excellent, very clean, good service at the restaurant. Room was so clean and good odor, all facility was very clean and quiet. Good parking, safe place near of main restaurants and attractions, close to the I-85 for easy airport back and forward as well to Atlanta downtown.

Great experience staying at this property. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The lobby is very comfortable and bright which makes for a nice place to sit and visit with people. They serve a nice breakfast (both hot and cold). Easy access to walking trails, shopping, and dining. Very convenient location.

Hilton garden inns are not all made the same. This location SW of Atlanta is superb. I happened to book this as i could not get into a hampton inn in Lagrange, figured i take the first hilton property towards Atlanta. Anyway, friendly and great folks working there. Room is awesome. And huge tv compared to other HGI's. I dont know if it is new or just a well kept location. But really superb.

Several of our families came in from all over and stayed at the Hilton, everyone had an excellent expierence. We are all booked to stay again in October. Everyone from booking to coordinating our stay and our stay for October were extremely helpful.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a very nice place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I gave the sleep quality a Very Good because I like a more firmer type pillow. Other than that it was a very comfortable bed.

This was my first stay at this particular HGI. As I approached the hotel I was amazed. The way it is landscaped and off the highway, I did not distinguish it as a hotel. It is secluded and disguised as a residence I thought. Very quite and peaceful setting, with beautiful landscaping and woods in the rear. We stayed Memorial day weekend for two nights while traveling home from vacationing in Florida. We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff was extremely friendly! I booked this lovely place for a return trip home from Florida, so my nieces and I could avoid Atlanta traffic and do some local sightseeing. We came in from I-75 cross country at night: it was hard to find this place in the dark, at 11:00. That is not the fault of the hotel: that is Peachtree City's lack of street lights, which I have been told is on purpose. (Why? It isn't 1875.) This place is tucked away among the trees, very private, and a very beautiful hotel with full amenities. We stayed at this hotel during our grandson's graduation. Not only is the hotel lovely, but the staff could not be any sweeter or more accommodating. The front desk staff made us feel welcome. The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and gracious. (We did feel the breakfast was a little overpriced, to be honest). Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The hotel is in a great location and appears to be very well kept, however, the shower did not have hot water and there were several (more than one) DEER TICKS in the bed when it was pulled down; the beds had not even been sat on, etc. so I know the bugs did not come off our clothes - they were actually on the sheets in the middle of the bed when it was pulled down.

The Hilton Garden Inns are usually pretty good but this one was fantastic. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, even the breakfast was good. I honestly have no complaints. Great place to stay and I would highly recommend this Hilton Garden Inn for you or your family.

Stayed here 1 night did not get experience much about the hotel. Hotel seems well kept and clean no issues there. Front desk staff was very helpful. One issue we had was no sheets for the pull out sofa bed. Costell at the front desk was very help full getting us sheets sent up. Newer hotel in a good location for Peachtree City. It was a little hard to find at first because you cannot see the street name but I managed. Staff welcomed me well with a Gold Honors upgraded room and free breakfast. Room is large and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and clean. Nice bar area with a refrigerator and microwave in my king sofa room. A great stay with great staff.

Over charged! Some people at the front desk were rude, unpleasant and did not greet me with a follow up hello after they made eye contact with me. I don't know the names of the people at the front desk, however I felt neglected and not wanted by the black people that you employ.

Staff was friendly and efficient from the booking phone call, through check-in, breakfast and check-out. Only complaints were no USB ports in the room and late start time for breakfast. USB issue was overcome by generous loan from staff to allow me to charge my phone.

Booked 2 queen beds, got there room changed to king with sofa bed. Frontdesk guy said that we had a issue then since they're sold out. Blamed issue on other website, told booked on hilton he said huh.

This hotel is a gem. The hotel provides excellent service and the staff is always welcoming and professional. The hotel has many amenities including fitness center, pool, restaurant, and bar. The food is quite good and the bar scene is lively. The rooms are large and comfortable. I have stayed at this property several times and I find it consistently high quality.

Loved this hotel, the staff were friendly, nothing was too much for them. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bar downstairs is well stocked and the staff are happy to offer suggestions! Would definitely stay again if I'm travelling over. There are also lots of places to eat locally if you want to get out of the hotel

Very good stay overall and we will be back, front desk staff was great and the breakfast was very good. Hotel was very clean and quiet, beds are a little hard but that is what most Hilton Garden Inn's have. For the changes: First: Both days of our stays the maids knocked on our door right at 11:45 and 11:52 and both days asking if we are leaving, both days our do not disturb sign was up. Hotel staff very friendly and eager to provide anything you need. Rooms were pleasant and clean. Overall appearance of hotel is modern. The design team did a good job. Hallway carpet and decor is on point.They have a full bar and restaurant. Pool is a bit small for a grown up but the kids will love it. Ample amount of FREE parking. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Visited my brother who lives in PTC and he drove us over in his golf cart. Seems like everyone in PTC has one. Easy check in with good service. Room was nice. Standard hotel room with no real complaints. Free breakfast is a nice touch. Fridge and microwave are handy.

Needs to improve on how to handle issues when they happen with late check ins. They had an issue with my credit card and I called the bank. The bank said it was on their end and they still had an issue fixing it. This doubled my time checking in. The person never called for a manger to help her to resolve the issue. The first room we were in, had roaches. We had to switch rooms. Also, we later went down to have meeting and the room had roaches. The hotel needs to be sprayed.

Need to accommodate customers like Hampton Inn, need to offer better service. Rooms need to be cleaned better, check appliances to make sure they are working properly. Prices should be lower for a wedding group. All family should be on same level to enjoy each other who hasn't seen each other in years

The staff is really top notch at this location. Great area, reasonably priced, nice accommodations. The chef made rice krispie treats for our young children. It is in a great area as well. We went for a wedding and rented a golf cart which really made sense vs using our car with the trails that can bring you around the area much more efficiently. The pool was clean with the hot tub which the kids really loved.

The Hilton Garden Inn was very accommodating. I had made my reservations and called a few days before our trip to make sure that I had an accessible room that connected to our room and were so pleased when we arrived that we did have those rooms. This hotel is ok. The walls are thin. So noise can be heard. I had some problems with the cleanliness. The breakfast was great. The staff was good. Especially the restaurant staff. The hotel was very close to restaurants. And had rentable golf carts. Which were fun. I just wish it would have been a bit quieter. I didn't get much rest while staying there. But overall it was ok.

Great stay, clean, quiet, good breakfast. We were shuttled by their vans to the conference center and back. The only problem that I have with all of the Hilton Garden Inns is that the window curtains in the room do not close completely and the room gets too much light from the parking lots.

We stayed 3 nights, the room was very nice, comfortable bed, pillows a bit too squishy..and the a/c did not seem to maintain the room at a comfortable level during the night. The Hilton Garden Inn in Peachtree City is in a great location. It sits back off the main road so you don't get the noise from traffic yet it is convenient to places to eat and shop. The staff are very attentive and personable. My room was clean and comfortable and I felt safe!

Hotel was nice but too expensive. No other hotels available and needed a roof for grandchildren. I prefer Hampton Inns and Homewood Suites because when you are traveling with children it really helps to at least get a free breakfast. The hotel was nice and staff extremely helpful.
