Stayed here earlier this month, and used a Free Night certificate on our drive to Florida for vacation. Very nice, newer looking property that is located a short distance from the I-475 exit, with friendly staff at the check-in. I always ask about local eating establishments when I check in, and was told that the place we wanted to go to was popular, but neither clerk had personally been there. Our room was designed in a more modern decoration scheme, which is different from most Hampton Inn ho... Read more

We were looking for a place to rest and we found an oasis. I will stay here the next time I'm in the area. The accommodations and staff were way above what we expected and the free breakfast did not let us down it was fresh and plentiful.

Booked about two hours before arriving using Hilton Honors site while heading to Orlando. Really nice property. Everything I would expect from a Hampton Inn. Room was very spacious and property was updated. Only negative was when we checked in I had to ask for a bottle of water even though I am at this level and person at the desk seemed not to want to give it to me. Would stay again.

Good location off I75. Offered a small discount at check in. Rooms were very nice and clean. They were roomy as well. Breakfast could use an overhaul. Doesn't compare to Embassy Suites but did the trick!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was another really good experience. When I checked in the cookies weren't ready yet and the front desk offered to call me when they were - and they did. Definitely great customer service. However, there are a couple of actions that could be done to make future stays a great experience. I said this in my prior review but the exercise equipment could be better positioned so that the TV wasn't behind the person when they are on the bike or treadmill ... Read more

Nice hotel. Clean and new looking. Good for the price. Stopped for one night on our way to Florida. Friendly staff. We would stay there again. Enjoyed the treadmill in the fitness room. Cracker Barrel next door was an easy walk if you don't want to get back into car!

this was a large room and very comfortable. I loved having the list of nearby restaurants in the room. Cracker Barrel was adjacent to the parking lot, which made dinner plans easy. a great experience, very convenient to getting on and off the interstate. Warm cookies when you check in is always a nice touch.

We tend to stay at Hampton Inn's when we travel because of the consistent quality of service and quality of accommodations we receive. This location exceeded our expectations - the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast service was delicious- instead of standard hotel breakfast eggs, extra care was taken to make them flavorful by adding ham, cheese and seasoning. You could tell the kitchen service took pride in the food they served. Also, the front desk offered restaurant l... Read more

We stayed here on our way to North Carolina and I must say for the price you get a very nice room with a great breakfast. The front desk staff was very good and nicely greeted us. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel was very easy to get to and had a lot of options close by including a Cracker Barrel and chick fil a. Thank you Hampton!
