This was a quick stop for us while traveling from Key West to VA. Hotel was adequate but barely met Hilton standard. Bathroom was a little grunchy and light did not work. Scuffs and scrapes on the walls, but staff was friendly and linens were clean. We stayed at a discounted rate and got what we paid for.

Have stayed here several times in the past. Room very clean and staff friendly. The hall carpets need attention and complimentary breakfast barely warm but in all, a quiet and safe location since Police Station across from facility. There are many eateries in the area to choose from.

Travelled to this hotel for business. The hotel is clean and tidy with amazing staff that have made us feel very welcome. The hotel room is in need of a little up dating but don't let that put you off. The pool is great to relax in after a long day at work and to cool down after a few hours sat in the Sun. Thanks to the staff.

The Hampton Inn in Kingsland GA was very clean and conveniently located off I-95, allowing us easy off and back on the highway while we traveled. The breakfast buffet had many selections that pleased everyone in our party. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone traveling.

Check in was painless and handled with "southern" friendliness. Once we got to our rooms, we were pleased to learn that the beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The hotel, top to bottom, was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was fairly nice - some hot options and the normal cold choices. The kitchen staff kept the options full and asked if there was anything needed. I'm not sure if they had additional options in the back, but it was nice to see them asking. The hotel is located... I have stayed at many Hampton Inns. At this one, it was very noisy at night next door- lots of screamimg and yelling and nothing done to stop it . The noise should have been obvious to hotel staff and also I asked for a wake up call and never received it. When I called and spoke to manager, he apologized and also said he would reduce the cost of stay. It is 5 days later and he hasn't.

The facility is spotless, bathrooms large, and the rooms are spacious. The only real fault I can find is that the bed was the hardest thing I've slept on since I went to France last year. Breakfast was plentiful and good, but typical reheated, precooked frozen omelets.

When I arrived in my room it was clean and fully stocked with everything I would need for the night. I slept great and woke up refreshed.

I urge travelers to check with the Hotel and the availability of a dolly to transort any luggage you have to carry to your room. My husband, 82 years old, had to push a dirty laundry cart to our room on the second floor because nothing else was available at 9.30 PM. It was very heavy and caused great discomfort. I've never experienced anything like this at any other hotel I have stayed in. The lobby smelled of mildew. So bad we skipped their free breakfast.

The property seemed vacant upon arrival but filled as the evening got later. Front desk was very friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Even though the property is adjacent to the interstate, it was very quiet. The hotel seemed recently renovated except for the shower in the room. It was the old style sliding glass door that could have used some extra attention by housekeeping. Everything else was clean, quiet, restful.
