Excellent customer service by Anthony! Rooms were nice and clean. Very convenient to the infinite energy center. There were renovations going on but we only knew because there were signs up about it. We came down for a conference and already plan to come back next year and stay here.

The hotel has a very good breakfast! But the hotels rooms need updating ! Bed was comfy but the room has an old , grudgey feel! I would only stay if I was passing through or had a late night drive and needed sleep but would be leaving in the morning! I would not stay here for a lot of days! Desperately needs new carpet!

An oasis in the city. This is a favorite hotel in an uncrowded area that has green space and easy I-85 access. Each staff member interaction was professional, friendly, and helpful. The upgrade with barn doors is awesome.

I chose this spot because I attend the yearly event "Formula Drift" that's held at Road experience has been nothing but fantastic!! The cleanliness of the rooms are on point. The staff is always great with kindness when you arrive. Most importantly for me when I travel, the complementary breakfast is always a plus. This hotel has a huge selection during breakfast. I would recommend this spot to all if you're looking to stay in this area.

Warning, this is a good location, HOWEVER, renovation construction is loud all day long, expect NO REST. Though temporary, we were not informed of this even when we arrived. Awoke to hammer drills and apparently all day long. Bathroom floor was sticky entire stay.

My wife, son and I stayed here prior to a concert as part of my son's Birthday trip. I booked the room using Priceline. Be aware that if you use a third party to book they will not honor your HiltonHonors account. The same thing happened with Marriott back in April. This is an excellent property that is clean and has very friendly staff! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family over the holiday weekend for a wedding in the area. It is close in proximity to a mall, other shopping, and several restaurants!

I had an ok time. Pool closed a little too early. Breakfast staff was rude. The maids came around very late in the evening, which seemed unusual. The housekeeping manager was really nice. Our stay was extremely nice for the price. They have renovated rooms and we were pleased. Clean rooms and clean bathrooms are always a plus and welcomed. The staff was friendly the entire stay. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. Convenient location for shopping, eating, and activities.

Even though the hotel was under renovation we had a wonderful time. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast staff was especially sweet. I can't say enough about how wonderful the employees were. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The pool was very clean and refreshing.

Had to have an unexpected stay in town. The staff at this Hampton Inn welcomed me and my wife with open arms! The staff was very helpful during our stay. We needed a few things and the staff gladly gave them to us. There was even some fresh baked cookies when we checked in they were delicious! If we ever need a place to stay again this Hampton Inn is on the top of my list!

I would choose to stay at another hotel in future visits. The breakfast staff was very polite and helpful, but that's were it started and about ended. The gentleman that checked us out was polite and that was important, but the arrival experience of phone ringing off excessively and clerk coming in an unpleasant state was the start of what might be next.

We had a great time at the Hamptons, Anthony and Pam are very lovely. Anthony was there in the evenings and Pam in the mornings. I stayed in one of their suites and it was great. They are in the midst of renovating their rooms and I must have gotten one of the ones that was done recently because I've never seen so many pieces of furniture that were equipped with outlets for both standard plugs and USB's. Pool closed early, no vending machines on upper floors, no restroom in lobby, breakfast was horrible. Staff at pool was very rude. Front desk staff was new and could not answer questions. Bed was not comfortable.

Extremely friendly and professional staff as well as management! My check in with Cheryl and Ms. Mobley was excellent, was given a nice newly renovated room on the 7th floor. First most of the hotels with double beds have them with queen beds this time didnt they were smaller, also during our stay when we arrive one elevator was not working and during stay (one week) never gor fix it it create a little bit of discomfort sometimes when tou have to wait for more than 5 minutes to be able to jump into the elevator.

I stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and rooms were nice and clean. Suprisingly, their breakfast (and all day) complimentary coffee was one of the best I had at a hotel. That saved me trip to starbucks. It is very clise to fast food restaurants even uf you like to walk. Only thing is that traffic around it bad.

The accommodations were clean. The hotel was under construction, so perhaps things are better when that's not going on. There were some teen athletic teams there, so there was noise and slow elevators due to this, but the staff was top notch and the stay was fine. I would consider staying again when in the area.

I was helped by Anthony. I made the reservation at the last minute, as prior plans fell through. The room I reserved was not going be ready until 3pm. I needed the room way before that, as I flew in to town early that morning. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure that I got a room that morning, and that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms were just renovated. Huge! We had problems with Expedia booking. Anthony at the front desk brought out cookies and bottled water for us & 4 children. The rooms were so much bigger & more beautiful than we expected. We will definitely book here again. *Anthony also immediately handled a housekeeping issue in less than 5 min. I chose this hotel because of the low rate and decent reviews. The desk staff is very friendly, but the hotel seems understaffed, so some requests take long to fulfill. They had a new TV system, but no channel guide. I was promised a copy, which took about an hour. Only one elevator seemed too be working, which meant long waits at times. There was no pen & paper in the room. The keys on the phone were disgustingly dirty -- it clearly hadn't been cleaned.

The hotel was under construction so it was a bit of an inconvenience, especially for the rate. BUT.......the staff at that hotel was one of the best I have ever encountered. We stayed at the hotel for three nights last week and were made to feel very welcome by all staff. Our room was fine with lots of space, although the beds weren't particularly comfortable... The best thing here is the breakfast, different choices every day including really good fresh fruit salad. There is a notice up about improvements being made to the hotel but we weren't disturbed at by any work that may have been going on.

The check in was slow with only 1 person at counter and 4 people in line, the room I had reserved was not given to me at check in and get it changed, did not get housekeeping or room cleaned in 2 nights, had to get my own towels twice, and had the wrong rate at check out.

I wasn't expecting much because the hotel displayed a lack of maintenance and age, but was hugely surprised by the brand new room I had on the 8th floor. The room had been very recently renovated and was modern and clean (love the all white look in the bathroom and tiled floor). Front desk staff was great, and made an excellent dinner recommendation.

Hotel room was clean. Air condition did not work, beds were uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible. My check in was pleasant but when I tried to change my room to a king I was unable to change it because of my using my points. I don't know why I was limited to double beds because of using point. There were kings beds available.

Booked a room at Brick Inn just a few miles away at exit 101. That place was terrible. Dirty rooms, dirty toilet, dirty bed, stained sheets, crumbs on the bed, rusted areas on sheets. Staff was great there but it did not even come close to this hotel!

The hotel was an awesome deal. Great Hampton Inn and even better price. The lobby was lovely. The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for all of the attractions that we saw. The hotel was quiet even for the number of guests staying there. The room was great. Bed was super comfy. The TV was a perfect size. My kids enjoyed the waffles at breakfast. I will stay here again!!

Someone else in our group selected this Hampton Inn and man am I glad they did. It was easy to get on and off the interstate for our business meetings. Room really well layed out, plus I loved the Rainforest Showerhead. We all meet for our Full Hot Breakfast that got us starting the day off right. Pool set-up and access is odd, so don't be surprised. Definitely, plan to stay there again on our return in February.

The hotel is in the midst of a remodel but aside from seeing equipment outside it was not obvious inside. The staff was wonderful and attentive. The room was spacious and well appointed. Plenty of dining options close by as well as grocery stores. There was a small coffee pot and fridge in the room. We also had a pull out sofa that according to 14 yo slept very comfortably.

I have been staying at this hotel in the last twelve years and I think this is the best I have grown to love the ambience. Perhaps the recent re decorations have made the place more attractive to me. There have been a lot of improvement with the breakfast. I think the Internet still need some improvement.

This hotel is clean and staff is efficient. Love the clean bed linens at Hampton Inns everywhere. There are two areas that could use improvement. The first is the toilet--when it is flushed it makes a very loud noise. The second is there is no ventilation fan in the bathroom

My room was more than I expected. It was excellent! I really felt at home. I visited ATL for one night only; however, I will return to this location! My friend and I were in town for a convention held at the Infinity Energy Center. This hotel was only a few minutes away and easy to get to and from. Overall, the rooms were clean and immaculate! Because of current renovations, there was no microwave in the room. The microwaves should be in all rooms soon. Call ahead! Our reservations were switched from a suite to King Deluxe. Call and check ahead to verify you are getting what you have reserved! Other than that, comfy beds, new furniture, clean and sleek bathrooms.

I stayed in a suite at the Duluth Hampton Inn several times and appreciated the overall quality of accommodations and staff. But my most recent stay did not meet the previous high standards upon which I based my decision to return for an extended stay. Lack of cleanliness in the kitchen and bathroom and sliding doors with a faulty lock were a concern. When brought to the attention of the manager, the issues were promptly corrected.

The folks at the Hampton Inn Atlanta/Duluth were very nice both in persona and over the phone. Good rate and deal on the suite I booked. Breakfast was as expected for a complimentary breakfast. Gym is somewhat limited for people who work out a little harder but for a road stop was adequate.

Imam and Pam at front desk was exceptional. They worked very hard to accommodate a mix up with the room I made a reservation for. The balcony rooms are wonderful. The kitchen in the suites make it feel like home.
