This lovely old in is so pretty and so well tended. The rooms are all very well done. Comfortable & inviting. Also, the bathroom lighting is very good. The service is fantastic, and the people are great. There is always something to share in the sitting room ie: coffee, tea, lemon water, cookies, appetizers and wine. The breakfast is first rate. The Lemon-Blueberry pancakes are out of this world. The location is right in the middle of the Historic area, and looks out over one of the man... Read more

This Inn checks all of the boxes on our list. We arrived on Thursday afternoon and were greeted by Mike. He gave us a nice overview of the Inn and helped us get settled. The building is very well maintained and you can tell it from the moment you walk inside. Parking: There is free street parking near the hotel. Our room was small but very nice. It included a nice bed, TV, and an updated bathroom. Throughout the day the staff provides snacks and drinks in the parlor room. Breakfast was serve... Read more

It's just like stepping back into another era from the moment you step through the door. The service is friendly and welcoming. Early morning coffee, sit down breakfast, 5pm hors d'ouvres and 8pm port service. Hospitality from a bygone era. Our room was in the carriage house with the bathroom outside the room, which we found wasn't inconvenient at all. We were advised when we booked that this was the situation (for us it was a last minute overnight stay on our unplanned driving adventure from... Read more

The afternoon sweets, fruit infused water, late afternoon wine, cheese, crudités, hors d' oeuvres and late night port wine were delicious! Can't forget the yummy cookies at turn down service. This is the place for us to stay i... Read more

What a lovely hotel and charming staff. we felt a warm welcome and were well taken care of while there, Highly recommend, we will return for certain! The location is perfect, walking distance to so much in town, yet quiet and very private. The bed was very comfortable the breakfast was delightful and most of all the staff were very welcoming and kind.
