Avoid this place by any means. There a trio of receptionists who would make you look stupid..It is like they are giving you the room for free. Very mean, unfriendly...in the last 30 years I have been travelling the world, I have never experienced such awful reception.

We reserved a pet friendly room two weeks before our trip. Driving from New Orleans to Atlanta, we received a phone call about 5:00 - 10 minutes away from the property, that they did not have a pet friendly room for my wife, myself, and our small dog. The young lady on the phone said that she would try to find us a room, and call right back. She actually didn't even try to find a room until I walked into the small lobby and interrupted her conversation. While she did find us another propert... Read more

When I first got there I got into my room and got settled. . And when I took my shoes off.. I got tore up by fleas... I thought it was my imagination. . But it was really fleas biting at me the room was infested with them.. I had to get switched to another room.. it wasn't infested. .. it was nice actually. .

The room was disgusting, the ceiling had water stains, cracks and chipped paint, the carpet was stained. The bed spread and sheets were stained and had cigarette burns and to top it off roaches. I asked for another room but was told none was available. Unfortunately for me with my funds and homelessness I had nowhere else to go but as soon as I was able to leave I did, just to find I was charged an extra $100. When I called to find out why I was being charged extra I was told for destruction of... Read more

We checked in our room and found there was a water leak under the bath tub that was keeping the carpet wet in front of the bathroom and kitchen areas. It was terrrible! We asked for another room downstairs and were told there weren't any. They said they later sent someone to look at the leak but my son was in the room and said noone ever came by. The room smelled damp from the wet carpet and was in terrible disrepair. It was tacky in appearance and put together shabbily. Additionally, during our... Read more

The place needs to be updated, the appliances are ancient, the microwave works when it wants, but I stayed in one room a few months ago, and glad I left. When I came back, I was given a much better room, giving me a better feel about being there. The office has been friendly, and the staff always asks if I need anything when I see them. Has not been a bad experience.
