Everything was great here; staff, food, room, facilities...except for the beds. I have never had a worse night sleep. After three days of torture, checked out early and went to the nearby Homewood. Don't know why they use they gimmicky air beds when Hilton normally has high quality traditional mattresses. Normally I look forward to a good night sleep in their hotels. Corey and Keisha were excellent, very welcoming and friendly. We slept great in a very clean and modern room. It is very close to the airport and free Parking. Indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, business center etc. All the amenities you could need. Would definitely recommend.

This was a great hotel to stay at I recommend this hotel for anyone in the Atlanta airport area. Staff is very professional and will take care of you from the time you come in the door. Breakfast is very good in is a must to have.

Bathroom was a little small for the size of the room. Only one elevator which was small and slow. Parking lot very small. Bed was a little low. Overall I will book here again. It was clean and the staff were very nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip. It was close to the airport and area restaurants. The rooms were very clean and roomy. The staff was amazing . . . very friendly and accommodating. I would stay at this hotel again.

Was told they had 24 hour shuttle. They do not. So 84 addition dollars as I had to park at the airport!!! So for 200.00 I was willing to pay bc of shuttle and free parking turned into a 4 hour sleep for 284.00.

Just want to say Tremeil was awesome. He made sure we had a room and was taken care of when there was a discrepancy in our check in time. He was very friendly. Great customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and did not expect much, but we got more than we bargained for. Super clean, felt new, better than expected food, great service, on time shuttle to the airport and free parking for up to 7 days! Amazing

I had a quick business trip here this weekend! Upon arrival, I noticed how crowded the parking lot was, now I see why! This hotel is excellent on all levels. The staff here immediately treats you like your old friends, paying them a visit. It's very close to the airport and restaurants and even though it was crowded, you couldn't tell. It was very quiet! Sometimes it's hard to tell a business how grateful I am for their services so I decided to use TripAdvisor. I was given a good rate on room but charged too much for leaving car in parking lot. It was nice to be picked up at airport, but I had to get my bags from international to domestic. It was not easy to figure it all out!

We chose the hotel because of it's location and it's feature allowing us to leave our car for a week. This worked out perfectly for us. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle which used going and returning. The room was fine and the restaurant was good. We stayed here one night after a long day travelling on the first night of a 3 week road trip and always opt for a Hilton Garden Inn when we want to guarantee a decent, clean, well appointed room. It's a convenient location next to the airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It was a pain to get my keys reset for my room twice after I already went to the 3rd floor. I'll stay there again anyway. The breakfast selection is pretty good and the dining room is nice. It's worth the money to stay.

This hotel offered all the amenities you could want from a small facility. The lobby is nice and large to gather with your groups and the bar was sufficient. The hotel rooms were large and roomy. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel. The beds were SO comfortable. I tend to stay near the ATL airport and usually go with who has the best last minute deal. The rooms were soundproof and we had comfortable beds. Rooms were generous in size and they have Keurig coffee machines. TIP: ask for additional Keurig pods upon check-in, especially if you need more than 1 cup in the AM like I do. Arrived after 9 hour flight and receptionist carried on doing something on the computer and did not even acknowledge me. Eventually she stopped and proceeded to check us in. Our room was ok but had a distinct odour which was not pleasant, especially the bathroom. I reported this and they said they would send someone to deodorise the room. My girlfriends and I were visiting Atlanta for a birthday celebration/weekend getaway. We visited the hotel for four days. Everything was excellent except that we didn't get fresh sheets and towels and we had to request the towels multiple times before we received them.

We stayed at this hotel on a short (8 hr) layover and found the accommodations excellent. The room was clean, neat and tidy, the sheets fresh, and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby, hallways and common areas were all just as clean and spiffy. Shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. My second stay here this year and it's lost a bit of its charm. Small things matter. Never greeted or thanked for being a diamond member. Staff routine stands around waiting but never proactively engages guests... waited 10 min at the bar even though 2 waitresses saw me waiting. No cookies put out n the evening...petty perhaps, but it's the small touches that count. Mediocre stay at best, which for me is bad considering HGI is a goto brand (at least for me) when traveling.

We got there at 10 pm. Couldn't buy food and restaurant was closed. They shoul have a least some snaks but it was almost empty. So if you travel or unexpectidely have to stay overnight like in our case.. Beware you might end up starving

Well I feel the staff need to be a lot more friendly and need to go above and beyond and look like they are excited to see there guest arriving!! It's was dry hi's and no wanting to go above and beyond for the guest!!! I will be staying at a different hotel next time!! I would recommend this hotel for anyone rather on business or family fun. The stasis was very supportive and the pool areas were very accommodating. Family units were able to visit with each other both inside and on patio area.

Lost 2 stars for ; 1) bar was closed before 10:30...thats right 10:30,just stupid business... Or loss there of. And 2) Gym had the least amount or equipment than I've ever seen @ any other Hilton/Hampton Inn.

The airport shuttle for the Hilton Garden Inn never picked me up from the airport. One of it's competitors dropped me off. Thanks Doubletree! A lady driver came to the pickup area but never stopped. She just cruised on by. The hotels needs to invest in another elliptical and some free weights in the Fitness center. Usually hotels near an airport are rather worn. This Hilton Garden Inn was quite nice. It was very clean and some of the rooms were very spacious. One of my rooms had oversized furniture which made it tight but there was enough room to be comfortable. The bathrooms were clean as well as the hallways. Elevators are fast. The front entry was very nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends visiting Atlanta.

Found this nice HGI as an unexpected guest when caught up in airline mess. Great staff with excellent service. Room was comfortable for rest as well as an unplanned day of work. Inside the room was fine. I was concerned that the door was scuffed as if someone had tried to break in or pry open the door. This was pre-existing and I found myself safe and secure. Grill was great for breakfast. Affordable and cheaper than going for a ride somewhere. Dinner menu was limited.

Of all the airports I've visited near ATL, this is by far the best. We travel frequently and live a distance from the airport that we often stay the night before travel. The staff here is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Parking in front of the hotel is a bit tight, but there is a huge parking lot in back and you can get in the back door with your room key. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The good: it's very clean and pleasant. It's quiet and close to the airport and they do have a shuttle. The bad: No breakfast, slow internet (unless you pay an extra $5 for faster service). I forgot that I had stayed here last year and even wrote a TripAdvisor again, but I made the mistake of booking and staying here again this year. I did it because I like the "Stay & Fly" option that some airport hotels offer, like this one. You pay a little more, but you save a bunch in airport parking fees. The hotel was very clean, and the staff are very good at what they do. My only tiff was with the price of breakfast per person, but then again, I'm used to working in a hotel where breakfast is complimentary with the price of the room. Very worn hotel - it is just ok, if you are looking for clean and up to date look elsewhere. This is not a typical Hilton Garden Inn and I stay at Hilton properties all of the time. That said, there aren't many good choices at Hartsfield.

excellent and accommodating staff at this hotel. breakfast was good quality. food seasoned well. front desk staff and breakfast servers were excellent. cooks helpful and friendly. only issue is that i didn't know that there was an adjustment dial on the side of the mattress to increase/decrease firmness.

Excellent experience. Breakfast was fantastic with great service and good food every morning. Beds were adjustable for comfort. Maid service met all requests and expectation. I stayed for a second time on my way out of ATL. It is close, they had a lot of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and called me by name when I checked in and out. I will stay here again and would recommend it.

Great rooms, beds were great to sleep in. The bar and resteraunt would be only think I would say are poor. The reception and house keeping staff were great and very helpful. I was very disappointed with the resteraunt and bar service and staff.

Stay Report for 10/1-10/3: Location: The hotel is located on Bobby Brown Parkway, a block north of Virginia Avenue and less than half a mile off I-85. It's about 2 miles from ATL and the rental car center. Nearby is a somewhat questionable neighborhood with a few other chain hotels, gas stations, a Ruby Tuesday's and a dodgy looking restaurant. The rooms are great nice and clean very comfortable beds. If you want to watch TV while your there tho bring something with you to hook up to the TV like a DVD player or something because they barely had any channels to watch and I didn't even watch the TV my whole trip there.. But other then that the service is great the employees are very nice and my visit was great.

The beds did not work so the they were like sleeping on the floor. We asked for more pillows and were only given one for a family of four. The second night we were without water. Also the television kept having to be unplugged in order to work. I was highly upset and unsatisfied with The Hilton Garden Inn and I will not stay at another hotel again

Hilton Garden is nothing special. The good thing is that rooms are very clean, food is so and so, water (that not bottled) terrible.. like drinking soap. Personnel is in the average. It's good for job as there is a meeting room, and it's very closed to the airport.

My family and I stayed here the night before our recent cruise. We chose the park and fly option. We arrived much later than expected and our room was waiting for us. Everything in the hotel was immaculate. The service was exceptional. Very friendly front desk attendant! For the one night stay and parking for 7 days, it only cost us $148.75. Rooms are smaller than other Hilton Garden Inns I have stayed at, but everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly. The location is close to several restaurants with easy highway and airport access. The best part is that you get to shout "Bobby Brown" in your best Maya Rudolph as Whitney Houston voice every time you leave or depart the property.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The meals at the hotel dining room were amazingly good. Unlike some places that offer a "complimentary breakfast," this hotel provided a real breakfast and not the familiar styrofoam coffee and Danish on paper-plate.

From digital check-in to check out: Extremely friendly and helpful staff (front desk, housekeeping and restaurant). Will definitely stay here again. Clean and convenient rooms. So convenient to the airport.

The beds and pillows were not great! Also, no continental breakfast :( the staff was so friendly and inviting the second we walked in! The small coffee bar was a pleasant surprise too! Because the bed was junk we probably won't be back.

The courtesy and professionalism of the staff made my stay memorable. The highlight was the delicious breakfast offering - I plan to return to take advantage of this hotels "hospitality" in the very near future.

Great hotel, awesome breakfast, and the shuttle service to the airport is extremely accommodating. Very clean and the staff was quite helpful. Loved the coffee and snacks in the lobby at all times. Would definitely stay there again.

This location was very nice. Great staff and very nice location. Breakfast was good especially the specials. Shuttle service was handy for to and from the hotel. Workout room was adequate and of course free WiFi....

This hotel is located close to the airport. It is Quiet, clean and comfortable. I use it whenever I am flying out of town for a few nights as they have a great fly/park rate. I highly recommend this hotel if you are flying. I also use it if I get in late from a flight as I have a two hour ride home

My husband and I stayed here before we flew out to our honeymoon and it was extremely stress free. The workers were friendly and helpful when we were looking for last minute errands and some dinner before our flight.

I stayed in Room 302. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant. My room was semi clean. Carpet was stained up and the bed was extremely hard. A good steam clean and bed upgrade would make it a wonderful room.

Very convenient to Atlanta Intl Airport. After a long trip from NC it was great to arrive at nice Hotel. Hilton Garden Inns are always very clean and rooms are comfortable. I will be backš??? Also they always have a bar and restaurant to relax and have a drink with good snacksā??ļø?

The bed was very hard. Also our keys hardly worked, even after getting two more keys the staff was very friendly. The lobby was nice, but the price for breakfast was not worth it at all. I highly recommend they update there keys to make sure they work properly.

A helpful and energetic shuttle drive made HGI an easy choice. Missing my flight, I didn't have a hotel reservation and wasn't sure which one to go with. If the shuttle driver was so profession and helpful, I figured the rest of the staff had to be just as great. I wasn't disappointed. I will use HGIs in the future when possible. The desk manager was one of the most helpful people I have met. Being inexperienced with a certain phone app and process she made sure I was on track. She went above and beyond her job duties and made my stay very enjoyable.

Really enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff was really helpful, friendly, and always visible. The weekend and party was great. It's close to the airport and many restaurants. Parking is free and they have security in the parking lot for safety.

Although I have stayed at Hilton's I had never planned a meeting to be held at one. This was my first meeting. I highly recommend this location for holding meetings as well as stay. The staff from the shuttle driver to the host, servers, housekeeping, all were very professional, helpful, and made you feel comfortable and welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located to the airport and other amenities. We would certainly go to this hotel again when in the Atlanta area.

Room was clean and staff friendly. We had very early flight and needed to leave hotel by 6:15a. Staff was kind enough to let us start a little early on complimentary breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Easy location to airport and walking distance to several good restaurants

Free shuttle to the airport 22 hours of the day. Within a ten minute walk there are a few restaurants, a couple local establishments and a Ruby Tuesday's. I chose Malone's and was not disappointed. There are many other hotels in the same area including a couple more Hilton properties.

Here's what I sent as my review to the hotel survey: Mattress was so hard that I ended up with very little sleep and a back ache for the 2 days we stayed. It was not the HGI experience and I'm so disappointed. Housekeeping was leaving early so we had no way of getting our room serviced after our 1st night. This should have been told to us in advance so we could've planned accordingly. I would like to request you all honor the HGI guarantee and refund our stay of points and money.

Great staff, great location, but the room could have been a little more cleaner and the beds softer. I enjoyed my check in and check out experience. The shuttle service was on-time and the driver was very polite. I enjoyed the staff more than the accommodation. The location is awesome! It is near many restaurants and 5 minutes from the airport.

We had a good stay at this hotel. It was close to the airport, major highways and downtown areas. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The individual heating and air conditioning units are very loud they will wake you out of your sleep when clicking off and on.

For most business in Atlanta near the airport and centrally located. This is a very clean and safe location with easy access to all freeways. The price was fair and the room has been good every time i have stayed .
