Convenient location, friendly staff, and great rooms. Most importantly, pet friendly! Traveling with two dogs isn't easy, but the pet areas were clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was organized and offered many healthy options. Great stay and will be back!

I've stayed at this location for 8 years to and from FL. Very convenient to I95. Pet friendly. Staff is extremely professional and attentive. However - they raised their prices. I paid $239 for what IS and has always been a $99 room. I'll have to find a new hotel for the trip going forward.

Nice room, comfortable bed, pleasant staff. This was my second stay. Convenient to I95, pet friendly which was what I needed. Very happy with the cost. Didn't use the breakfast bar but when I walked by it appeared to offer a wide variety of items.

Check-in time was behind. My room wasn't cleaned until 5:30 pm one day. Didn't receive a receipt on morning of check-out at room. The staff acted as though it was my responsibility to make them feel welcomed or privileged that I was staying there.

Unaware of Pet Friendly policy. Plumbing leaked. Bed lumpy. Did not honor 100% satisfaction guarantee on request. This experience was unusual for Hampton Inn but it left me questioning quality control at a corporate level.

Was traveling from Alexandria, VA to Orlando, FL and needed a last minute place to stop for the night. Picked a Hampton Inn because they are reliable and good value. We were lucky enough to get the last room, which was clean and comfortable. Great free breakfast in the morning. And very convenient location next to I95. Great spot for someone who is just passing through on a road trip. Highly recommend!

This hotel is located right off of I-95. Very convenient for travelers going up and down the east coast. The down side to this is that if you stay in a room on the highway side of the hotel you will hear the highway noise. Iā??m a light sleeper and it bothered me. If I stay here again then Iā??ll request a room on the opposite side of the highway. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn fare. Adequate and filling. Not spectacular.

On the way to vacation with my daughter and her family, used the Hampton Inn as an overnight stop. Good location, easy to find, and found it a very pleasant stay. The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was typical of most, but still everything was hot, and the staff made sure that everything was stocked up. A good place to stay and would stop here again if traveling this way.

Spent last night at this hotel. Did not know it was dog friendly, because that is not an obvious amenity when booking. It was obvious when I stepped into the building. Smelled of dog and an overwhelming sweet, sickening air freshener. Perhaps to try to cover the smell. The room was substandard compared to other Hampton I have stayed. Sticky bathroom floor, coffee slopped on bathroom wall, shower rod coming out of wall, spider in the sink, fridge missing a foot, dirty carpet and on and on. ... Read more

Hampton Inn on Jekyll Island in right on the beach. The hotel rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and professional. The pool was dirty with lots of dead bugs floating on the water and there were big spiders over the chase lounges.

The building and fixtures and furnishings need some attention. Observed several pets mostly dogs and some were quite large. we had a "non smoking " room but it had a heavy scent of air freshener. The whole place was worn. Room rate was reasonable but $ 19.00 in taxes changes that.

Hotel is extremely easy to get to just off of I-95. Rooms are fresh and well maintained. Located an easy 20 mins drive to downtown Savannah. Staff was very good at this hotel. Hotel appearance was good. Had free breakfast which can be very crowded at peak times. Free internet was easy to connect and worked well.

Easy access from/to I95. Area appears reasonability secure. Parking area is well lit. Rooms are tight and the paint and fixtures are ready for renovation. That said, the staff was polite and helpful. The breakfast included just about everything one would expect on a U.S. menu. Pet friendly! Pool and workout room were open and well maintained.

Compared to other Hampton Inns, which we typically seek out, this one wasn't quite up to the standards we're used to. It's certainly a safe, clean, comfortable option, and if it were a Best Western or a Comfort Inn it would be about what I expected, so maybe that was the issue: it felt like it belonged to a different chain. The automatic front door kept opening and closing while we checked in, even though no one was nearby. The large trash can outside the entrance was full when we arrived, and... Read more

Nice hotel. Room was very clean as well as the public areas. Pet friendly room included dog dish and treats. Breakfast was adequate with the usual fruit, muffins, bagels, egg dish, cereal, oatmeal, etc. Easy access on and off interstate. Parking lot full so it appears the hotel is popular. A definitely recommendation for travelers with pets!

Fantastic robust blend coffee. Available 24x7 ! Wish I knew which brand it was, but I read it's a custom blend for Hilton family hotels. Access to I-95 makes for a great road stop overnight. We use in our travels between Miami and Raleigh.

Hotel directions do not include "Old" in front of the address, will help you find the hotel faster. Without the word, the directions will take you several miles out of the way. the hotel itself, very clean, super nice folks work there. Breakfast is the Hampton Breakfast you get at all the Hampton's. Was about 8 miles from downtown historic area, but easy to find. Staying a little further away saved a few dollars.
