My wife and I went to Roswell for a wedding and we stayed with the wedding party at the Hilton. The service was great. The rooms were very nice and up to date. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Our friends live in Roswell so we'll be sure to be back.

Double Tree by Hilton Hotel Atlanta/Roswell when I checked in I was surprised at the unfriendly check-in lady. I am a guest, I expect a smile and a "how are you" at least. No cookie either which was so highly advertised. The breakfast was plentiful and good, so there was a ray of sunshine. The room was clean and nice. The front desk clerks need a refresher course on "how to greet a guest"

We stayed here for a long weekend for my daughter's wedding. The hotel was sold out with seven wedding parties and guests. It was a clean hotel with a friendly staff close to the wedding venue. There is a restaurant and bar onsite. The outdoor pool is small with very little area for lounge chairs but plenty of seating in the shade. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated on a green hill offering a combination of privacy and quiet surroundings. The super-friendly front desk staff will go above and beyond to address your requests. Rooms are clean and on-the-property restaurant food is OK. A complementary shuttle bus will take you anywhere within 5-mile radius giving you access to MARTA transportation and every one of the many excellent restaurants in Roswell. The somewhat flaky complementary Wi-Fi is the only amenity in this otherwise great ... Read more

Initial check-in was done by a staff member that was clearly sick and/or tired. Not a good first impression. But the rooms are nice and the rest of my stay was friendly and courteous. It's very close to Ga 400 so that made it easier to get in and out of Roswell. And the cookies were cold. :(

Very clean, friendly, close to restaurants and an overall good experience. We also used the conference room and a ballroom for interviews and they were nice. Great group rates are also available. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Several restaurants and stores close but you are not in the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlanta.

Stayed at the Atlanta Roswell Doubletree for a family wedding. Hotel all around was very clean, that's a plus these days. The rooms are your standard size, double beds are small for my and hubby, guess that's what happens when you're used to a queen size. The bathrooms are small but updated and clean. No fridge nor safe in room. We did fine. Breakfast was great, internet service was meager. Never quite able to download a book on my device, probably needed to purchase premium, which seems ... Loved the fitness center -- small, but has all the basics and the equipment worked well! Needs serious updating. We make it a point to stay at Doubletree because of their beds, however we were very disappointed in this location's mattresses. They also need to do a better job with the breakfast service and restocking. They were also often out of their signature chocolate chip cookies...don't make it a big deal if you're not going to provide them to your guests.

I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. However, I would not recommend staying on the seventh floor during the hot summer months when temperature is 90 plus degrees. The ceilings on the seventh floor are much higher so the current air conditioning system is not sufficient to cool the rooms during the summer months. Overall the hotel is very nice.

The majority of the staff was great! The room was spotless and well appointed. They only offer squishy down like pillows so if you side sleep or like firm pillows bring your own. I wanted to get a simple meal from the on premise bar & grill, the Dogwood Cafe. First off, there were multiple tables with dirty dishes sitting on them, a few seats at the bar that had dirty glasses still sitting at them. I ordered a pizza, salad and a beer to take up to my room. The guy working the bar had to confirm the two toppings I wanted on my pizza 3 times. I think the modern business traveler has certain expectations for a hotel that says they cater to business people. The Doubletree is a combo of hits and misses. Hits The wifi is easy to log into, connections are stable, and support decent bandwidth. The rooms have a ton of power outlets, every lamp has a power plug, and the desk has built in power plugs and two USB plugs for charging devices. The rooms are clean and quiet. Miss There are no room safes. There is no full size ironing board... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel several times, always because I have been in the area for local events. This hotel is situated in exactly the right place to catch all of the overnight traffic from 5+ local wedding venues. The fact that they don't have to work for their business, I believe, is the reason for their awful customer service and lack of front-desk training/knowledge. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are nice, what you would expect from a Hilton property. The employees are the problem ... Read more

The room was nice and the front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Especially Chris. He always had a smile and something nice to say. They quickly responded to my request for a refrigerator.

Room was alright, location is good, and the price was alright. However, the lobby smelled a bit like there was a septic leak, breakfast was $18 for what would be free at other hotels, and the updates and fixes they are performing are sub-standard at best.

Stayed here for 2 nights on business. Pluses: hotel is right off 400 and is very convenient. Workout equipment is up to date. Final plus is the breakfast buffet is good and restaurant staff very friendly. Not so great are the rooms. They definitely need updating as they look pretty worn. The bathroom is tiny and hard to maneuver. In general, the place looks tired and could use updated carpeting, paint, and some TLC.

Stayed at several nice hotels for business and pleasure. This is certainly a nice place. The staff is very friend especially with Chris and Ana at your service. I'd recommend checking out breakfast in town since Atlanta has amazing food options.

We spent a night at this hotel on a girls shopping trip. The hotel is conveniently located and very easy to find. It's quiet in that you don't have any noise from the road or highway. We were very enthusiastically greeted at check in and handed our Doubletree signature cookies. I have to admit that while I like being given cookies, I much prefer the bottle of water that HHonors members receive at other Hilton properties. Housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms on our floor (after 3:30 ... Read more

Stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding. The room we had the first 2 nights had a leak of some sort and the rug was very damp. The bathroom was very small and configured where the toilet was in the middle of the sink and tub making it a tight squeeze. After complaining, we were moved to a larger room, which was nice, but had some issues as the drapery shade in the bathroom was broken and the sink faucet leaked. The restaurant, while convenient and good for breakfast, was a lot to be desired ... Read more

This hotel is in a very nice area of Atlanta. Beware that a taxi or an Uber will cost you 75 bucks or more! Chris and Desiree at the front desk along with Dwight in the restaurant really made me feel at home. I will use this hotel again in the future

If you're a Hilton honors member, you'll want to check in here. Ask for a corner room! This hotel has 2 Hilton Honors floors! The location is located a short driving distance from the cute downtown Roswell. You will want to visit there! I also recommend the room service if you plan to relax in the morning. They have a good menu and the food is tasty! We stayed at this hotel for a wedding and I was able to enjoy the room service, not once, but twice! I had the salmon entree before getting ready ... The hotel is nice but a little challenging to find. The parking is not convenient and the parking lot is hilly; suggest you unload at door if you have more than a rollerbag. The staff was very professional. The rooms were standard for a Doubletree.

I had to book this hotel due to a lack of rooms at my first 3 choices near my customer in Alpharetta. The location is acceptable as you can get on the highway to zip to areas to eat (Perimeter Mall), but this is a "resort" not a business hotel, The price as a bit much but I see they had a pool, gym, restaurant, concierge etc. They were not able to extend the corporate rate to my stay (which disappointed me) and the rooms were small for a Double Tree. No cookie was offered and I noticed the bat... Read more

Couldn't check into room until after check in time and myself and maid of honor were given attitude every time we checked. My grandmother of 95 years old had to wait in the lobby until close to 4:30 to check into a room. No assistance or options were given to her to make the situation better. Upon check out I was charged a rate of $159 rather than the correct $119 rate. We were staying in a block of rooms for a wedding and had reserved four rooms for 2 nights and booked these rooms nine months ago. Front Office Manager from the Doubletree sent us an email at 11:20 AM on the day of check in to contact the hotel as there was a problem with the credit card on file for the reservations. We did not see this email as we were already on a flight to Georgia. However, my daughter got to the hotel and tried to check in before 1PM and the same Manager told her she couldn‚... Read more

Stayed here when I was in town for a wedding. It sits a little back from a wide boulevard, so it's easy to miss at first pass and takes a little work to turn around. Ample parking, warm and efficient reception. Lobby was showing some wear, but well-kept. Room was comfortable, well laid out, and had some upscale finishes. Breakfast was decent, nothing special, but probably worth the $15 for convenience. Bar was well-stocked, drinks pricey, menu available relatively late. Staff was friendly,... Read more

Overall, I give it an average rating. Basically if there was anything that was advertised, we had to ask for it. Nothing was volunteered by the staff, including their signature cookie upon arrival. Breakfast coupons were supposed to be provided. however guests only got one coupon instead of two coupons. They were staying for 2 nights and sometimes 3 nights. We booked approximately 15 rooms for 2 or 3 nights, or approximately $4,200 of revenue for the hotel. I'm not saying that we should ... Read more

My company booked me at this hotel and it was a great choice. The hotel was fantastic and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The only opportunity for improvement would be the bar area. service was a little lacking and there was not a lot of craft beer choices, otherwise it was great
