"My family and I spent 4 nights at this location from 3/31 - 4/04 ,2013. For the price we spent it was decent . We had two rooms but could not get them linked together we were across from each other which wasn't too bad although the last 2 nights my wife and daughters were moved further down the hall because the TV remote was broken.
The continental breakfast wasn't all that great, the eggs were liquid eggs and the bacon was heated in a microwave. Waffles were frozen and needed to toasted and then microwaved as well. Very limited in selections. would of been nice to have snacks through out the day placed out like some other hotels were been at.
Pool and Hot tub: Pool was in good condition but my kids only used it once and the hot tub was still ' under construction' .
Rooms all in all were not to bad , wasn't exactly high class but was comfortable for us, its just a bed used for sleeping anyway. they were clean and had no issues.
The front desk attendants were friendly except one night the clerk was hard to understand and to be understood. .Wi-FI was very slow also
The hotel is located across from a Target and Publix along with some other stores and is approximately 20-30 minutes fro downtown Atlanta.
Overall a 3 out of 5 ,but a decent value for the money. And if you end up here, be sure to visit Dominik's Italian restaurant which is about 7 minutes down the road if you take a left out of the side parking lot just over the tracks.. Well worth the price and food was excellent !!

"We stayed for two nights the beds were very uncomfortable the room could use a good cleaning. The pool area needed some caring to also the hot tub that was under renovation which we did not know until we got there after driving for 9 hours all I kept saying to my wife was I cant wait to go into the hot tub to relax that didn't happen the lobby was freezing I asked the front counter person if the heat was broken she had trouble to understand me as she did not speak much English there were portable heaters plugged in that were blowing cold air another guest standing next to me said that this place was a joke the complementary breakfast was not worth it the toaster did not work the eggs tasted like powered eggs we felt bad for the wait staff as they were freezing ."

"Well, what a shock it was not the best hotel but, it was raining so hard we couldn't relocate. The first room we were given had apparently been used for a party and there was vomit down the bed ruffle and on the carpet between the beds. The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a musty order. The front desk man graciously moved us to the 7th floor where and the room was slightly cleaner. It rained in aroung the window in the room so the carpet was damp. The lounge and restuarant are closed and this is not stated online. All in all the staff were great but, the hotel is hit. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel until the new owner takes over and major improvements are done. I understand Holiday Inn purchased this property so I hope it get major improvement."

"Great experience. The hotel was under some construction and upgrades but was well maintained. Our room was nice, bathroom clean (I'm really picky on cleanliness), and the staff were polite & helpful. My daughter has some anxiety issues and was worried staying close to Atlanta, (her Dad watches too much news), but she loved our stay. I would recommend this hotel."

"Eric, front desk employee was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of the hotel. The housekeeping staff was exceptional as well. On the morning my family and I had checked out we left a very expensive camera, valued at $1000.00 , we were on our way leaving the parking lot when we noticed the camera was not in our possession, my husband returned to the hotel to discover that the employees were trying to reach us by telephone to return the camera to us. The hotel is currently under new management, who I hope will keep employees like this on. We will stay again when we return.nnnSincerely,"

"This hotel is very old and outdated. Upon arrival, we were given the key to the room and had problems with it. Once in the room, it was extremely hot. The air did not work. The night clerk gave me a key to another romm to see if the air was working. That should have been her job. I went up and down the elavator 5 times because the key would not work. Finally getting into the room, the air worked but the old, outdated refridgerator did not work. The desk clerk said she would move the refridgerator from a room that did work to our room. She wheeled the new one into our room, but my husband had to lift the old one and place it on the cart, then lift the replacement refridgeraor off the cart and place it on the floor and connect it. This was definitely NOT acceptable. To have your guests lifting and moving furniture is just over the top and we should receive reimbursement of a one night stay. The hot tub was not working and the indoor pool was filthy. We will never stay here again and certainly do NOT recommend it. Stay away!!!! There are sveral more nicer hotels in that area which are much nicer and worth the money."

"This is an older hotel that could use some updating in the future. The pool was fine. The kids really enjoyed that it was an indoor/outdoor pool. The hot tub was 'out of order' and looked like it had been for a while. The staff was more than happy to help you. The breakfast assortment wasn't as big as most but was o.k. There was a nice lady there keeping everything fresh and brought us the 'hot' portion of the breakfast. Overall it was a good value for the price."
