Price was great. Location was fantastic (half a block from the pier & beach.) Parking was horrendous, they made slots about the exact width of an SUV & more rental rooms than parking spaces. Best strategy is to find a spot & park during dinner hour when everyone is out-n-about then leave it parked for the night. Good thing is there is plenty of everything within walking distance of the hotel. I didn't run into any rude staff, quite the opposite, the staff was very friendly & helpful. We had a co... Read more

it was a decent price and the location was perfect! The parking on the other hand was ridiculous my mother and I had to travel separately and they would not allow us to park both cars! we had to park one car 4 blocks away. I even offered to pay extra for the spot they didn't budge. you could not get new towels unless you returned your dirty ones?? I tend to not bring a blow dryer due to every other hotel I have stayed at having one. this one did not have one. to have paid $400 for two nights I f... Read more

the room was dirty and the air conditioner was broken. People was nice. it was easy to walk to everything. the people in the business were nice and friendly. I will not stay at the hotel again. This is making you write at least 200 words.

Hotel is older, but sufficient. No extras, but great walking distance to everything you need. Tybee island in general is open to public drinking, and basically a party town. Very relaxing, no need to drive once you park!

For the amount paid for this location at 200 a night you would think it would be cleaner and could maybe even get a towel when needed. We asked for a towel at 9 am. Was told to get with housekeeping. Housekeeping *very rudely* states when I get to you room. Which happen to be after lunch. Being we had to wait for any and every amenity we watched house keeping clean room after room and never bringing out used linens. Ew! No help from lobby staff. That's actually a good title compared to where the... Read more

This hotel is not worth the money!!!!!!! Bed was comfortable, room itself is sparse. The internet pictures are bogus. No coffee pot in room. No continental breakfast. Short walk to the beach and shops. Desk clerk was sweet, manager not so much. Had room by pool, gates clanged every time someone went in and out...which was constantly..very noisy..not good for a restful night.

Reserved 7 rooms Were told under new management. NO discounts of any kind i.e.: no AARP, AAA, groups, none. Paid over $400.00 for two night stay per room. No ocean views, only street view. Bath tub had no stopper and sink drained so slowly it filled with water while you were brushing teeth, toilet paper holder had used q-tips left on ledge. Fridge was barely cool enough, no carpet had tile floors, must wear shoes because of sand, watched cleaning crew, no mopping was done, had to beg for extra w... Read more

Definitely do not stay here. Hotel was under renovation which wasn't noted when making reservations. The place wasn't clean. The staff was terrible. The room flooded on our second day wetting everything in the floor and the staff offered a mop. Didn't offer to do anything about the items that were wet. We listened to a false fire alarm go off from 2am to 9am one morning. Then they failed to even clean and service the room. When we went to make a complaint the lazy manager felt it more im... Interesting place to stay. The hotel is not very clean. The floors were dirty, mold in the bathroom, sticky furniture. HOWEVER, the parking is free and that's a big deal in this area, and it is located right where you need to be. The day staff in the office were friendly and helpful. Don't plan on drinking coffee here. The lobby coffee was horrible, and there are no makers in the rooms. Also, the way the rooms/pool are situated, you will hear all of the activity outside while in your room.... Read more

I decided to wait a few days to write this review when I was a little less salty and I don't mean from the ocean water. I will number the discrepancies so I don't forget anything. I am typing this from my Mac but pictures are on my droid phone. 1. Despite what the hotel photos look like online, IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE THAT. Yes it is true they are under new management and the construction crew is working and friendly but don't expect what you see online with "their pictures." 2. The parking i... Read more

Room was dirty. The shower floor was brown and there was black mold on the shower curtains. The couch had stains that looked as if they got the couch out of the dump. Cleaning and housekeeping services are nearly non existent .only work a few hrs a day so if you need anything your sol.if you are in your room when they come they will skip you and not come back. We were there for 6 days and they cleaned one time Not a restful or relaxing atmosphere. I am outraged they should be shut down.

We checked in on June 26 and checked out on June 27. If we hadn't made reservations and been in the car for 8 hours already, we would have found a different hotel. Upon making reservations, we were not told about the hotel being in the process of renovations. Renovation is a good thing and definitely needed in this hotel. The first room we were sent to was really dirty and the bedspread had something on it. The second room we were sent to, the toilet didn't flush and needed cleaning also. The th... Read more

Multiple bad experiences over a two and a half day period. Waiting for resolution of issues. Issues of harassment, to room flooding from under door, bed coverlets dirty, being awaken at 6am because they claimed our room was flooding restaurant below and needed to recaulk tub. At 6AM?!?!?! Double charged for something take never took place. Will dispute and see outcome. Should they cooperate, I will consider using again, because we liked the location. No cooperation, my family and extended family... Read more

I love the location. You park your car and can walk everywhere. Parking can be a little tricky if you have a big suv or truck. The hotel is under renovation so I took that into account on the following points. 1. I stayed in room 125 and loved the proximity to the pool. The best part was sitting on the patio and watching people walk up and down the street. The room was your average size room ( I have stayed in better and I have stayed in worst ). The beds are very comfy. Make sure your bed has ... Read more

Great location, walking distance to the beach, all the little shops, and restaurants. Parking is a nightmare if you have a large vehicle. Internet cut in and out alot. Beds were comfortable and good lighting in the room.

The only good thing about this place was the location. It was close to the beach, shopping and entertainment, but the place itself is old and musty. It is very loud and nobody available after a certain time to contact. We usually wouldn't stay at a place as this, but it was the only thing available and figured we'd give it a try. There is only one elevator and it is so old that we took the stairs to our 3rd floor after we got all our luggage up there.

Great location to the lil shops and beach but room to noisey and thats putting it nicely, people in pool partying and extremely loud til 3 in morn. No overnight desk clerk. Had to leave key card in room as we left as they dont open til 8 am, so never got a receipt. Room was just ok and Overpriced in my opinion. Never again.

Just stayed overnight to be able to enjoy the proximity to the beach ... Nicely located and parking included are about the only positive points on this hotel. Very noisy AC, remodeling is by far overdue on this not even cheap hotel. Bathroom not really clean, towels stained, do not look under beds ... Walls painting brownished.

I was a little put off reading other reviews before leaving, but for no purpose. We didn't pay for the Ritz so I didn't come expecting that. For what we paid, I thought this hotel was wonderful. There was no carpet in the room, only tile, but it makes sense with all the water and sand that is dragged into these rooms. The staff was very nice and friendly. Our tv wasn't working when we first arrived and the young man at the desk promptly took care of it and had it working within minutes. The hote... Read more

To all of you people out there expecting the Hilton, you will be disappointed. The Sea & Breeze isn't fancy, but what it is, is convenient, clean and perfect when you've got 2 teenage boys running in and out all day and night. Our fridge worked, the sink, shower and toilet did not stop up, the staff was nice. The pool was a bit dated (but being renovated) and the AC was a little noisy but not so much so it kept me awake at night after roasting in the sun all day. The wifi at the hotel was essent...
