One of the most important things we look for when staying anywhere is the cleanliness of the establishment. This motel definitely met that requirement. The room and bathroom were spotless. The beds need to either be turned or replaced. The mattresses had sags on both sides that were visible the minute we enter the room. The carpet tiles could be either deep cleaned or refreshed. The room looked worn and tired. The location is excellent and an easy on and off of I-95. Since there are many... Read more

We spent one night there and then moved onto the embassy suites in Historical Savannah. Average or acceptable is the best description. Not particularly clean, breakfast was mediocre, very pleasant desk clerk when we checked in, but the lady at the desk pretty much ignored our questions regarding directions.

We specifically reserved a room with a spa tub for a romantic weekend getaway. The tub was not working and they didn't offer any kind of compensation for it. We also requested late checkout and received numerous calls about why we weren't checked out by regular checkout. Finally the 3rd call was "oh yeah, we found the note, it was on the wrong day". The hotel itself could use some updates. The staff doesn't dress professionally or act professional in any way. Does not live up to the Hilton brand... Read more

I am a Gold Hilton Honors member, so I stay in Hampton Inns quite often, and generally find them very clean and newly remodeled, but I can not recommend this property in its current condition.... The wife and I recently stayed here due to its convenience to a nearby wedding. Location looks good on paper, but actually this in a 'motel row' out on I-95. The property looked very good from the street, and check in was quick and efficient. We had booked a king with a garden tub in the room. Room... Read more

There were plenty of options for food and about 6 miles down the road was the Savannah Mall, Target and Wal-mart. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel definitely didn't splurge on the purchase of mattresses. Our room had the cheap simple spring style mattresses with no pillow top. This is the type of mattress you would expect from a roadside motel, not a Hampton Inn. This made for a terrible nights sleep... glad it was just for 1 night.

I always stay at Hampton Inns. I'm a Hilton Honors member and have always been satisfied. Not this time. Several issues were; Not enough breakfast. Guests waiting in line for more food to be brought out. Extremely slow elevators. Guests waiting in the lobby in line for the elevator. No Hilton Honors benefits. Wellness center too small for the number of guests. Some positives; Usual clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

We have stayed in many Hampton Inn properties. This one is by far the first with bad service. Check in was ok (male manager). For the price paid; the service should be overwhelming! Breakfast wasn't prepared for the number of patrons there. Lines were long for eggs, hashbrowns & sausage. A few complained & only got a "sorry". The manager never left the desk to help the ladies preparing breakfast or apologize to the standing line of folks. Asking for extra towels.... I thought I was in a "motel"!... Read more

This hotel was average. Nothing really stood out to separate it from other Hamptons. We were there basically to sleep. We did not eat breakfast. The room was in need of new carpet. There was even a patch that was loose and could have easily been tripped over. A bit of glue would solve the problem but that has not been done yet. The king suite room was very large and I could have spent more time there if I needed to. The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. High priced for a Hampton.

We stayed here for one night on way to Disney. We loved it because it's close to 95 and has lots of restaurants we can walk to so we don't have to get back in the car after a long day. The front desk lady upon arrival wasn't super friendly but wasn't rude. Our room was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast is nice to get us on the road quickly. The check out desk gentleman was super nice and friendly, everyone should be like him. Overall a nice stay.

Rooms are old and aged. Multiple stains on carpet floors. No one at the front desk for 30 minutes between 4:50 AM and 5:20 Am. Staff was rude. No coffee was available at 4:45 AM. The TV did not work. There were mold stains around toilet and bathroom. Rooms were loud. Air-conditioner was very loud and placed directly beside bed. Overall very bad experience.

Hotel is right off I-95 in Northern georgia and a good stopping place. There are two restaurants in walking distance and a nice pool and jacuzzi. Clean as most Hampton are and the staff was friendly. We will be back.
