Nice room. Hotel service and restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Stressful trip because of the flood closures of I-95 through SC so this was a nice unwind. Room was clean and everything worked. I like the central a/c as it is much quieter.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to historic Savannah. Rooms were clean and the breakfast provided was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only stayed 1 night but wished I had stayed longer. Self parking garage was convenient but they also provided valet. Great location would certainly return when I'm back in the area!

Embassy Suites is nicely central to most of the dorms at SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design). Rooms are nice and a good view of the art museum, easy walk to the dorms. Valet parking was reasonable and a nice service. Embassy suites free happy hour for guest and the free buffet style breakfasts were a welcome treat.

I really enjoy the Embassy Suites brand. But this property doesn't quite live up to the reputation. I think they need to hire a quality control supervisor that would have authority throughout the entire property.

This hotel is on the out edge of Old Savannah, it is peaceful and quiet, however it is a short cab ride to River Street where the action is. Breakfast is always hot and delicious.

I really enjoyed my weekend stay there and will definitely stay there again . This hotel is within walking distance to the main attractions downtown.

We arrived here after a stay in Charleston at a boutique hotel so we were expecting an average experience. We were greeted upon check-in and the concierge asked if we needed any recommendations or reservations while we were standing in line to check in-nice! The evening managers reception was nice-open bar and basic snacks. It kept us from being hangry until we could walk to our next Low Country feast! This hotel is in a great location. It's walk-able to the City Market and River St. and the trolley will pick you up at the front door for their tour. The complimentary breakfast has made to order omelets as well as many other options and the wine and cheese service in the evening is great after a day of sightseeing. Our room was large and clean. Food and kitchen staff are both terrible. The staff does not go out of its way to help. They act as if you are bothering them. The bacon tasted rancid, grits are flavorless, and don't expect coffee, tea, or lemon water 24 hrs.at this hotel like others we have stayed at. You can't get coffee before breakfast starts, only the junk in the room. The maid service was wonderful; 5 star rating for the girls who took care of our room.

This is the nicest Embassy Suites we've stayed in. It's a wonderful layout, seems like a new building. Staff friendly, all the usual Embassy Suites amenities. Lovely French bistro restaurant in the building. Location is good, not in the middle of town, but a reasonable walk to the historic district, city market and riverfront. Next to Visitors Center where we caught hop on/hop off trolley for our tour through this gorgeous and charming city.

Front desk staff were courteous to our face, just not helpful at all at check-in. The Presidential Suite they claim takes 1 hour to clean and turn-over was heavily dusty, the furniture nicked and chipped, and the sofa cushions flat. TOTALLY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM EMBASSY SUITES AT $350/NIGHT. Breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were all very good.

I will stay with Embassy Suites again, enjoyed my stay. For the amount time that I was actually in room, it was a bit costly. However, after returning to room it was nice to have space. Good trade off, value vs comfort? I do not normally rate 10s or excellent for the simple reason, I believe there is always room for improvement, no matter what.

This is a very nice hotel with nice amenities for a business traveler with extended stays. I was here for more than two weeks during my last stay and I am back for three more. I could have gone elsewhere but chose to return and would do it again. A very good value for the price and the restaurant is very nice/food is very good.

IT was nearby all of the activities we wanted to do during our stay. I would recommend this to any one visiting the area. The staff also sent text messages throughout our stay to make sure we didn't need anything. If I was ever to return I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel and good location. All the staff we encountered were friendly and accomodating. The room was very clean and modern but that is what I would expect in this price range. The managers reception was very good with a great selection of drinks and finger food. The breakfast was ok but there was something about the scambled eggs my wife and I did not like, the texture was gritty almost like they had used powdered eggs. This small thin aside we had a great stay

Staff was excellent, rooms were spotless, beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure...unusually strong for a hotel. I loved it. Others may not. Breakfast was hot, fresh and tasty. Can't say enough. All good but no internet. That was still not an issue. Staff exceptional and extremely clean. Not in heart of town but 4 minutes away. Almost new hotel so rooms were very very clean.

The family stayed at Embassy Suites got Thanksgiving weekend. The hotel was well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. Hotel was within walking distance of the major attractions in Savannah's historic district. Will stay there again.
