Price was fair especially considering the free parking, where as you would pay a $15 parking fee to stay on River Street. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay away from the hustle & bustle of River Street, but don't want it to be too far out of the way.

Personnel not friendly at all and rooms were dirty as if someone just checked out and they just arranged what was previously there. I have stayed at this property on many occasions prior to this stay. Since I am a Hilton Honors member, I expect top quality from the Hilton brand. However, this visit was terrible. The first usage of the toilet resulted in an overflow. When I called for maintenance, I had to plunge it myself. I discovered that there were DIRTY DISHES in the dishwasher, obviously left by prior guest. When I voiced my concern to the GM, I returned to the room on the same day only to discover that the DIRTY ... Read more

This place is about 15 min from historic Savannah. It's a casual motel style place that's good for families, but it's a bit shabby and disorganized, and not very quiet. Breakfast is free, but not particularly special. They have plenty of parking.

Great hotel for family. There was room for five with no issues. Great breakfast and coffee is never a bad thing either! The staff is very nice. If you have and large family, ask for more towels at checkin and ask the maid to let you keep them.

So nice to have a comfortable room to sit in, rather than sitting around on beds. The suite was lovely. The evening social was delicious. We were traveling with a baby, and we didn't have to get back in the car and find a place for dinner.

The room I had along White Bluff road was very noisy. The busy four lane highway that runs along the property is thirty feet from the bed rooms. The whole building had a very strong odor of mold. The general appearance was worn and tired.Being a Hilton honors member and staying many different locations I was very disappointed in this motel.

A bag of medical waste was dropped near our exterior room. It took over 24 hours and mentioning the issue to 3 staff members before the bag was removed and the issue was resolved. The inside of the room was generally in good shape; that part was fine.

Dirty bathroom. Brought to attention of front desk. They changed out dirty shower curtain but no other cleaning of the bathroom. TV was left on in our room, I assume, by housekeeping. It wasn't on when we left the room. Went to take a shower and there were no towels. Someone did bring some right to us but really disappointed in this brand. Didn't receive our Hilton gold level perks either.

Hotel is located in an un-kept part of Savannah. Our room was not located within direct access to the front desk so we had to navigate to another building, down a long hallway, to finally reach an elevator. Had no complaints. Room seemed pretty clean just a little worn, and was spacious. Breakfast was fine - standard fare. We liked the area - less than 10 minutes to the Forsyth Park, very close to a mall, and a grocery store (Publix) across the street. Didn't use the pool or gym but was wishing we had brought a basketball to play around on the small court.

A good experience, however, the facility is having problems with the pool, TV reception, and oddly enough, or maybe not odd in Savannah off of White bluff or Abercorn, I had my private automobile broken into at checkout - occurred during day time hours, and apparently by a pedestrian walker.
