Beds were hard, I stayed on a Friday and my back still hurts today on a Tuesday. Poor customer service. Bathroom was filthy with hairs in the showers. Housekeeping must work third shift because they were not available.

When i booked my stay, I was told one rate but ended paying about 60.00 more. When I inquired about it, the front desk said that the booking agent was new and had no idea what she was doing... WOW... THen she gave me a rate of 116 and I was still billed 159. When I checked out the same day, I was told I would get a refund but I was still billed 107.00. It appears people here have a problem with the truth.

It was OK. Nothing out of the ordinary...the location was next to a mall, but really nothing else locally to get excited about.. The rooms were neat and clean, and the expected supplies were there(towels, soaps, tv, fridge, clock).. If you are an Honors member, you get a straight-forward Hilton property and the expected service.

The breakfast staff forgot to include my coupon for a discounted cost and billed for full cost, exceeding my expense allowance for the meal. They saw their mistake, but couldnā??t reverse it or void the charge (nor could the front desk). Later they charged a different meal to my room vs. putting that breakfast charge on the charge card I gave them. Beware if you are traveling with someone with an handicap for this hotel. As I was told, you are guarantee a room, where in the hotel is a different story. Just be prepared to be put in a room that is not to your liking.

The staff was tremendously helpful. We arrived very late after our flight was delayed and didn't get into Atlanta until 2 in the morning. The lady working the front desk helped us out and promptly gave us a room after having to go through the tedious phone booking process. We have stayed at this hotel several times and the service and rooms are always on point. We always use this hotel anytime we're in the area visiting our family. The food is always great!! We arrived to no light due to no fault of the hotel. I wasn't acknowledge by the manager but she offered assistance to the lady behind me and even acknowledged her by her name. I felt dismissed.I would have left if my daughter didn't have her sights set on the hotel. She just graduated 5th grade. We were there to celebrate that and her birthday.

My review is below; however, I'd like to point out that I gave the hotel numerous times to correct my issue prior to checkout - then I escalated it to HHonors guest services where the management responding dishonestly about the incident and it is still unresolved! Front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. I love the beds at Hilton Garden Inns, I travel a lot for work and I always get a good nights sleep at HGI! The gym was pretty standard, I would prefer it if they had dumb bells. The hotel is located central to several places to eat.

A very nice facility. During our stay a motorcycle group was staying in the hotel; they were up all night playing loud music. You could hear the motorcycle as well. It was impossible to sleep. We receive no apology for the inconvenience. We had no clue their was going to be a motorcycle group there.

Visited our 3rd Hilton Garden Inn in Georgia during my family's June roadtrip from NC to TX and back again. This location was by far the worst of the HGI's we had stayed at. My husband went inside to check us in and when he returned he was visibly annoyed and upset. He said the lady at the check in desk (roughly 5-6pm June 16th) was rude and inhospitable. Front desk staff was phenomenal. The rooms are very clean and the beds acomfortable. Complimentary internet worked well. We really enjoyed the Keurig ccoffe maker in the room also. However, the morning of our departure a housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 8a.m. waking us up despite the fact that check out was not until noon. Checkin was the best part of the stay. Housekeeping waking me up twice to ask if I was checking out was undesirable. Do not use the Hilton app to check into this hotel if you make your reservation with a third party. Always check in at the front desk to make sure you are getting the right rate. If there is an error this Hilton Garden Inn will not help you. Not even if you are a long time repeat customer. Not even if you are a Hilton Honors member. This hotel is convenient to the Mall at Stone Crest and the surrounding restaurants, it's also close to Interstate 20. Beyond that, the price is too inflated to be 40+ minutes outside of Atlanta. Used to stay here weekly for a couple years... until had two back to back weeks with bed bug issues. Last stay, I woke up to a bed bug on my pillow. Brought it down to front desk and immediately checked out. Hotel staff didn't do much to help compensate for the issue. Throw out my luggage and clothes. They paid me for $151.99 for my loss.

Checked in during the third shift and the two agents were very friendly and helpful. Nice property. Nice room. The bed was perfect just for me. This Hilton Gardens is a step above! Very friendly staff and the property is very maintained. The restaurant is very good. I had the cheeseburger and it was one of the best I've had. It seemed that the burger was hand done, not freezer burger for sure. The room is very nice and has adjustable settings on the mattress. Great value for the money!

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, internet, good breakfast. Great bed pillows. My room had a refrigerator which was very nice. Breakfast delicious. Only issue was one guy on the staff seemed a little dingy, called for a wake up call in the morning and he did not leave a list for the morning staff for wake up calls. My coworker in another room did not get hers either. I had set the alarm on my iPhone or I would have missed my flight.

Attending a funeral in Conyers was not a pleasant trip, however, the 1 night accomodations were very comfortable & relaxing after a stressful 2 days. Friendly greeting, cozy bar for a relaxing cocktail so I just sat at the bar and fad dinner which was very tasty.

This hotel lives up to the Hilton Garden Inn Standards. Friendly staff, clean and nicely appointment rooms and my favorite is a cooked to order breakfast. The on site restaurant is also open for dinner. Located on the property of a huge mall, filled with shopping opportunities and many of your favorite restuarants without having to get back on the freeway. I was there on business and will return.

The hotel over view was nice the location was great right next door to the mall. Near family that I was visiting. But the bed needed a new mattress. It was too hard. The water kept dripping from the faucet. It needed a washer. You could tell maintenance wasn't keeping up with repairs. They were other repairs that needed to be done but it looked like they were about to do some remodeling.

This hotel is great and has a great sleep environment. Great area not too crowded. The people working in this hotel is very polite and courteous. With this in mind make sure you try sitting in the lobby it was very homey as well.

Not the experience we expected from a Hilton Garden Inn. Beds were ok. Knobs to change mattress did not work. Pool was very cold and looked dirty. Hot tub was shut down/not working. Had to pay ?$10 per person for breakfast (which was very good and staff great). Nice to have fridge in room. With so many other hotel options don't think I'd pay extra, like we did, to stay here again.

First we tried making reservations from the road -- but the person who answered the phone said they couldn't do that. Odd -- we have never heard such a thing. A few scary people loitering in the parking lot. The beds weren't fabulously comfortable and we could not find the knobs to adjust the mattresses. The breakfast was okay -- I think $10.95 per person -- but the coffee was not very strong. :(

We needed to stop overnight on our way from Southwest Florida to Northeast Georgia. I was traveling with my brother and his wife, who are rewards members. These people are the most shady people that I have ever stayed with. I have been staying in Hilton properties for years. They stole money from the room, refused a late checkout and lied that they had no rooms available and had to check out by 1 ( I am a Diamond member) We also had the ballroom rented and the manager on duty wouldn't come down to assist in our room set-up that was set WRONG until she was ready. I made this a reservation over the phone, and with my card and told.them I wanted to pay in cash because I was splitting the cost of the room, with co-worker. While the room service staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the food (both times I ordered it) was horrible...and clearly old/bad. At first glance, I did not think that the menu had enough options, but I selected some items and gave it a go. To be honest, I was tired and quite hungry. Spent a night here on a road trip, used points. No issues at all. Location is convenient as it is within a shopping mall and commercial/restaurant area - but is still relatively quiet, and traffic isn't too bad on the road leading to the hotel. Everything was up to expectations.

Neither the kids nor adults enjoyed this stay. The hot tub was broken... even though I called to verify it worked the same day of booking and arrival. The pool temperature was so hot that the kids weren't able to swim very long. Other chains are a better value since breakfast was not included.
