I chose to stay here because it was close to where I am doing business and the price was right. I'm a Hilton gold member and try to stay at Hilton hotels when possible. Not many rooms available as it is near the six flags over georgia. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms were of decent cleanness. Not a lot of food variety near the hotel. Breakfast is fantastic but it is very crowded as was unable to get to eat one of the 2 days due to the large quantity of guests all departing for 6 flags at the same time. Overall a decent stay.

Not a great experience. My co worker and I booked two rooms at this hotel. I did the digital checkin at my room and we got to the hotel and where told it was over sold. The front desk told my coworker to go to the Raddison across the street and didn't even book the room for him. I caution everyone about booking this hotel as the front desk said that this is consistent issue with this hotel. A comfortable overnight for us. Applebee's next door made eating easy. Staff was friendly. Room was large, clean and comfortable. Quiet- no road noise. Breakfast room was a little small but food was what has come to be a Hampton trademark. All in all, it was a good night's sleep.

This location works very well for us because it is near our daughter's house. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the rates are very reasonable. We have stayed here many times.

Great Service from check in to check out. The staff were very professional and knowledgeable of the area. Our room was really clean and comfortable and very quiet. There were lots of places in the area for meals and some cool touristy things to do. This hotel is definitely on my return list for the area.

This stay was a mixed bag. Recommendations are included for each item noted. The front desk check in/out and the room were great. Exactly what we have come to expect from a Hampton Inn property. One minor issue with the room: we brought a portable DVD for the kids to watch DVDs, and were able to connect the player to the TV inputs. The beds are absolutely terrible. They sink in in he middle and are completely worn out. In addition, the air units Are loud and rattle. I had mine looked at by maintenance and he just said its new and he "turned it down for me." I'm sure that may have been true, but I should have been offered a new room, especially with better beds. Exactly what I expect from a Hampton Inn. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Convenient to all locations we visited during this trip. Next to the interstate but still quiet. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Atlanta/Marietta area.

Have stayed here twice now. Facility is generally clean, and staff is friendly. They kept breakfast going both mornings past the 10am time bc it was busy, and I appreciated that. The worst part about the stay was the carpets in the room. The area is very humid this time of year, and the carpets stayed moist. Our feet turned somewhat black from walking on the carpet.

This was the worst Hampton experince I have ever had. We had reservations but the room wasn't ready at 9:37 pm. We had to wait 20 minuets wile some went to clean the room. Not very well I might say. When we got to our room they were still in ther working with the door open to the outside. They left food in the fridge and forgot to check behind the doors when they washed the floor. Yuck. We expected a Hampton (Hilton) mattress - got a trampoline instead. This place is cramped, dated and not up to the usual Hampton standard we have grown to expect through our years of travel. Why do they insist on those heavy duvets in the summer in the south...just too hot to sleep under.

Wow, I almost always stay at a Hampton but this was just a disaster. The room was so full of little roaches we had to dump our suitcases open in the parking lot to check them. The front counter was not surprised or even remotely interested in our situation. The entire place was seedy at best.

Hotel was nice, staff friendly and willing to make things right. Would likely stay again but would have been nice if the room rate had a discount for Senior Softball Tournament(Peach State Classic). Breakfast was average but adequate.

The service was decent and the room was clean. They said indoor pool and there was only outdoor. The bed was overstated as it was just a spring mattress, not fantastic for my chronic pain. Was told that they are about to remodel, I hope they get it up to what i expected under Hilton, this wasnt far above the previous motel 8 we stayed in.

Room smells, carpet is filthy, fixtures in bathroom (toilet seat and shower head) were incredible loose, small refrigerator in room needs to have caked- ice removed from freezer. While the location of the Inn and front staff on duty when we arrived were super and the free breakfast was good, the room was horrible!

Carpet was filthy. Bath floor was sticky. We would. Or walk on carpet or bath floor in barefeet. We found two peanut shells under the table. There were two flying insects we were never able to find and kill. Orang juice was watered down. You would think being an honors member they could give you a room with interior door instead of a dark dingy room with door to the parking lot.

My son found a crack pipe down bedside bed .The staff did move us to other room that had dead roaches in floor . We were charged 87 for 2 nights then 116 for 2 nights could not figure out why . Staff did not care to help me there .

Was a great experience overall, as a Hilton Honors member the rate was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, the staff where friendly and accommodating, the location is perfect for business in the city, as well as, North Atlanta. The hotel is located next to a Applebee's resturant which has good food and is convenient.

The room was clean but not up to the standard the price would indicate. Would have been a good $79 room but not over $100/night. We changed hotels after one night. Small room and no elevator so we had to lug our bags up the stairs. We were in the very back corner of the property...I understand they are planning a remodel but our room was definitely not updated. Very disappointed.

It is located proper and good place. I was really unsatified with the room size of double bet. That was very small, just size of double bed and little more. Bathroom size too very small. Hardly place to move and close door you have to move side. Carpet was not clean and looks old soiled.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a quick business trip to Marietta in July. Upon check in it was clear that the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient, I had my room key in less than two minutes after approaching the counter. The room was not ready when we got there late at night. We pulled out the queen pullout and there was a used sheet that was dirty and a dead roach.... brown smears on the bathroom wall as well. I called front desk and they sent somebody to clean up. I went to suv and brought up lysol wipes to wipe everything down... gross

I've visited the Hampton Inn in Marietta several times though out the last year and a half for Ford certification training. Much like any Hampton Inn, things are very similar to other Hampton Inns. Although I was have used this hotel many times, this time I was sent out back to the old motel. 1960s rooms, laundry hanging off the rails, shirtless men drinking on the "hallway". No elevators and very very noisy.

Stayed at this hotel while on business. The staff was friendly. I was working at Dobbins AFB and it is a straight shot from this hotel to the base. The girl on staff actually gave me very good directions to my destination. The breakfast was well supplied and good. Typical Hampton breakfast but well stocked. I was able to get a good nights sleep. Room quiet. I would recommend this hotel. It is right off the highway as well and easy to get to.

I stayed for a week while taking a class in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. It had all of the amenities at a cheaper cost than what my classmates received. They had to pay extra for their microwave and they paid much more!

We had no intention of spending a night in Marietta. We were northbound to Indiana, stopped for dinner, were re entering I-75, and encountered an obstacle which flattened two tires and bent the wheels. After the car was towed, a cab took us to the Hampton a here we received superb treatment for an unplanned stop.

The mattress was in horrible condition. I did not report this due to the fact that it was late at night when we finally settled in. The air conditioner was old and VERY noisy. Again, it was late at night and I didn't report it until the following morning - in the hotel's defense. The staff was very nice - this is just an older hotel.

This hotel is old, well worn and really showing its age. It really needs to be renovated. The rooms don't appear to have been upgraded in the last decade or so, and are really worn out. The neighborhood is starting to go down hill as well, so maybe the owners don't see the point in putting the money into the property to bring it up to typical Hampton Inn quality.

This is an older Hampton Inn with three separate buildings. All of the rooms in two buildings had outside entrances (mine included). Upon arrival, the room had a very strong deodorizer odor. Easy access location to I-75, great breakfast bar and friendly staff.

This place did not not meet my expectations for a Hampton's experience. There are some rooms in a contained interior-door hotel property but there is an adjacent drive up exterior-door side of the property. Unfortunately this part is where I stayed. This place has been renovated and will be upgraded again. I remember Deidra was very helpful and kind.. The lady who checked us in on 9/2 at about 8pm was condescending. We asked for a second room floor so she put us by the pool by the machine room. She went on to say we should be happy for our free rooms. I stayed here during labor day weekend. We were in town for a wedding normally i stay at Hiltons. They were booked, but this location was suggested since it's a Hilton property. This location was just ok... free breakfast, clean rooms, free Internet, nice staff. Could definitely use an upgrade!!

I entered address listed in email confirmation and it took me 55 minutes from the hotel. Once arriving, my room had a horrible odor and was filthy. The toilet would overflow at every use. The pictures listed on the booking website were NOT at all what I experienced. Wifi was also listed on booking site as being free, which I was charged $4.95 for using. Overall this was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had staying in a hotel and will never recommend anyone I know to stay there.

My complaint is being billed twice and not being credited. I walked in on someone already checked into my room. The staff I dealt with was great but with being billed twice and receiving other peoples receipts via email it makes them seem incompentant.

It was a delightful stay. The people, food, room, and extras were just right. Internet worked great! I highly recommend this hotel for any business traveler. I was very impressed with the way i was greeted when i walked in the door, Dedra the desk clerk was such a a pleasure to meet and deal with, she is such an great addition to the staff. Stayed 1 night here on way home from a trip to Savannah, GA. We arrived with no reservation but were quickly and efficiently taken care of by a super friendly staff. The beds were clean and comfortable and the AC worked perfectly but this hotel really needs a refurbishing. There were plaster cracks and chipped corners in the bathroom. Dietra, the night clerk, saved me from sleeping in my car due to all hotel rooms having been taken by Hurricane Mathew evacuees, October 2016, Marietta, GA . The dirtiest Hampton Inn I have seen in my life. House keeping department does not clean at all. Dead roaches and all. The pillows are horrible and the mattress makes noice with every move you make. This is an average quality hotel in comparison to other Hampton Inn properties I normally stay on business trips. Rooms are very old especially the ones around the pool perimeter. Some guests abuse the non-smoking policy in designated rooms creating a nuisance, though hotel staff quickly remedied the issue. Breakfast quality is average but there is no 'happy hour' at this property.

Huge cockroach on the wall in the first room we were given. Would have looked for another hotel but it was too late. The second room seemed cleaner but I ended up with flea bites. The hotel said they would reimburse us but the charged us anyway.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting Atlanta. We went to Six Flags, Atlanta Aquarium and the Medieval Knight show at the Sugar Loaf Mall. Great Hotel! Friendly Staff! No on-site guest laundry service. Great fitness center!

I have stayed at many Hampton Inn's and this is one to be avoided. The bathroom needed major renovation. It took us more than 10 minutes to check in as both staff at the front desk were assisting people with log- in questions. way beyond the time it should take. We wanted to watch the Cubs in the World Series but the Fox station was not working for the past 2 days and no action had been taken by the hotel to remedy the situation. Room was not cleaned thoroughly. We're shampoo bottles in shower from previous guest. Carpets not vacuumed ( I stepped on a contact lens from previous guest). Wi-fi out on business center computer and no sign on it. Just not a great stay and parking was a bit tough. Some rooms have exterior entrance. I'm a Diamond with Hilton.

The entire experience was unremarkable and we will look to stay at Hampton Inn from now on in our travels. In addition, the room was comfortable and the bed was absolutely delightful. The next morning my fiance and I talked about how nice our stay was. The complimentary breakfast was very nice and there was an adequate food choice for any one. Lastly, the staff members were very nice and there were no issues at all.

Good location Apple B is next door. We actually took a room next to highway it was pretty quiet,the staff was very friendly we had a small problem it was taken care of we will return again we planning to stay again New Years weekend .

I've stayed in many Hampton Inns and this is a nice one. I stayed in the portion of the hotel that has indoor corridors. It is clean, nice and reasonably priced. I love the fact that there is a frig and microwave in the room. I don't understand why all hotels don't do this. It is always appreciated. All of the hotel staff I interacted with were nice. Customer service was great. Rooms were very clean. There was a nice variety of breakfast foods. Internet was good and fast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend staying here!

I would like a refund for my one night of two. Bedbugs in the bed and I did not sleep well for the 2 days I was there. I had to throw my clothing away and was promised a refund. I expect the organization to be honest and fair.

We were going on a family vacation to tenn. We stopped in Atlanta and need a place to stay. We were very pleased and the staff and service people were very helpful and super nice. We were treated like we come there all the time.

I always look for Hampton Inns when traveling. They have friendly staff and clean rooms and complimentary breakfast. The gal at the counter was very helpful and booked my room very fast. I love the HHonors program. Their beds are always clean and comfortable.

After a long day of driving from Tampa/Clear water Fla. My stay at this hotel was a real pleasure. From arrival to to departure I felt at ease and relaxed. The staff was very professional and pleasurable to deal with. A restaurant was within walking distance. Morning breakfast was above average, well balanced, appealing and quite tasty. Again, the serving staff was very efficient and professional.
