Very accommodating. Great having Ruth Chris right there in lobby and to cater events. Yummy fun. =VEry classy presentation. Hotel staff very amenable and friendly. Nice rooms. Good stay. Amazing to have made to order free breakfast and free happy hour drinks for 2 hours in the evening. Close to other restaurants in walking distance which is very convenient.

I was pleased with this hotel. My room was clean, the staff are friendly, it's convenient to our local office and there's a shuttle for local transportation. The pool is nice, as is the breakfast. I liked being able to walk to places to eat when the Ruth's Chris in the hotel was more than I was looking for.

5 star hotel residence with all the trendy mid-century household content furnishings. Very large in total square feet and you could call it a total self contained residence. Exceptional employee services when calling for support need 24 hours and 7 days a week. Highest quality value for the price !

This hotel is in the newer style of Embassy Suites. It was built about 6 or 7 years ago. There are plenty of restaurant choices within walking distance including a panera and chik-fil-a across the parking lot. Although, if it is within your budget, the Ruth Chris steakhouse within the hotel is a great spot to eat and drink. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast are both solid. The rooms were clean and quiet. Overall, a great stay.

We arrived late on Friday for graduation weekend. 25 minutes circling the hotel to find a parking place. Came into the hotel 3 times to find out where to park and got vague directions. Our room stunk of smoke- staff insisted it was a non-smoking room. If they give you a room on the second floor, this might be your view. And the free wifi didn't work. We left early for a far better experience at a Doubletree in Buckhead.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful. However there is poor communication and or poor management. Call and asked for more towels, but they brought sheets. Everything is just ok, not horrible but far from 5 stars. The rooms are a bit worn down and need to bee updated. When I come to Kennesaw again I will be staying else where!

My hubby and I booked a room here for our 8-year anniversary. We're both extremely busy so we needed a convenient one night staycation. With a pool to splash around in during the day, a Ruth's Chris inside for dinner and a comfy bed to sleep at night it was a no brainer to book a room. However, the pool was cold and dirty (and much smaller than it initially looked online). At 4 in the morning we woke up sweating because the AC wasn't working. I've stayed at many Embassy Suites and my expectations are fairly set when there. Like most ES regulars I enjoy the large rooms, the evening reception, and the breakfast. This Embassy property had the large room and it was clean and met most of my expectations although the wifi was slower than most hotels I've stayed at recently. My biggest complaint was with the reception/breakfast area. It was much smaller than other ES properties and was extremely crowded. Another complaint and perhaps m... Read more

Have stopped at the embassy twice a year on our trip up north. The hotel is consistently very good. About a year ago we had an issue with the room which rose to the level of mentioning to management. I stayed at this hotel on July 7-8th, 2016 for business. I have stayed at this same location two other times. It appears this hotel is slipping a bit. The first thing I noticed was the mold in the shower. It is clear this shower had not been cleaned in quite sometime. Just by simply spraying some bathroom cleaner on the walls of the shower would have taken care of this. It really makes me wonder what else is not being cleaned properly. We traveled to hotel to attend basketball tournament at local high school in Marrietta. Nice hotel overall. Brakfast was good. Food was fresh and stocked. Sofa bed was equvalent to full size which was fine for our daughter. It would probably not be as comfortable for 2. We had a king room which was fine for the 3 of us. Hotel was right off the interstate which made it easy to get to and from our venue. Places to eat were within walking distance (Mexican and Chic fila).

Do to my busy schedule this created a conflict and so I decided to proceed to the other items on the bar... only problem was they didn't have enough bacon...or eggs, or biscuits, or gravy. This hotel was in a perfect location for my trip, it was off the beaten path and quiet. This Embassy is newer and does not have an atrium but was just fine, you still get the big suite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as you expect from any Embassy Suites. Parking was a bit of a problem later in the evening as several restaurants in the area seemed to use the hotel parking lot as overflow. We did always find a spot after waiting for someone else to leave.

This hotel was very nice, had evening reception and great morning breakfast. Decent work out room and indoor pool. Fridge and microwave in room. Family friendly. Parking is free but tight. They put us into an extremely dank, damp and mildew filled room. The mildew stench was over bearing when we walked into the room on the sixth floor. Several of the walls were covered in black mold. The carpet was moist. They had the AC on max cold to attempt to dry the room. There was powdered carpet cleaner in piles behind the couch to try to mask the stench. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful . The room had odd odor and was not as expected very dated look for this to be an Embassy. The breakfast waitress staff was not friendly except the cook.

I am a Hilton Honors member and have booked quite a few nights this year. In fact, this was my 3rd Embassy Suites booking in a three state area in October! I like Hilton's Embassy Suites brand due to the larger rooms, superior breakfast and manager's evening receptions around the country. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. While not as large as most Embassy Suites, this one is newer and the staff were awesome. I have zero complaints about this hotel and for 10 to 20 dollars more than ... Read more

Embassy Suites did a great job of providing a king size bed and separate room for myself and husband while our daughter could have her own pull out sofa in a separate room with her own TV. This makes the hotel family friendly. Service and cleanliness were good. Bed was comfortable.

We choose this hotel each year on our way south. It is a treat on a long drive to have a complimentary happy hr and breakfast. To top it off, Ruth Chris for dinner is awesome. Over the last few years, the rooms have been taking a beating. They good use a facelift. The beds are comfortable. We were on the 7th floor this year, and it took nearly 5 min for the shower to get warm

Staff at the Embassy Suites are the epitome of "service with a smile". I am a somewhat "needy" guest and all of my requests were taken care of promptly. Plus there are many complimentary services I didn't expect such as made to order omelets & evening cocktails. I really like staying at this hotel.

This is a first class hotel. Always clean, staff always professional, breakfast always delicious. This is a very clean hotel. Elevators are quick. This past stay I had my first problem and it was fixed in fifteen minutes. And I love the digital key entry system. I was able to skip the front desk upon arrival and go straight to my room. A great location. A must stay!

This is pretty much standard for an Embassy Suites. It does have the benefit of having a Ruth's Chris steakhouse right of the lobby which offers an upscale restaurant and bar. The rooms are the standard 2 room suites which is nice at it gives you space to spread out. The rooms and furnishings are ok, nothing fancy and starting to be a little on the dated side. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly. One negative is that they offer no outside seating for a cigar or other smoking so y... Read more

Service and employees at this facility were excellent went above and beyond my expectations. We really enjoyed the stay. There are plenty of restaurants in the area many in walking distance. A steak house on the premises. Overall an excellent stay. We love Embassy Suites and this one was excellent. I would highly recommend it to you and yours.
