I visited this hotel with a group of students from school. The hotel is under a much needed renovation. The staff is excellent and the price was great. The hotel wasn't close to any of our attractions but it served is purpose.

Not a good experience as a Hilton Honors member. Issues with newly refurbished room shower - water / door, pillows were terrible, bed linens being changed regularly, cost of breakfast buffet... Large expense for our company to hold event here second year in a row - question the value received???

Like to be brutally embarrassed by the front desk check-in staff?. Then, this is your kind of place Imagine driving in your car all day (over 9 hours), when you finally arrive at your hotel, instead of a hello, they ask you what you want, and start snickering under their breath, basking in the joy of humiliating a total stranger - just because they can. The stained and peeling wallpaper in the room is also a real treat.

The staff at the Hilton were fantastic. The hotel is going under renovations now so it was not an anticipated Hilton experience, but still, it was clean and comfortable. The convenience to I-85 was good and it was easy to find the hotel.

Check in was easy and efficient, the rooms were nicely decorated and very clean, the beds were comfortable. The entire staff from check in, to the bartender, to the wait staff at breakfast were so friendly and helped make our stay extremely pleasant. Even the hotel manager called our room after check-in to welcome us and let us know about possible noise because of renovations. We were quite impressed. (There was no noise at all!) Hotel requires renovation. Staff is helpful they find me the double bed room as request. they also offer suite if available at no charge. But no toilet tissue in the room. The shower was leaking all day.

The renovations are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant is convenient and very good. The location is close to any part of Atlanta. Having a hot breakfast every morning was a wonderful perk.

This is a nice hotel. Very clean, the staff is great, and the remodel was great. My only wish is that it didn't cost $18.00 for a breakfast muffin and coffee. If possible, I usually drive around the corner to Panera Bread or one of the nice breakfast houses nearby - much better meal for less money. Lunch and dinners are worth the price, however.

Had over 40 rooms at this hotel 5/20 - 5/22 for my daughter's wedding guests. Everyone took excellent care of all of our needs! Highly recommend! Elaine is groups sales was the best person. But all employees really went above expectations to make sure everything went perfectly.

Our stay was magnificent. The staff was outstanding. Sherrod and Alecia made our trip fantastic. We will be back. Probably every other month. Everything from the chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, to the breakfast the following morning. Made out anniversary that much more special. We will be back every year in June for our anniversaries, plus all the days in between. Thanks guys!

The renovated rooms on the higher floors were well done. When renovation is complete, this will be a very nice hotel that will be among the nicest in NE Atlanta of not the nicest. However, our friends on the third floor had a terrible experience and I really don't think the hotel should even be using the ones that haven't been renovated yet because they were really bad. Get a room on the upper floors and you'll have a wonderful experience as well.

Stayed two nights for business, first morning NO HOT WATER, second morning had to let it run for 35 minutes to at least get warm water. Advertises a hot tub, FALSE, not one on the property. Told my room was recently refurbished, I'd Fire whomever did the work. Top it all off there was a quarter size hole in the bed sheet where it was turned down at the top. $200 a night what a let down!

Very good hotel. Enjoyed my stay. I would stay at this hotel again if the opportunity presented itself. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The fitness center met my needs and the convention rooms were very well suited for our needs.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and inviting. I felt like a queen. They are currently renovating and the hotel manager kindly called and confirmed hours of renovation with me. It was well worth the very minor disruption.

Hotel has almost completed their renovations, and like all hotels these days it is ultra stark and modern. If you like that, it's beautiful. I like hotels to be cozier in the lobbies, and rooms. Staff was very courteous and efficient! It was close to the business I was meeting with. I took Uber to/from the airport.

It took five minutes for the shower to heat up and then it did not stay hot. My in-room phone did not work. I told the front desk staff about it but it wasn't fixed. I asked the front desk staff to arrange a taxi to the airport for me. They instead arranged for a more expensive car service that in the end did not accept credit, causing me to run into the airport and incur an ATM fee. This is a really nice hotel, but they've missed it a bit. I was registered into a clearly brand newly refreshed room. So new, in fact, the styrofoam packing and construction debris were still in the room, even a screw on the ground. Housekeeping should have been sent into the room after the refresh but before a guest. Under the bed, it was completely full of construction trash. I stayed in a beautiful Executive King Room on the 9th floor my last visit. Check out the photos I uploaded. Nicely renovated! The one thing I noticed they didn't update are the doors. The locks are updated but not the door itself. I like a dark room. The drapes on the window are thick and block out the sun very well. The only negative about the visit is the hot water. Had room on the 3rd floor and felt like I had stepped back in time. The room was old and outdated. The floor was busy with a baseball team so it was a little loud. As I was going to be in town for a full week I decided to check out of the hotel and stay at the Marriott around the corner. Also the hotel is not the easiest to get to/from as there is no direct entrance when you are headed North on Peachtree Industrial. It really just needs an extreme makeover.

This hotel seems like it will be very nice once renovations are complete but right now DO NOT STAY. We did not have hot water or a working a/c most of our stay. When we would call the front desk they told us this was normal during renovations and to let the shower run for 30 minutes and if it didn't heat up by then to call back. Really? 30 minutes just to see if I can take shower! Not what I would expect from Hilton.

This was not the type of Hilton I thought it was. More of a Super 8.definitely not a destination resort. Which im not sure why we were charged a destination resort fee. There wasnt a refrigerator or microwave

I usually stay at the Garden Inn in Duluth, but I was surprised at the reasonable price I was able to get at the Hilton for my business trip. The room I had on the 6th floor (a king bed room) was quiet and had a very well functioning a/c unit.

The Hilton Atlanta Northeast continues to make me feel like family. They greet each guest by name and with a smile. Once you arrive to your room you receive a welcome call to make sure your room meets your standards. I refer family and business colleagues to this property. I am in the Norcross area twice a month and I refuse to stay anywhere else. If I could give them more than a 5 rating I would. Love, love this hotel. Thank you for making me feel like part of the family.

I would not want to stay in this Hilton again until renovation have been. The beds were not comfortable or inviting. The bathroom wall paper was coming loose from the wall. The breakfast food was fair. The pancakes were cold and the pastries were hard.

While the hotel was under construction, the room I stayed in was gorgeous. I can't wait to stay there again and see how the construction turned out. The food in the lounge was good. The room service was excellent. The rooms were quiet, and the parking was plentiful. Everyone should stay there if you're going to in the area.

The room was ok but the lobby staff and restaurant staff had no clue how to answer our questions. We finally found someone to seta us in restaurant for lunch. After waiting 30 minutes after placing order, we inquired and were told there was a problem with the printer?! The food was great, however. Went t have dinner on a Friday night, no one to seat us. I will start by saying the front desk staff was wonderful. I ask for a renovated room and they gave me one. There was paint stains on the carpet. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the shower stall floor was not clean. I had to turn the AC to a low number to try and get any kind of coolness (couldn't tell it was on ).

The peaceful surroundings offer big city accomodations within a reasonable drive back into the city. Since the property is newly renovated, the appointments are parallel to a newer hotel. The staff is excellent, the food is decent for hotel food and the rooms are clean not to mention the comfy beds.

I stayed here for a meeting. EVERYTHING about the hotel was great! The rooms were very clean (and I'm a clean freak!). The beds were very comfortable and I have hip issues. The elevators were very fast! They had a fantastic breakfast and a great complimentary happy hour. We also used the shuttle for dinner and the service was great! I was TOTALLY satisfied with my stay here!!

We had a great stay. We were here for the Atlanta Kids Triathlon and there was a shuttle running to and from the event--exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, pool great-- We'll be back next year!

The hotel has been recently renovated and I could not have asked for a nicer room. The on property restaurant/bar lacked ambiance, but the decor was nice. The elevators were fast and the wi-fi speed was not bad, although I don't think the hotel had a lot of guests while I was there.

Stayed for two nights over Labor Day weekend to attend a wedding. The room was spacious and well equipped, with all the amenities expected of a Hilton. The room included a small fridge and a 2-cup coffee maker. The location was quiet with plenty of parking, close to a variety of shopping and restaurant options. Ten story hotel on the main drag through the commercial area northeast of Atlanta. They are in the middle of redoing the rooms and we got one of the new rooms - fabulous. The HVAC works great and its super quiet. The elevators are also super fast and super quiet. The beds and pillows are all new and superb. I had a bad experience at this hotel a few years back and swore I would not return. After a few colleagues said they have renovated the hotel I said I would give it another try. I was glad I did. The hotel was nice and my room on the 9th floor was renovated. It was a very nice hotel room. The bar was empty but the food was good and the staff was pleasant. I got room service for breakfast and it was quick and not too expensive. I will stay here again on my next trip to the area.

Why put any customer in the rooms that are not renovated??? why??? just terrible, mildew, moldy, stinks - I'm sorry, that was my stay :-( Thank God I was there for a night! I'm not sure what would make me stay again, not sure at all. if you want to risk - ask for the renovated rooms please. By the way - Horrible breakfast.

I held my 6th annual event here for the first, the Atlanta Salsa Festival, and I it has been by far the best experience. The venue easily handled the 500+ attendees over the 4 day weekend, the hotel renovations have been great and the service was excellent. This hotel provides and ideal location for northern Atlanta with quick access to Duluth, Norcross, Tucker and Dahlonega. I recommend it for couples, families, business travelers and general get-a-ways. The appearance of the rooms is updated and the staff treats you with dignity. There are also several nearby restaurants and shopping if you choose to venture offsite.

This is the second stay at this property. The staff has always been extra nice and accommodating. Moreover, the beds sleep very well. Also, it not too far from Pappadeaux's. There's not a lot of frills, but it's a nice place.

I recently attended the Georgia Romance Writer's annual Conference, which was held at this Hotel. Over 1000 Romance Writers attended this conference. The Rooms were very comfortable and spacious; the hotel Staff was very polite and courteous; and the food was very delicious. This was my first time staying at this hotel, but it definitely will not be my last!

Great hotel at a very reasonable price for our wedding guests. They also gave us (the bride and groom) a room connected to a hospitality suite that was perfect for entertaining as well as for the photos of the bride getting ready. Very happy with our experience there.

My husband and I were in town for business and have never stayed at such a run down Hilton in my life. The wallpaper was coming off the walls in 6 different places...the AC was horrible. Two of the electrical outlets were hanging off the wall. The hallways were 85 degrees. They have a nice lobby.....this hotel needs MAJOR renovations! Don't waste your time. I use Hilton a lot. So I know how quiet a room should be. I did an electronic check-in so I went directly to the room upon arrival. When I walked in I could hear a very audible hum. Turns out that the window faced an HVAC unit. Was very audible - even 10 floors up. I went down to the front desk and asked to change to a room on the front side of the hotel - facing the parking and the main road. Beautiful property in a private area of town. There are stores and eateries just on the next trip. Clean and spacious modern rooms. Polite warm staff members. The breakfast menu was okay. Great internet service. Ill definitely stay here again.

My husband and I love this newly renovated hotel in Northeast Atlanta. The rates are very competitive; we recently paid only $75! In addition to great service and free parking, you'll enjoy the lovely room decor and the spa-like bathroom with a rain shower. Ask for Bob in the restaurant...he is friendly, helpful, and charming! This is our new go-to hotel when we are in Atlanta.

While this is a clean, beautiful hotel, the rooms feel stark and institutional. As a platinum member, my pre-assigned suite upgrade was reassigned to another guest due to my late arrival. Breakfast at the restaurant was mediocre as the offering were often out. Poor service in the restaurant as they were understaffed. I guess it is true, you get what you pay for. First night I was there in room 1001, VERY LOUD party that was screeching and yelling like a sports bar across hall. Called security TWICE, second time I told security @ 11:30 pm that I did not want this going until 2:00 am. He said they are leaving. Well, they did not and it went until at least 2:00 am. I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were great and let's not forget more clean the hotel was. Wish I stayed longer. The location is great next to shopping centers and the food was great. Wil plan my next stay very soon

Wait staff socialized in bar area versus attending to customers,slow to bring drinks unless you tell them to, morning coffee rolls,juice not ready by start of meeting which was 11:00 so they should have been ready for us, staff came in during meeting to continue to set up until we said do it later, interrupted our meeting.

Can't say enough about how nice and professional the staff was at Hilton, they make this hotel. The rooms and banquet halls are all very nice and elegant. The in house bar and restaraunt were very cool. I'd stay here again if I'm the area. If your are not a HHonors member, I'd recommend trying to book this hotel through Priceline. I used Priceline and got an absolute steal at $60.

I loved this hotel, it was my first time here. The room was amazing and I loved the design of the shower. The bed felt amazing and I sunk into the bed. I slept great and I absolutely loved the room. I can't wait to come back for our next event.

I stayed at this hotel for business. It is terribly understaffed. No one helps you in with your bags. Then the same person who checked me in on a crowded Friday night took begrudgingly took me to my room. In the elevator, he knocked my bag off the bell cart and spilled its belongings everywhere. Went to a seminar here. Good rates, nice location and facilities. Not easy to walk to walk to, but there's a Publix grocery store and a few restaurants around the corner. (Best to drive to.) Hotel is tricky to get to, takes a U-turn here and here. I bought exec level room, but got no explanation about freebie breakfast Friday (or not, on the weekend.) This hotel is great and I love the renovations that they have recently completed. It's a great hotel for business or personal travel. The beds are new and comfortable, and I appreciate the eye to detail housekeeping has. The only thing I would warn you about is the smoke detector goes off easily. I've stayed there twice and both times the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night.

First of all I would like to start by saying that the hotel is beautiful. The renovations look great. The price is amazing! Check in was a breeze. I wish that was all I had to say but there were major setbacks. First, my room was only cleaned once during my 3 night stay. Three expectations required for hotels. Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. At 6:45 a.m. On a Saturday - no hot water. Not even lukewarm. Water too cold to take a shower! And I like cool showers. Regret paying over $100 for a room.

This was my first time staying at this hotel and I was extremely satisfied. The staff was friendly and approchable. The rooms were nice, neat, and clean. The food was delicious. Overall a very pleasant experience. I will be returning in the near future.

great hotel, comfy bed, awesome breakfast, suite was huge and updated. the hotel was located near publix, target. that was a plus for us. the pool was nice and water was warm. the breakfast menu had a lot of choices, am into high fiber foods, was surprised to find chia seed and flax seeds. THAT WAS AWESOME!

I got a fantastic deal on Priceline, so I did not know I was going here at first, just wanted a good star rating at a cheap price in the general area. The online reservations didn't offer me room types that were available and it confirmed my rate at 4 times the amount I had selected. Fortunately, the front desk staff made my happy. The chiller was broken so my room never was too warm the majority of my stay. The room needed dusting, but it had a good layout and comfortable beds.
