The room I was staying in was in really good condition, may have been updated recently. Very spacious, sitting area separated by the TV that swiveled to either the sitting area or bedroom area. Very comfortable bed with many pillow options. Nice clean bathroom with a nice shower. There was also a sink outside the bathroom which is always a bonus if you are with more than one person. Only thing I found to mention as a negative was the exercise equipment. The two treadmills could use replacing. ... Read more

This was a great hotel for our family. 2 adults, 2 kids we stayed in one of their rooms that accommodated all of us with two Queen beds. The staff was very friendly, profession, and courteous. Short drive to Medieval Times and the Sugar Mills Mall. The room was very spacious and has been recently updated as well as the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to please all of us. Definitely recommend it to anyone on a leisurely or business trip.

This hotel was great! Great price & the rooms are HUGE! I thought we were in a suite, but it was just how their rooms were. Very clean & the daytime front desk staff was VERY friendly! Good location with access to everything. We will recommend & stay here again!

A very nice property that sits quietly off a busy road. Plenty of resturants within walking distance. The decor in the lobby is extremely pleasing. Staff was very polite and helpful. The only reason I didnt give them a five star rating was due to me finding several bobby pins in our room on the floor and in the bathroom. The night stand was dusty, seems like housekeeping may have missed doing some things.

This little hotel was tucked away from mainstream traffic but was surprisingly very clean and comfortable. We were pleased with the room layout, with microwave and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable and clean. We were happy with our stay.

I'll skip my observations (with pictures) regarding the condition of the property to focus in this first post on Holiday Inn Express Lawrenceville ripped us off to the tune of $231.86 for one room for a single night. Essentially, my wife made reservations the Monday of the week we were to travel to Georgia and on Wednesday we received an email "Greetings from Holiday Inn Express" providing our confirmation number and saying they were looking forward to welcoming us at the Lawrenceville, GA Holid... I celebrated my birthday about two weeks ago and my mom and I stayed there for 5 nights and it was AMAZING! The service was beyond exceptional especially from Deshauna and Reece. Thank you ladies for all your help. You two really made a difference in our trip. Every time people travel, they hope to come across people who beautiful inside and out and you two are truly the example of that. Thanks again and see you two when I return. #BestBirthdayEver

Positives: 1) This hotel has a pool that is open from 10am to 11pm. 2) Additionally, a complimentary hot breakfast is provided. 3) The rooms are large rooms. 4) Complementary internet is provided. 5) The staff manifests great customer service. Negatives: 1) The rug in the hallway, on the first floor, has several large stains, which obviously adversely impacts my perception of the cleanliness of the establishment. 2) There was dried residual urine stains on top of the toilet seat near the ... The problem: My family and I stayed here one night during the Memorial Day weekend. I had called in my reservations and the employee told me to make sure I add my credit card online (since I didn't want to do it over the phone). I got online late that evening and entered my information. When we arrive at the hotel, we were told that the reservations were canceled. I had a confirmation # and told them exactly what I did but that wasn't good enough. They completely ignored or didn't seem to care t... Read more

Guard your card! I personally used to love staying at the Holiday Inn Express when traveling, etc. However, this past week has caused me to view the company as a whole in a completely dissatisfied way. At first, the issues to stay at this hotel location from traveling cross country from California to this particular location in Lawrenceville, Georgia was location only until I was guided by staff to contact corporate whom gave me the run around and not so fun deal of late night conversations whil... Stayed here before the refresh and after hoping that the design of the room would change since the closet is in the middle of the room that acts as a room divider of sorts. This "divider" also causes the air flow from the air conditioning to flow into the seating area where the air conditioner is located and not fully towards the bed (I like to sleep in a cold, dark room--place pun here). This design is replicated in the hallway where the only vent is near the elevator which is tucked around a s... Read more

Stayed here overnight while in town on business. The rooms were clean, large and well designed and furnished. A kitchenette and nice large screen tv was a nice plus. The staff was helpful and quick in correcting a billing error. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was bacon, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juices, milk and cinnamon rolls, along with other stuff I'm sure I forgot. I would definately recommmend to someone who was in the area.

I was just trying to get some shut-eye after a late night and the $60 (double) hotel next door was booked so I dropped in here for $105 (queen). I will admit that I was impressed. I've stayed at HIEX at many locations nationwide so I'm familiar with the brand. The place looks like it had a recent makeover and if so, the upgrades are excellent. Clean lobby with small seating area for coffee and free continental breakfast. Everything in the room looked and smelled new. Lamps, carpet, shower r... Read more

I needed to find a hotel in Lawrenceville because I knew I would not be able to come home after a concert. I checked some websites and was impressed by the ratings and reviews of this Holiday Inn Express. So, I made a reservation online --for the lowest priced room. I had some trouble getting there-- thanks to GPS-- so I only picked up my keys and headed to the concert when I first got to Lawrenceville. After the concert; I headed back and went to my room. I was highly impressed! I opened the d... Read more

This property has large rooms that are semi-divided into a bedroom and a living room. Lots of room to put your stuff and to sit and relax if you want. The rooms are in good shape and kept clean as are the common areas. The breakfast area seems a bit compact. Fortunately we were getting breakfast much earlier than "normal" people would. In one case I was there getting coffee well before the official breakfast buffet start time, but the manager told me that food would start coming out soon, ... Read more

We like the consistancy of Holiday Inn Express. Folks were nice, brekkie was good and the room was very roomie tho a little odd. but if you need a little more room I have to assume 310 (210/410) is just a little larger. Little kitchette (fridge, sink, microwave), sitting area. Quiet and I have to say they've tried to black it out as much as they can. We'd definitely stay here again - at least for the price we had. Very happy.

The best place to stay if you are visiting Medieval Times. There are hotels closer, but for the money you can't beat Holiday In Express Lawrenceville. Nice quiet rooms and the breakfast bar has just what you want. Plenty of healthy foods. The short drive to the show is just far enough...
