This hotel was a great midway point between Florida and North Carolina on our family vacation. Many available restaurants and the room was clean and very comfortable. Only complaint was waiting so long for an omelette. Too many guests wanting omelettes and only one person making them.

Housekeeping never got boogers and blood off my bed skirt! AC couldn't go down any further than 70 even after a service member looked at it, and, it ran ALL night both nights, loudly. More channels were pixilated than not. Shower leaked all over floor, pics were sent to Bernita? She was to give me a half off discount for that night...didn't see that adjustment on my bill.

Spend a little more if you want quality food, clean working amenities. The pool was not appealing - deck had clumps of hair and mold in the grout. Breakfast - there were no plates (every day with a 4 night stay) so I guess it did not matter that they ran out of food and we had to wait about 20 min. to eat and that went fast if you got to it at all. Door keys did not work Shower leaked all over the bathroom, TV kept tiling. Nothing but shopping and chain restaurants in the area. Location is OK ... Read more

We stayed at 5 hotels on a 2500 mile trip and this was by far the best. The entrance is tricky at night but it has good I-95 and airport access. Savannah traffic isn't bad which means in 15 minutes one can be downtown and save money by staying outside. If you want to visit downtown for several hours, park at the visitor's center ($2 an hour with 1st hour free). It beats staying downtown and parking $25-$35 a day using valet. At the hotel, free parking, suite rooms, comfortable beds, two TVs,... Read more

I stayed here on June 12 thru 17 with my daughter. This is the nicest Embassy Suites I have stayed at, and I have visited many. The room was huge, workers extremely friendly, beautiful grounds, delicious breakfast, manager's reception, quiet etc. The value and convenience of this hotel is exceptional. The area has tons on shopping, eateries and is convenient to travel to area beaches, which we did every day. Hopefully, we will visit again soon!

We stopped at this hotel on our way to and from Disney World. Typically, nicer hotels in upscale areas are hard to come by near the I-95 area. The location was perfect with numerous restaurants, stores, and shopping centers all around it, and there were outlets right across the street! My stay: June 29-July 3, 2016 Let me begin by saying that the hotel is very nice inside and out and the location is great. It is near Tanger Outlets, lots of eateries, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The negativity, however, began upon check-in with Shameka who seemed to be angry and was not at all helpful. We've come here many times for stays of a week or less. Great rooms with just enough kitchen for a short stay and the rooms are very spacious. Great work area big enough for 2 computers or iPads at the same time. Within walking distance of many good restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Breakfasts are very good with buffet and omelet chef. Evening happy hour with free wine, beer or sangria and appetizers is great! The dinners are very good too! We had a great extended weekend in Savannah and the reason our trip was so awesome was because of this hotel. Only a few miles from downtown Savannah you are away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. The Hotel staff are all great. The breakfast in the morning is great. The free cocktail hour is great. Its in a great area with a lot of restaurants around if you dont feel like paying an arm and leg for overrated downtown Savannah food. This hotel will be the rea... Read more

The location is blocks away from shopping (including Tanger Outlets) and a number of restaurants which is an absolute plus. Everything about this hotel is welcoming, beautiful, modern, and elegant...as expected. The cleanliness from the lobby to the restaurant to the suite was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the smiling faces of each staff member greeted as well!

We are a bunch of veterans from the Cold War era and each year the group gathers somewhere when we continue to slap backs (not too hard), swap old stories (some well-worn), and catch up on new grand kids (or for some great-grand kids). This Embassy Suites was an excellent choice. It's not in the historic section of Savannah, but the area offers excellent opportunities for walks without traffic and the accommodations are more than comfortable, as are most of the Embassy Suites. The Embassy Suites Savannah Airport was clean, quiet, safe, and run by an extremely professional staff with terrific customer service. The hotel was very nice with modern furnishings and comfortable beds in a spotless 2 room suite, with well-appointed amenities. What amazed me the most, which I had never seen before, was that the very large bathroom had 2 entry doors and tons storage space! This was very convenient to enter the bathroom from either the bedroom or the living area. What I was m... Read more

They bent over backwards to make sure the guests were happy despite the situation we were all in with the storm. The General Manager - Gautham Shetty was so helpful, and pleasant despite working straight thru the night due to the storm. The GM worked his butt off the entire 3 days we were there. My husband and I stayed at The Embassy Suites during Hurricane Matthew. I cannot say enough about the caring, kindness and attention the hotel gave us. In a situation with no restaurants open they managed to produce meals - full breakfast happy hour with hors d'oeuvre and freshly baked cookies. We had clean towels and carpets were vacuumed. The skeleton staff were on duty 24/7 were friendly, caring and always had a smile. How they managed with a full hotel I can't imagine. The manager found ... Read more

My husband and I evacuated from Savannah to the Embassy Suites during Hurricane Matthew. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and very clean. The manager and staff could not have been nicer and, even though they were working with a skeleton crew as some employees could not get to work because of the storm, they went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had a hot breakfast each morning. The day of the storm the manager was cooking bacon because they were shorthanded. The hotel n... Read more

front desk service was unacceptable i will never stay at this location again!! When a guest has a concern I would appreciate it if you don' spend 15 min or longer keep stating policies to me and at no time make any attempt to really try to resolve the guest issue or a least try to accomodate me in some type of way instead of just letting the guest feel as though you could really care less about my concern.

Hotel accommodation not as expected, the rooms are very tight, not very fresh, the bed was very uncomfortable, as well as the pillows, very noisy furnace. I started cleaning the room as I do anywhere I stay, and found hair behind the door and in the back of the toilet. Lift up the cushions on the sofa and not to my surprise crumbs everywhere. As with the Hilton and Embassy Brand, all of the amenities featured in the advertisement are on display during your stay.
