Our stay here was a wonderful experience. We came in for a graduation and needed a place to stay for the weekend. This hotel was a great value for the price. The surrounding golf course was stunning. We ate at the on site restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and a good price as well.

We are from Indianapolis, and my daughter live in Atlanta. We celebrate the weeding at the Hilton Marietta, beautiful location, gardens and their staff was excellent. The lobby and the community areas was elegant and clean. I can say that all the staff , starting on the housekeeper to the General manager was very respectfully, courtesy and very friendly .

Nice enough place on a pretty, quiet piece of land close to downtown Marietta. Lots of Civil War memorabilia about, including an actual cannon indoors, with lots of apparent respect for the Confederate side (there are both Confederate and Union cemeteries in town). Driving, there is only one way in and out with no traffic light. Left turns out of the property can be a challenge at rush hour, which as elsewhere in metro Atlanta can be horrific. We felt that given the good quality of the furnish... Read more

Memorial Day Weekend and the pool at the Hilton NOT OPEN. Poor planning by Staff. Ladies main Lobby bathroom, 2 of 3 stalls not flushed and filled with S**T. Pillows in Room were so soft your face sunk in and the rest of the pillow would suck around your face and prevented you from breathing naturally. No exhaust fan in Suite bathroom. $16 Omelets not worth it.

Impressive Property and lobby with amazing views of the gold course. Sadly the rooms are small and the beds are tiny. We booked a room for a family of 4 and were forced to sleep 2 to a bed in beds not much bigger than a twin... Not what we have come to enjoy as diamond members. Receptionist had no desire to help - just gave text book responses. Not even a cot could be provided.... We cancelled our second night and moved on to a better equipped and friendlier property. I'm usually impressed with Hilton Hotels, but not this hotel. Rooms need some work, furniture old, small tiny rooms and bathrooms you can barely fit in. The Beds are hard and you can feel the mattress springs. Room and restaurant service is slow and very expensive. I was charged 3.00 for a bag of M&M's and 4.00 for a small bottle of water. The food is horrible!! Steak and burgers brought to us was burned. Wouldn't stay again.

The front desk supervisor was rude when I checked out. Stayed at the hotel for a conference and when I inquired of my tax exemption as a state employee, he said I was arguing because I was confused by his answer. He went back and forth with me and walked away from me. He wanted me to leave a copy of my personal credit card. He called someone in accounting and was told it had to be a government credit card. Marietta Hilton is a nice place to stay.... it's a little out of the way for business travelers, but I enjoyed my stay. Hotel is located at a golf course, so if you can pick your room, try for one facing the golf course. Nice view. Rooms as nice and clean, but show their wear and tear. Friendly service. Wonderful staff. Beautiful rooms. Gorgeous golf course. Luxurious swimming pool and hot tub. Great fitness center. You have to rent a microwave for $10/day though. So, if you go out to eat and have leftovers, you will need to decide whether it is worth taking the leftovers home and paying $10 Per Day for the microwave or just not bothering to take leftovers back to the hotel with you.

The hotel is quite old and tired, the prices are ridiculously expensive and then on top of that you have to tip everyone. They charge astronomical amounts to keep your room for a few hours extra. I never use hiltons anymore because I always feel ripped off I was only there because a friend was staying there and I will never stay again. Any opportunity to rip you off they will do and that's the world over with Hilton

We are Hilton Honors members and have stayed at many Hilton hotels. This one is nice, historic, was clean. Disappointed because the pool was "half closed" for repairs. There was a caution tape over the deep end, a sign telling us to "only swim in the shallow end." :( It was around 100 degrees, all we wanted to do was get in the pool to cool off. So not happy that we didn't get to use the pool at all during our stay. There was also caution tape at the front entrance of the hotel, where you ... Read more

Visited for a week long tournament. Clean. Friendly. Large and tasty complimentary breakfast. The bar, Pub, had a $9.95 buffet that changed ever night. This was greatly beneficial sure to the cost of traveling. The food is good. The bar is closed to the under 21 crowd at 10:30 pm. There is a pool table, internet, golf, swimming pool, hot tub, and well stocked fitness room. Towels available at pool. We would definitely consider staying here again on future visits to the area.

We used to love coming to this hotel several times a year.... But not so much any more. Exposed wires near the pool, old and out dated rooms and hotel, The city needs to fix it up. The staff are rock stars and always great to see. If your a Diamond member you have to pay to park...Boo!

I came to the hotel and called the day I would arrive. I requested a feather pillow so I wouldn't have to travel with my own and not only did I get one but the staff switched out all of my pillows to feather. A very sweet touch. The staff went out of their way to be sure we were well taken care of. From the friendly front desk agents to the wonderful bartender who got me cream for my coffee. I used to live in Savannah so the history and charm of the hotel made me feel at home. The cannon in... Read more

We had a great company meeting/training at the Hilton Conference Center I Marietta. The staff was very service oriented and accommodating. I will return! The banquet staff and setup was also very prossiinal in their presentation. Food was excellent!

Nice staff makes you feel at home. Enjoyed the outdoors on the quiet patios with nice golf course views. The gardens are also beautiful at the historic Brumby house. Very comfortable sleep and accommodations!

We always love staying at the Marietta Hilton when we visit our son in Marietta. The hotel is on a beautiful golf course and the back porch across the entire hotel is a wonderful place to sit and visit with family and friends. We couldn't ask for better service anywhere. It is exactly what we need.

Loud guest in adjacent room at 1:00 AM took more than an hour to quiet down after security called twice. VERY disruptive for business meetings. Did not sleep well that night and did not receive an appropriate compensation for disruptive and rude guest that hotel did not adequately take care of.

Was at the hotel for a group business session and really enjoyed the hotel. The quality of the banquet food was amazing and the staff was thoughtful and courteous. Great place to bring a group or conference.

Reserved 5 rooms for myself and family for my grandson's wedding. The wedding service was held at the Brumby House on the property. Everything was fantastic, breakfast was very good, a buffet but they will fry you eggs or make you an omelette. Bacon was excellent. Bar food was good, not great, but probably above average for hotel bars. Stayed in a junior suite overlooking the golf course, roomy & comfortable

Located in North Atlanta, it is a good 30-40 minutes to the airport without traffic. Somewhat out of the way and unless you're there for golf or a convention there's not much else to do in the area unless you have a car, and without a car you will be dependent upon Uber or Lyft since there is almost no cab service. The rooms seemed dated. The breakfast was so-so (how do you burn an omelette?), the buffet closes at 9:30, and the server was rather surly. The concierge (executive) lounge was small... Read more

Found the hotel and setting very beautiful and close to the wedding venue and city square where there were many interesting stores. Will probably stay there again and enjoy the shops and sights ! Since my daughter and I were there for a family wedding we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked so we may go again and will most likely stay at this hotel since it was so convent to so many things.

The staff members were very helpful once we were able to check in. Rooms were comfortable. The hotel grounds were very pretty. Even the dog was happy!! Would recommend this hotel to those traveling as a family.

I admit it's my own fault for not paying attention that this was a pet friendly hotel. Given the fact that it's a conference center on a golf course with some historical significance it's not something that was on my radar. During our stay here there were dogs everywhere I turned both big dogs and little dogs. We heard yelping all night. Some reviews said the hotel was a bit dated but historically I thought it was part of its charm. It certainly didn't appear old or run down. We only had an over... Read more

mediocre at best This hotel is presented as an intown upscale, golf hotel. It is staffed as a budget hotel and the staff are not obvious or identified by position. They are casual rather than business like during any interaction. This is not what I expected in this type of hotel. This is what you expect at a budget hotel just off the interstate and breakfast is complimentary with a budget hotel

This is a beautiful hotel in a majestic setting. I was there for four days and found the experience relaxing. Sitting on the veranda rocking chairs overlooking the golf course and surrounding area was very nice. The grounds are lovely and the proximity to everything is excellent. Will definitely stay there again. Best bed ever in a hotel.

We stayed here when we evacuated for Hurricane Matthew - it was the only hotel with rooms remaining that accepted pets. I'm glad because it was a wonderful stay! This hotel is really beautiful -- especially the GORGEOUS views of the golf course. The rate was really amazing for how beautiful this hotel is. The staff was all very nice and friendly. They are very dog friendly which was awesome. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean and comfortable - the bathroom looks recently updat... Read more

This hotel was extremely expensive for the room provided. The view was nice but the furniture is old and really needs to be update. I was extremely disappointed that after paying $130 a night they wanted me to pay an additional $10/day for a microwave. The nerve!!! The food in the Pub was absolutely delicious though. The ceasar salad was to die for. So they got that part right!!!

The bathroom had mildew on the tub. The shower head needed to be replace the top part was loose. The Curtain in the room was torn. I expected better from the Hilton name. All in all, the hotel is good but for the money that was spent I expected more and from the Hilton name I expected more.

Appearance is opulent, entrance equally so. Accommodation fell short for the Hilton Brand. Small bathroom, specifically in order for one (only one person) to enter fully into the space leaning over the toilet and dance around the door if you wish to close it. Then there is little to no ventilation. In keeping with higher end hotels there is not an included breakfast. Pets are allowed(?). Across from our room evidently yes. Three in fact, noisy dogs. Love dogs, and cats but I am not paying to... Read more

The hotel is nice enough, but I made the mistake of ordering room service for breakfast. The order arrived in a sealed box. When I opened it, the order was completely fouled up. My repeated efforts to get somebody to correct the problem-or even answer the phone at the front desk or in room dining-were met with delays. Just a poor customer service experience.
