We spent a night in room 323. The room was quiet and clean although a little worn out. In fact this entire hotel is a little worn out and it could use a refurbishing. One of the reasons we picked this hotel for a night stay was because of the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during our stay. This is an example of the motel being in need of refurbishment. The entire staff that we dealt with was excellent: the desk clerks, the breakfast lady, the maintenance staff and the clea... Read more

This was a quick, one night stay and served its purpose. The hotel is right off of the interstate, about an hour from the Atlanta Airport. Hot breakfast was good and the eating space was clean. The room had a bit of a musty odor when I immediately entered but left pretty quickly as I put the AC colder. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I would stay here again if for a short stay.

This place is falling apart: literally. After getting some ice, the ceiling fell right where I had been standing! Had a child been there, the consequences could have been tragic. Also, the manager does not keep his word; there was a dispute as to the rate I had been quoted when I made the appointment and then checked in and the difference was not minimal. When I signed in, I questioned it and the lady (who was very nice) called the manager (who was not there and from what I could tell, never cam... Read more

We stopped for an overnight, with no reservations. I started out by asking the desk clerk if they had an ADA accessible room. She asked a more senior associate if they did, and was shown 3 such alleged rooms on their computer. I completed the registration process using my rewards card. When we arrived at the room we were shocked and disappointed. The bathroom housed a jetted tub and a standard commode without grab bars. It was on the first floor, so i returned to the desk with my query. I... Read more

If you like Hilton hotels you will love this Hampton Inn Madison at 2012 Eatonton Rd, Madison, GA 30650. Hampton Inn Madison has the most helpful, thoughful and friendliest service team. They sincerely care about the well being of their guests and make you feel at home while away from yours. If you decide to choose Hampton Inn Madison for your travel, ask for AC. Personally, I think their services surpass Doubletree Marietta.

This is a tired Hampton Inn. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and my room was serviceable and clean enough. My first clue to get back in my car and find another hotel was the lobby, dark with a sour smell. The hallway smelled of a combination of old pepperoni and mold. the stairwells had litter and stains that were gross. The pool was crumbling and nasty with junk and bug caresses floating on top. No towels by the pool. I'll stay at Hampton Inn again, BUT not this one.

The room was fairly clean. That being said, the tub's drain area was rusted! The sockets weren't attached like they need to be. Considering that I'm traveling with a toddler, these might be some concerns for other potential clients with small children. Another point to note would be that there is not a microwave inside of the room!

We spent one night here and found the hotel in need up updates. Our mattress wasn't up to standards, the AC unit was VERY LOUD when cycling on and off making it tough to sleep, bathroom fixtures old and molded in caulked joints. Pillows, sheets, and towels were fine. Breakfast was good and the hostess in the dining area was very attentive and helpful!

All Hampton Inns have scent free linens, thank you! They do not use airfreshners in their lobby either. I can always count on a neutral smelling room. Only once did one franchise Hilton Garden inn have cheap furniture (looks new) made of compressed wood which offgassed formaldehyde.

Hotel is old and tired. My bathroom felt dirty because of the excessive mold, especially around the toilet. The hotel does not meet the typical standards that one would expect from Hampton Inn. Even though this hotel is in a good location for my job, I will be moving across the interstate to a new Holiday Inn Express.

Our baseball team booked a stay at this hotel for a baseball tournament. When our tournament was moved, at the last minute, about 45 minutes away, we tried to move our reservations to a closer Hampton Inn. Sadly Hampton Inn would not help us out without forfeiting our reservations and payments. With several hundred dollars on the line(per family), we kept our reservations and made the drive each day. We wanted to just get away for a couple of days and made a spur of the moment trip to Madison, GA. We wanted lodging close to town and chose Hampton largely because our experience was that past stays at Hampton met our expectations. This one did not. We stay primarily at Hampton Inns when we travel and this one ranks as one of the worst two we have ever stayed at. Let me begin first by saying the air unit sounds like a motorcycle when it turned on, so much so my two year old would run to the window to look outside for one. The shower was gross, meaning the tub was discolored and I felt like I needed to take a shower after I took a shower. And the carpet has a damp feeling to it. We will not be staying here again.

The staff at the Madison GA Hampton Inn was very helpful during our stay. The TV in the first room we stayed in did not work. They were very responsive and quickly arranged for us to move across the hall so we did not have to move far and brought a cart to the room to help us move our things. We couldn't find a Choice Hotel we liked in Madsion and wanted to treat ourselves. The place was good and good price with AAA. I travel weekly throughout the year and Hilton is my go to company so I frequently use their Hampton Inns. This was the only Hilton property in the area, but not a particularly good representation of Hampton Inns.
