We stayed one night. In the morning, my wife found a small oval bug on her bed. We captured it in a plastic cup and carried it to the front desk. The manager, "Asunny" just made an excuse that he has no control over bugs entering from the outside door. He expressed no empathy at all for our concern that this could be a bed bug. Now she has bites all over her body and we're trying to treat our plastic bagged luggage.

This was our first stay at this Quality Inn, but we will likely be back on our migration South next year. Both my wife and I are certain we stayed at this location several years ago but that it was operating under a different name - in any event it is a satisfactory overnight stop at a good price for travellers with pets. Very close and handy to the I95 with quick on and off ramps. Gas station close by. Several restaurants in the nearby area icluding an excellent Cracker Barrel. Quiet loca... Read more

We were in town for a soccer tournament and needed a reasonably priced hotel for the weekend. As we really only needed a place to sleep and shower; this Quality Inn fit our needs. The room was clean but did have that industrial cleaning smell you often get. The bedding looked to be fairly new. The furniture showed some wear but nothing was broken or even in bad shape. The breakfast was good and made the price all that more reasonable; waffles, biscuits gravy, eggs one morning, cereal, yogurt... Read more

Good large room with in room safe and fridge. Reasonable location. Breakfast was OK. Couldn't ask for more at this standard. Plenty of parking and eating places next door. Yes, definitely a good choice.

We stayed a couple days in this hotel. We usually stay in a little higher quality hotel, but stayed there because other family members had booked rooms there. All-in-all, it wasn't a bad stay. Check-in was quick and easy, rooms were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, and they offered a free breakfast. Didn't care for décor or dim vanity lighting, but the room served its purpose. We did have to call the front desk for a light bulb to be replaced in the bathroom, but they did arrive qu... Read more

The beds were very uncomfortable and I'm thankful I was going staying one night. The reason I didn't rate it lower was because the man who checked us in was really friendly and the breakfast of biscuits and gravy was a yummy pleasant surprise. We did not have time to check out the pool. I would not stay there again.

We arrived there after trying many places around the area that were full. The lady at the desk was very friendly and gave me an extra discount since I was a gold member for choice privileges rewards. The cleaniness was not the greatest in the room but the service for the breakfest was great. It was even the same lady that checked us in the night before at 10 o'clock. She was still with a smile and a good attitude after that long shift. :)

A group of friends checked in for one night as our other hotel was unavailable for the night. The hotel staff were ok checked us in without any problems and booked us a taxi to get into town. The room was clean and tidy the pool was small but adequate and the surrounding areas were clean and tidy. Breakfast was ok with three choices of cereal, a waffle machine, yoghurts, apples/oranges and some pastries/breads. In all an average hotel. It is what it is no nasty surprises or hidden gems, i woul... Read more

Keep in mind this is not an expensive hotel so you can't expect it to be in the same category as a luxury hotel. If you are traveling on a budget this is the hotel for you. This is the place for you. Very clean, pool is clean, everyone we interacted with was exceptional(staff), breakfast included, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pastries, yogurt, cereal, juices, etc.

We stayed 5 nights. We felt the price of $303 wasn't too bad compared to some of the other motels in that area. Vanessa checked me in on a Sunday night. She was very nice, informative, and efficient. She had a room on the ground level ready for us but when I mentioned we like quiet and would prefer an upper room she was very willing to accommodate us. The room is older looking and could use an update but it was clean! Monday breakfast had sausage links, eggs that were shaped like pancakes, waffl... Read more

I'm giving this a four because when we stayed here a while ago it was not the most pleasant stay. This time I was greeted by Michael. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He accommodated all my questions and all my needs. We booked a pet room and be advised there are only five of them. The room is clean and seems to have new furnishings, mattresses,tv, fridge and microwave. Coffee pot and ironing accessories. Bathroom a bit outdated. Not allot of dining options within walking distance.... Read more

While up in Savannah for business after Hurricane Matthew, my company booked me and five of my coworkers here for one night. The check-in wasn't ready when we arrived, and we were told it would be an hour. We all went next door to eat, and returned over an hour later, to find that we still had to wait another hour. When we got to the room, it was small, not well-maintained, and I do not know how long it had been since the sheets were washed. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed in my cloth... Read more
