The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms and very comfortable. The breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items with staff member there to help guests find and prepare the items they want for breakfast.

Overall I would give this location a B. Room was clean and furnished nicely but was showing a few worn spots. Lobby was nice. Halls were ok but not super clean. Breakfast was good, french toast sticks, eggs, cornbeef hash, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc. Staff was super nice. We were here for just one night and for that it was good and I would visit here again for a night. Did not get to use the pool or other amenities. Bad road traffic in the area but many places to go for food, etc.

Great location to visit downtown Atlanta. When we arrived toilet paper was in the commode and wouldn't flush down. The lady at the front desk was very nice and came up quickly with a plunger then returned with a spray bottle. One day my room didn't get cleaned and the next day, it wasn't cleaned again at about 6:30 at night. A maid was in the hallway just cleaning the rooms down the hall. When I asked the front desk about it, a lady from housekeeping came up and said that they were a person... Read more

I love this hotel. We have stayed here 3 time in a 5 month period. As always the rooms are wonderful and very clean. Everyone at the desk are always so nice. Breakfast is always great. They really treat you like family. I truly love this place and will alway be back.

I stayed (thankfully 1 night) at this hotel. I have used this hotel in the past. But this time at check in I was warned about a church service starting at 9pm (within 5 minutes of my arrival) and ending around 10pm. I was told if they were too loud to let the front desk know about it. Which I did at 10pm they were screaming/singing into a microphone, not needed in that tiny conference room. I asked the desk to do something about it at 11pm and then again at 12am. The only response I got was it s... Read more

We received a call from the hotel asking if we still wanted out room. Seems that they had overbooked and were looking for a way out of the situation. When we arrived, they attempted to charge me again for a prepaid room. Had to argue with them about it being prepaid before they finally looked it up and believed me. When they were deciding what room to give us, they indicated that they were giving us someone else's room. Our room had already been given away. The hotel was, as I stated, over... Read more

Reviewed some of the bad comments here and can not confirm those. I stayed here a few times and it was never a bad stay. It is a standard US hotel with standard rooms and nothing exciting. Breakfast was boring but not bad in quality. AirCo worked well, parking was free.

This hotel is my go to when in Atlanta. I always stay here. Great staff starting with the GM, desk employees, housekeeping and everyone concerned. They will go out of their way to make you happy. Great morning breakfast. One thing, not a deal breaker, they need more ice machines, like on each floor.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way south. The room was nice and relatively clean (stain on towel and carpet not vacuumed well). The breakfast was well stocked and attendant was pleasant. The hotel was difficult to find - we didn't see a sign for the hotel and ended up at a very sketchy looking hotel which is right next to this one when trying to find the driveway. We had to use our GPS to turn into the correct road. There is a lot of construction in the area because they are buil... Read more

Our room was a standard 2 bed room; it was nice and clean upon arrival. Our AC had gone out upon arriving back to the room on the 2nd day, but the on duty manager worked quickly to get us into a new room with no issues. The breakfast was good. The staff was fantastic, very friendly. We will definitely stay again if we return to the area.

I stayed here because it was "newly remodeled" but my room was pretty wore out. Not vacuumed at all before or during my visit....tub not cleaned (don't ask). Huge gap in the door. Oh and the broken window didn't make me feel real safe. Especially after accidentally going through the parking lot next store with cars on blocks and folks drinking out of brown paper bags. There was plexiglass covering it from the inside but if you had time to cut and place plexiglass, you had time to fix it. I'm a s... Read more

Choose this hotel strictly via Choice hotels app and hit the jackpot! Jessica was fabulous in every aspect. I needed two rooms and she kept them very close, quick check in after a long drive was great & offers suggestions / ideas for near by eating choices. A+ experience!

This is a good hotel if you are concerned about noise. Even though near Rte. 75, it is far enough away and set "down" in a low area that it is very quiet. The room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good but typical of these buffet breakfasts. Wifi was acceptable. The towels however were very rough. Note that there is construction on the access road to the hotel and it is hard to get there but the construction did not create any noise at night.

Was in town for a meeting and a ride in the Silver Comet. The property is nice, good location and staffed with good people. Check in was very pleasant and was cared for by an enthusiastic Skyll. She took care of the process and was very helpful. I returned late in the day and Dominick welcomed me back offering additional information about dining. I left my bike on my car. Was told it would be safe and Dominick offered to keep an eye out during the evening. Breakfast was modest and coffee was ho... Read more

Our son and his wife stayed with you for 2 nights while she had eye surgery at 2 nearby hospitals, they were most impressed. They enjoyed the quiet, being able to rest, and really enjoyed the breakfast (flavored pancakes) both mornings. Thanks for taking care of them so they wouldn't have to make 2 long early morning trips.

Room wasn't vaccumed, open toiletries in the shower, another room - dirty toilet, hair in bath tub, chunks of stuff on carpet. Husekeeping was contacted by staff and I was shown a 4th room which I thought was satisfactory, however, discovered during the night there was hair in the bathtub. Will not stay in this hotel ever again

The staff is extremely friendly and polite, can't say enough about it. The building and location leaves much to he desired; though I did stay during renovations, so keep that in mind. The pool was being redone so the smell of bleach and construction was present. The halls also smelled of paint, so it must have also been refreshed recently. The hotel has a cozy feel that a larger holiday inn can't achieve, but overall the interior is a bit dated and dark. The rooms seemed to have a slightly mu... Read more

We spent one night here before going to Florida for a night. When we came back to Smyrna for 2 nights, we were happy to return here for an additional 2 nights. The lobby, common areas, rooms, and ground are modern, cozy, and clean. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and it was very roomy. The room also had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice, too! We did not experience anything remotely close to smells of must, pets, or smoking which is always a plus for me since I have bad allergies and a... Read more
