We enjoyed staying at this hotel so much in the summer of 2016 that we have booked it to have our wedding there in the summer of 2018! We love the vibe, the style, the look, the location and the fact that it's an old Coca Cola factory! Great stylish and large rooms. Great secret garden with wonderful fairy lights. Fabulous pool area with restrooms so clean they they could serve meals in there! They have the laidback, cool yet comfortable Southern vibe down and we can't wait to go back. Thanks to... Read more

I didn't love this hotel because it was the most luxurious, perfect hotel at which I have ever stayed, but because: the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. From the guys at the front door to the front desk staff, they made our stay very pleasant. I asked about a room upgrade, which we were given. The room had a couch area, with funky pillows and lamps, plus the bedroom area, with super-comfy bed. The lobby was fantastic- I took so many photos of design inspiration. Happy hour every night was t... Read more

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the wonderful Mo, to the time we checked out our stay was outstanding. My dogs ( medium and large size, no restrictions on weight, size or a fee at the Kimpton) were given a full bag of high quality treats. We got upgraded to a suite and it was huge. The bathroom had a huge soaking tub, plus shower area. The bedding was quality with a down comforter. Being a karma reward member, I received free Internet and a 10$ raid the bar credit. I took home a j... Read more

My husband, chihuahua and I had a lovely three days at this luxurious and dog friendly hotel in Washington Square. The staff, especially Rodney, Mike, Kenneth and Adrian are so solicitous and friendly. The bar staff is wonderful, too. We all lived it and can't wait to come back.

The room was very comfortable and attractive, the pet friendly atmosphere very enjoyable and the location perfect. I hope to stay at Kimpton Brice again and again. There was a problem with a lost item that was not addressed properly until Mitch got involved and although the item was not found he made sure that I was compensated and it was that kind of service that will long be remembered.

Rooms Tripple A rates were @ $169.00 a night. Parking was an additional $26.00 a day. Let me tell you, even though the prices were quite high for us it was well worth it. It's pet friendly, ( no extra charges ) dogs were all over the place. If you want to stay downtown near the historic area this is the only dog friendly hotel. Because of the prices, we checked out other places 5-10 miles away ( LaQuinta's) and they were dumps and we have stayed in a lot of them on previous trips. Rooms and ... Read more

One huge disappointment after another in what seemed as an awful sequence of events while ** attempting** to check in at the Brice Hotel during New Year's Eve 2017. Having stayed here 2 years ago, We booked a 1 bed room suite, their most premium offering, for what we hoped was a New Years Eve to remember... and remember it we shall, yet not for the right reasons. Instead of a smooth and relaxing getaway for the holiday, we were met with excuses upon excuses -- and only to make matters worse, h... Read more

We just returned from a wonderful weekend at the Brice and it was perfect. The building was an original Coca ~ Cola factory turned into this beautiful hotel. It's located down by the water where there are numerous places eat, shop, catch a city tour or a paddle boat. The room was excellent with a lockable safe and no concerns at all. The lobby has bicycles you can borrow to see the city and every night at 5 P.M. - 7 P.M. has a cocktail reception with complimentary red & white wine and small ... Read more

We recently returned from a very nice stay at The Brice. Loved the location! The property is lovely - interesting style and setting. Great courtyardWe didn't know The Brice was dog friendly and really enjoyed seeing all the wonderfully well behaved pets. The staff were terrific, particularly the bartenders and, of course, Mo! Now, the room...clean and a great space. The bed and linens made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The bathroom is still a head-scratcher. The commode and shower we... Read more
