Stayed there to save a few bucks. Unless your looking to replicate an evening in a county jail - don't. The front desk is behind bullet proof glass. The tv remote was wired to the table and someone had stolen the batteries out of it. Would make for a great crackhouse or meth lab.

Wow, that was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, and I choose hotels mostly on price, so that's saying something. The room had clearly not been cleaned in a long time, the towels had little hairs stuck to them, and there was no hot water. I wasn't sure how there could be cigarette burns on the bedding in a non-smoking room until I looked at the smoke detector, which had been tampered with. The bedside light was burned out and the front desk was completely unhelpful. On the plus side, the a... Read more

I was traveling cheap this trip and this was the cheapest hotel I could find near the Atlanta Airport. It is right off I-85 on Virginia Ave. The hotel is an older property and, like so many Econo Lodge, not very well maintained. It is not in the best neighborhood, either. There are airport shuttles all the time at the lobby and the drive into downtown means traffic weekdays. Lots of food on Virginia Ave so that's not a problem. If you need to be in Atlanta and need a cheap hotel, you could... Read more

Staff was impolite and even made us feel like we were not welcome. We felt extremely unsafe, especially because once we asked for an extra key and nobody checked our IDs. The night receptionist treated us like bandits. The room was not cleaned and towels were taken away and not replaced. We are still waiting for the extra pillows we asked the first and second nights. At the end, we decided not to leave our luggage because we could not trust the staff. I would not recommend staying at this hotel ... Read more

So, I should have suspected something was amiss when the Quality Inn van driver at the airport looked worried when I told him I was staying here. Ok, the good: The front desk girl was nice. The bed is comfortable. The bad: everything else. No hangers in the closet, crusty stains on sheets, and miserably cheap toiletries. The lotion comes in a squeeze pack..also, though the motel is near the airport, it's on the opposite side of where the shuttles pick you up, so it takes quite a while to get ... Read more

We were flying home from Atlanta the next day, so we wanted to get a room near the airport. I should have looked on T/A because I would have never stopped here if I had. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in and I have seen some bad ones. The walls were filthy dirty as was the carpet. RUN AWAY. Dresser drawers were broken and hanging. The ceiling was peeling, cracked and stained. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Econolodge should be ashamed. We walked to a mexican restaurant and t... Read more

The outside is pretty ugly and shabby and in need of repairs, but the rooms are quite nice. The beds are comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. They even have smoking rooms for those who would like to smoke, and they are the low price alternative for Atlanta.

Worst hotel I have EVER in my live stayed in. Smelled awful, mold on walls, tube tv, burnt up smelly damp sheets. Literally the nastiest place I have ever stayed!! We told the front desk manager and she just looked at us like "yeah, I know". Pathetic! Don't order the Chinese food on the pamphlet in the room - awful! It also smelled very bad and was $46 - ridiculous!

I would never visit this hotel again.I only picked it because I got in town at 1am.So it didn't make since or so i thought to spend 100.00 for less than 7 hours. The front desk attendant was nice. But the room was horrible I pulled back the sheets to lay down and the mattress had a big red stain The air conditioner would not work it kept turning on but hot air came out and the thermostat on the wall was broken. Then I went into the restroom the towel had little curly hairs.I couldn't even bring mys... For your own sanity.... Do not stay here. If I could give negative stars I would. First, the place is (bluntly) a dump. The rooms are filthy, mattresses stained and dirty, toiletries absent, shower vile and filled with mold and mildew and pool a cesspool of garbage but no water. Second, the staff is horrific. We informed the clerk a member of our party had a medical service animal at checkin. After going to our room, a maintenance member stopped us at the door and informed us no pets we w... Read more

I booked in for one night in a layover. To start the hotel shuttle bus which they advertise never arrived. In Atlanta airport there is an area where the airport hotels provide shuttle buses. The vast majority of these seem to arrive every 15 minutes. I waited half an hour and another man I waiting with had waited over an hour. It never showed up despite the hotel being called twice about it- the advised us it was on its way. In the end a shuttle bus from another hotel took pity on us and brought... Read more

So the EconoLodge was the worst accomodation I had in a looooong long time. Probably cleaned last in the early 2000s, this motel really doesnt offer anything to its customers. WiFi did not work during my stay. Pool was without water. The room was dirty. I mean real dirty. So for whom is this the right place to stay in? Probably a forensic student who is into stains. There were lots of them!! All different kinds and colours.
