Stayed at this Quality Inn because it was near where my granddaughter lives. She just had a baby and the family was visiting her. When I checked in (with prior reservations), I told the clerk that I wanted clean, comfort and quiet. What she assigned me was a room next to a handful of young males hanging out on the balcony. Trip back to the desk clerk. She assigned me to another room on the opposite side of the hotel after acknowledging "Oh yeah, them." There was black and red mold around the ... Read more

The hotel is not in downtown Savannah but off of the major highway. It's about a 15 min it's drive to the downtown area. There are other points of interest nearby. Room was standard. Breakfast is included. This hotel is a good value as long as you are not looking for something fancy.

We had confirmed reservations for 3 rooms for 2 nights. We drove 14 hours to attend a family wedding in Savannah only to arrive at 2:00am to find out they gave all 3 of our rooms away without speaking to me directly. having a confirmed reservation evidently means nothing at this establishment. Tried to call headquarters to file a complaint only to be put on hold and hung up on numerous times. Do yourself a favor and pick another hotel.

Arrived at 1am and was welcomed with a friendly, smiling face. Really needed that after a long drive and many bumps in the road. Very convenient to get to. Right off the I95 South. Recommend highly. One big plus that they have a free breakfast, and it goes until 10 am. Really appreciate especially when you arrive so late.

This was our third stay at this pet-friendly hotel under its current name and everything seemed as good as previously. Pleasant desk clerk. Rooms are clean - we were in room 120.. Coffee machine and fridge in the room. Large area for walking your pet just off to the East side of the hotel. Fairly standard complimentary breakfast with good coffee, a waffle machine and an excellent selection of other items usually found in these hotel breakfast venues such as serials, fruit and muffins. ... While up in Savannah for business after Hurricane Matthew, my company booked me and five of my coworkers here for one night. The check-in wasn't ready when we arrived, and we were told it would be an hour. We all went next door to eat, and returned over an hour later, to find that we still had to wait another hour. When we got to the room, it was small, not well-maintained, and I do not know how long it had been since the sheets were washed. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed in my cloth... Read more

I'm giving this a four because when we stayed here a while ago it was not the most pleasant stay. This time I was greeted by Michael. He was very polite and knew what he was doing. He accommodated all my questions and all my needs. We booked a pet room and be advised there are only five of them. The room is clean and seems to have new furnishings, mattresses,tv, fridge and microwave. Coffee pot and ironing accessories. Bathroom a bit outdated. Not allot of dining options within walking distance.... Read more

We stayed 5 nights. We felt the price of $303 wasn't too bad compared to some of the other motels in that area. Vanessa checked me in on a Sunday night. She was very nice, informative, and efficient. She had a room on the ground level ready for us but when I mentioned we like quiet and would prefer an upper room she was very willing to accommodate us. The room is older looking and could use an update but it was clean! Monday breakfast had sausage links, eggs that were shaped like pancakes, waffl... Read more
