean, and pool is nice (small). Also, close to several chain restaurants.

Overall stay was satisfactory. Hotel is just starting renovations on a look that is stuck in the early 90'stages. Complimentary breakfast was satisfactory at a minimum. Parking around the building very limited due to construction containers obstructing multiple parking spots, allowing semi's to block in cars.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Waycross for nearly 7 months while in a management training program with my work. My husband and I spent a Friday and Saturday here and while we love Hampton Inn, this one fell short, especially in relation to breakfast in the mornings. The room was perfectly serviceable, though they did not replenish the towels after removing the dirty ones so we had to go down to the lobby and talk them into giving us clean towels the second morning. Keep your expectations low. This Hampton is probably better than a Motel 6. But then, Mo6 costs less. Waycross Hampton needs a facelift. Breakfast needs improvement. This is one tired hotel. It is close to some restaurants.

highly over charged me beyond the verified confirmation price of my reservation, when I spoke with desk employee, she told me the 2 amounts charges to me were only preliminary and did not include the room charge, billed almost 3 times the amount of the verified reservation. and they could not fix it at the hotel

Stay away from Hampton in way cross ga. It is dirty and discussing. When brought to the front desk attention we didn't even car. I told them I was going to report the dirty rooms to corporate , they didn't even care.

The carpet in my room was old and sticky, toilet was not clean, shower had mildew, ac didn't dehumidify so room was damp. The hotel was undergoing renovation on the floor above but I wasn't made aware of that until after I had checked in. The breakfast was brought out after 6 am but there was coffee available.

Outdated rooms and building. Needs renovations. I stay in Hamptons all over the state of Georgia and this was the worst building. Staff was friendly and that was the only plus. They are renovating but won't let you stay in new rooms unless all older rooms are booked. I asked for a new one and was politely told I'm sorry we can't book them when older rooms are available.

The staff is outstanding. They all go out of their way to help me. The only problem is limited parking during the renovations . I thought Stevie, Asia and Kaitlyn especially helpful. The breakfast is good and the kitchen staff keep place spotless.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, but our room was pretty much complete. It was very nice, new furnishings, and the bed was very comfy. It is in a very good location, close to restaurants and shopping. And close to Okefenokee Swamp Park! Not a lot of complaints although we didn't have a clock. Patience with the renovations...

This is a very pleasant hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the employees are very friendly. They even called us early in the morning as they knew we were traveling through the night and offered us a very early checkin. The breakfast was not so well and not worth the money. The food was a little stale and not much variety.

The first room I was placed in had a musky smell, originally thought due to refrigerator not working. Front desk came to room but was unable to repair. After she left I noticed on the ceiling and walls there was BLACK MOLD growing-looked like it had previously been painted over but it was still growing and very visible. Stayed many times but this time after 2 years the hotel had been let of fall into disrepair. The new owner was remodeling the rooms but we were not told this when we made the registration. Many things went wrong and we were finally compensated for our troubles. Hopefully they will get this hotel back up to Hilton standards.

The lobby was lovely and the staff was friendly! However, the Dirty chair in room, loud a/c, poor humidity control, poorly cleaned bathrooms and the lack a bathroom fan were the most memorable and lowest points of this stay.

I always use Hampton Inn when traveling and have always gotten excellent service. Great value and service at a reasonable cost. I like the complimentary breakfast because you start out the day ready to go.

Beautifully remodeled, friendly and accommodating staff and yummy complimentary breakfast. This was our third annual visit to Waycross to visit family, and it keeps getting better every year. The remodel includes taller cabinets, a barn door on the bathroom/closet (brilliant) and a unique color theme.

This is a very good hotel that I would recommend to friends, family , and coworkers who want to have a nice stay in Waycross, Georgia. The rooms were very clean. The bathrooms were clean and worked well. The bed offered a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

My first room had some issues and the front desk quickly moved me. The bed was really comfy. The hotel needs some updating. The hallways were very warm like a sauna. Once some upgrades are done it should be good. For the money though not bad.

They are very out going for customer staying. I have MS & needed help, without knowing, a man helped me & every time he would see me would ask how I was & if I needed anything. Very relaxing place, wonderful experience!

Rooms are not clean and not fully equipped. The chairs have a gross stain. The staff is apologetic but not responsive. The breakfast is skimpy at best, with few selections. You do not want to stay here. They say they are remodeling but unless their approach to maintenance and service changes, it will not make a difference. Hilton should pull the franchise from this owner. They are dragging the brand way down .

There was remodeling going on in the room above the room I stayed in left a terrible smell in my room Bathroom in my room was not clean there was not a big selection for the breakfast. The bathroom in the lobby had no toilet paper and staff unable to locate any toilet paper.

This place was not at the level I'm accustomed to with Hampton. The 100 hall had an odor which probably came from the wet carpet. The tub had rust stains and the sink was cracked. The room and linens were otherwise clean. Renovation would be helpful.

Despite the renovation that is taking place, it was smell-free, clean and dust free. Not sure what it looked like before but I'm going to guess outdated based on the elevators. Hilton continues to supersede Marriott in so many ways. For one, Microwaves are available in the rooms. So much more modern and the ventilation is always better. Now this particular location is next to train tracks so be prepared the hear an occasional passing train which I didn't mind.

The place is being remodeled it was Dusty and nasty I feel like I was take advantage of because of the storm I think $129 for a night was way too much the place had construction going on all over everywhere there was a big sheets hanging up on the walkways in side of the Hotel The rugs were filthy it was broken up tile in the parking lot where you had to park out the lights and the phone charger would not work

The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful and reassuring. They themselves were working during a tropical storm yet remained committed to tending to their guests. Although the hotel was under renovation, we were forewarned of that from the website so it was not an issue. We felt very lucky that we were able to stay at this hotel and ride out the worst of the storm.

Way below Hampton Inn Standards; was over charged by $$33; property was in state of re-modeling but we were not notified before arrival; sheets hanging all around blocking areas under re-modeling; big issue at check in on rate and how reservations were handled

Construction everywhere, both in public areas and rooms. Housekeeping was inadequate. Bathroom was not cleaned well nor carpet vacuumed properly. A/C did not cool well. We turned it down to 65 and it felt like 75. Toiletries in bathroom were like a "budget motel", not the Hampton Inn standard. Hairdryers were not even provided. Stay elsewhere when in Waycross.

This Hampton Inn has recently been renovated and it was done beautifully. The staff was also extremely nice and helpful. The set up of the room was efficient and tastefully done. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful.

Stayed there 3 times now. It gets better and better each time. Love the new look. The lobby tile floor is breathtaking. Keep up the good work. Staff are so helpful and attentive. Breakfast is always hot and ready on time.
