Normaly, I use Hampton Inn. This time I Have decided to try another one. The room was perfect. The check-inn an check out were perfect. The pool was small. The hot tub was not hot and the pool room was very humid: ventilation problem ??? The breakfast was so-so. Too much water in the orange juice. Hot sausages and potatoes but no eggs???. Next time I will return to Hampton Inn.

This was a nice hotel just outside of Savannah with a great price. I usually stay in downtown Savannah and pay a much higher price. Our son attends Savannah College of Art and Design so we go up often. It only took us 10 minutes to get to his dorm downtown. I will definitely stay here again instead of paying the insane prices in downtown Savannah. We were also able to find nice dining at much more reasonable pricing.

The lady at the front desk mumbled, barely smiled and was reciting a script without making eye contact. She was more excited when her friend walked through the door. The housekeepers walking the halls would look at you, speak in a foreign language and make you feel uncomfortable, especially during continental breakfast they sit in the doorway and watch, barely keeping busy to keep the breakfast or tables inn shape. This hotel is in a well-kept area right off the interstate, but it??s not right on the highway, so it??s convenient without being in the middle of traffic noise. Not a pleasant stay even for one night. As a Carlton Club member there is no advantage and you tend to get the worst rooms when you use points. Internet is slow, when you can access it. Rooms always seem to have issues minor enough that you don't complain. Just not a pleasant experience.

The staff is disconnected. Housekeeping should be called towel replacement and bed making service. That is all they seem to do. We visited the beach and there was sand in the bathroom for the remainder of our trip(2 days). The jacuzzi had poop in it, the pool area had no towels, leaving us to walk back to the room soaking wet. No wonder that I almost fell in the elevator earlier that day.

This hotel was the noisiest of our US road trip along the east coast. The beds were great and the staff were really friendly and helpful but you can hear everything in the rooms next door and the hallway. It made a good night's rest very difficult. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and whirlpool (our son especially). It was particularly nice that it was open until 12:00AM, which was great. The breakfast was very good. They had eggs and sausage, fresh waffles, as well as baked goods, cereals (both hot and cold), as well as fruits. I wish we could have extended our stay a few days, as we had a good time. Our only complaint ... Read more

Great hotel! It is a little far from the city, but worth it if you don't mind driving a bit. The staff was nice, and they were quick and prepared which I appreciated. Complimentary breakfast was okay - pretty standard for a hotel. Overall a great experience!

Thank you for a nice efficient check in and clean room. The staff was friendly and offered me a cookie as well. The room was clean and coffee cups were protected by a plastic sleeve which was an added for sanitation.

We stayed there two weeks after hurricane Mathew. They had done a great job of getting the hotel in usable condition. While other hotels in the area were taking advantage of the shortage of rooms, this hotel was back in business and charging normal rates. The room was spacious and well kept. fast internet. We ask the night clerk Monisha for advice on a tour service. Monisha was a refreshing staff member, friendly , professional and very helpful. She gave us some great advice on places to eat... Property was clean, felt safe and room was likewise clean, properly stocked with towels & toiletries. The two problems I would note are that room darkening curtains are needed, only had sheers; outside lighting made it nearly impossible to sleep and the soundproofing between rooms is sub-par. Included breakfast was satisfactory.

My sister and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days last weekend while we prepared for and recovered from the Savannah half marathon. I booked here because of the reasonable price (comparatively) and decent reviews. It was a bit farther away from the city than I would have liked. The main issue was the room was definitely damp and musty for the duration of our stay. Bathroom was OK, not super clean. The day of the marathon our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for extra towels. I will say tha... Read more

Stayed one night. Hotel clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff nice and friendly. Pool and common areas were well maintained. Breakfast was standard fare hotel mixture of hot and cold options. Would stay again if passing through.

Savannah is not a big city so you're never too far from everything, this Hotel is only 15 minutes or so from downtown, it's clean, safe, has a hot breakfast, free parking, free wi-fi (which was one of the slowest and worst I've ever experienced) and the room was recently renovated. I did not get the room I reserved (king) I got two doubles, but no big deal. Bottom line is if you want to pay twice as much for something downtown it is not going to be twice as nice and your only saving 12-15 minute... Read more

Stayed here sometime back but it seems less hospitable than previous. Room was clean except for mold in the shower and around the tub. Breakfast was carb heavy with French toast and sausage but not an egg on the horizon.

Filthy bathroom (never cleaned) Scum ring around tub. Obviously housekeeping must be aware tub does not drain. Carpets in room looked as if a corpse was dragged across it. Food particles on floor from previous slob.

The location of this motel is good and there are several other motels at this exit. The front desk staff never smiled or greeted us, did not tell us about any amenities and obviously did not enjoy working on this day. the room was large enough and the beds were comfortable. After my husband showered we found there were no bath towels. I attempted to call the front desk but the room phone was not working. I called using my cell phone and an apology was not given concerning the towels and I was to... Read more

Checked in around 1030pm. Internet wireless not working or connecting for more than 15-20 seconds at a time. Very annoying. Addressed issues with front desk. Offered only tech support number - they would not answer on several attempts. Never offered to change rooms (this one was on 3rd floor). On call manager offered only "it's not our problem and if (he) was in the room longer than an hour we won't cancel the room charge". GM had a different take on the problem. Expedia.com cancelled everything... Read more

I never written a bad review before... Until now! When I 1st walked in the door, the front desk clerk looked at me & she looked down asking what can I do? No Hi, welcome or direct eye contact. Was very rude through the whole check-in. The walls are VERY thin so you can hear people at all through the night....so no sleep. 2nd night.....came back in the evening around 10:30. There was a group of loud young men drinking beers in the lobby!! Went back to the room and I guess there was a family r... Read more

The room was fine. The staff at the desk was helpful and the room was clean. Those are the most important qualities. Nice breakfast too. Has an indoor pool and gym. Close to I-95 with restaurants nearby. I would stay there again!!

Just stayed one night on way to FL. Liked that it was south of town, as we were heading south the next day. many choices for dinner close by makes this location a plus. Didn't have a chance to use indoor pool, but it looked clean. Staff was friendly.
