We had planned on a stay in the historic district but the agency totally fouled up the reservations and we ended up here (twenty minutes from downtown). The location is great for the airport and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was pretty good. The room was clean and roomy but a neighbor's television could be heard into the very wee hours one night. The breakfast buffet was very good. The rate was pretty good for what you get.

We stayed here on our way back to Haines City FL. This has got to be the most outstanding hotel we have stayed at. The room was the best. There was not one problem or fault with our stay. All other hotels should check this out and then bring theirs up to the standards of this hotel. Next time we are within 100 miles of this hotel this is where we will stay. The room was immaculate and the breakfast was outstanding, Staff was the friendlest I have encountered in a long time.

This hotel is located conveniently off of I-95 near the airport. It appears to be a newer hotel as it is in very nice condition and maintained in a very clean condition . The staff was friendly and helpful . The room was large , clean , and comfortable in every way . The complementary breakfast was standard fare for a moderately priced hotel and was more than sufficient. The hotel was very competitively priced for the area . I would strongly recommend it .

We stayed overnight on our way to Florida at this location. We were wondering what it would be like being next to an airport but we were pleasantly surprised. It was very quiet and a good night's sleep. We asked for a top floor away from the elevator and ice machine. The staff was friendly and was able to fill our request. The room and hotel were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and the coffee was very good. We will be going this way again and will remember this stop for next... Read more

Worse night "sleep" ever in a hotel. PAPER thin walls and heavy doors that slam shut. Bathroom wasn't particularly clean. Breakfast was good, location close to lots of restaurants and easy access to highway.

We asked for and received a room with 2 Queen beds on the 3rd floor. The room was clean and well appointed. And Quiet..The breakfast was adequate. The only problem was finding a place to eat. The info from the desk clerk was rather non informational.and there was no informational booklet in the room.

Comfort Inn was the alternative hotel for the weekend and by far the most budget friendly one on the list. Everything was great and the staff was extremely helpful. The hotel had a shuttle to the outlets and even restaurants within a certain amount of miles. This was our first time to Savannah and we can't wait to come back. Would definitely come back to this location

Hotel itself was great. But paid double the price thru hotels. Com. When I received the email I confirmation I called to cancel but offices were closed I will NEVER use as a booking agent again. Never had an issue like that with Priceline or booking . Com. I will make sure everyone knows what a scam they are!

The rooms were clean. The staff were friendly. When our refrigerator broke they provided a new one. Breakfast had a variety in the buffet. We did not use the pool as it was pouring rain. It was modern in decoration. Very reasonably priced. :)!

Clean pool and lobby, it has a bar as well. The room is very nice and has a comfy bed. The staff is friendly and efficient when I called for extra towels they had them here in minutes. For a mid range place it's not bad at all. There are plenty of places to eat around the area and only 15 minutes from the historic district.

We have a small French bulldog so needed a pet friendly hotel. Some in this area wanted high fees or only had pet rooms that were smoking. Comfort inn provided nice clean room with a $25 fee. Typical breakfast, nice selection. Excellent place to eat called Sam speeds tavern within walking distance.

This was a stop for the night. Glad we made the reservation early in the day as we traveled toward home, as the hotel was sold out by the time we arrived late. The room was small, but had two queen beds, which were comfortable, and several pillows to choose from in varying firmness. The room had a good size mini fridge and a small microwave. The furniture is starting to look worn, but the carpet is in need of cleaning and had many obvious stains. The headboards are made of a woven ribbon ty... Read more

We stayed here twice in the last month, would stay again. Had a very clean room, breakfast was very good. The pool was gross, wouldn't have been swim able for a couple days at least, which is a real letdown when you have a young child traveling and waiting to swim allll day long :( but things happen and the front desk made it right for us and comped us a bit on our room, excellent customer service!

We were driving from Florida to North Carolina and thought that we would stop half way. I am glad we did, this is a very nice hotel to stay in. There are 3 of us and we each had our own bed and breakfast the next morning was great. The only thing we had an issue with was the parking because they had big rigs parked in the parking spots and the extra parking for cars where in an unlit area.

We stayed overnight on our road trip. Friendly service, but for the cost, this room was dirty. The chairs, curtains, carpets and even the sheets were stained with all sorts of who knows what. When we walked j to our room, there was a weird smell to it. Like masking another smell with alcohol. It had a mouthwash smell. We have kids so we used the pullout sofa and a rollaway bed. Neither had sheets in them so we made them ourselves... With the clean but very stained sheets that we were given. If i... Read more

Family of four (12 and 15 yrs) stayed one night. The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are big, even for a family. The issues are probably a factor of the downtown location. Parking is difficult. Valet is offered (we used Valet) but simply overloaded. The valet staff was awesome and very accommodating. Do not be in a hurry to park, check in or check out or you will get frustrated. FYI...$20 a day to Valet. Two elevators service the 6 story hotel. Again, do not be in a hurry. Just relax a... Read more

We had stayed here before a few years ago. This time we heard loud noises of people talking throughout the night. The bedding was not as plush as they previously were. It is in definite need of some upgrades. Our 2 grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool.

Staff is awesome. Very friendly & accommodating. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning is excellent. There are a few maintenance issues such as keeping the pool going and some leaks around the base of the exterior walls inside the rooms when it rains. We travel ALOT for work so we've seen ALOT and this hotel ranks high in our book.

The front desk receptionist, Nika, was most pleasant and very accommodating! We almost walked out after asking the rates, but she talked us into it. She said it was better to have a client than see them walk out. Good business practice. I do believe the bathrooms could have been cleaned better, but overall it was a nice hotel.

Breakfast was as expected: eggs, bacon, sausage gravy/ biscuit in a very nice area...But no microwave to heat the not warm biscuit/ gravy. The attendant could use an attitude of helpfulness adjustment, was not happy when asked if she could microwave it in her kitchen. Had an exercise room that needs updated equipment. After driving 12 exhausting hours, arriving at this hotel I was looking for a good night sleep. I was overwhelmed by the smell of our room, not to mention the dirty pillow cases and sheets that were on the bed. I informed the front desk of the condition of my room, I was told that they can only change my room to a single king size bed. Problem with the king size bed was that it could not accommodate me, my wife, and two teen. The front desk offered air freshener to help with the smell, using the... Read more

Friendly staff was very happy to accommodate us when we asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevator and ice machine. The room was clean and quiet. We made our reservations here because it was close to Savannah and the prices were good. We had no trouble with the room and enjoyed the stay. It is a budget motel so we were not expecting or needed any fancy amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable. We have to have a number of medical devices with us and the staff was very helpful giving us a room on the ground floor and dealing with the stuff in the room. We will be staying here again.

Spent one night here on trip to Orlando from N.C. This was about halfway so it was a good place to stop after hurricane Mathew made the trip through southern N.C. a little more challenging. I had made the reservation through Trip Advisor so I was not sure how well this would work. Process was flawless and the room was available when we arrived. This is the second time we have stayed at this location, which is very handily located just off I-95. The room was fine and the menu for breakfast was good. But you can probably find a better-run hotel at this price in the immediate area, it is in a big cluster of mid-price hotels. My issues were with the front-desk service late at night. I arrived at the airport at 11:30pm, and called the hotel for a shuttle. It rang 9 times before it was answered. I was preparing to call a taxi. When she answered and I requested a shuttle, she said "it is on its way" and hung up. I had wanted to ask where I sh... Read more
