My family had an extended stay here. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms, hallways and breakfast area were clean and welcoming. The complimentary breakfasts were very basic, but kept fresh. Fantastic deal with a military discount.

Hotel was clean, room was nice. Loved the mattress! However, we were train side and my husband heard trains all night. I slept soundly, but should keep in mind the possibility. Also, they admit pets (for a fee), and we were glad we were on the other end of the hallway as we heard a little yapper on the way down the hall.

Upon arrival at this hotel, I had my doubts as the outside of this property is kind of dingy looking. Inside all is good and clean. The rooms are the newer remodeled Sleep Inn style. There is some bad & good points to know about. First, the bad... 1) The AC in my particular room worked but not great. I would hate to see what it would do on a 90 degree day. 2) The sinks have the horribly short Sleep Inn faucets that barely hang over the sink. You end up busting your knuckles just washing yo... We decided to stay in Douglasville after spending all day at Six Flags. We were completely exhausted, so we didn't spend too much time wandering around the place. However, the staff was extremely nice to us! It gave me a vibe of one of those family owned hotels. It was very quiet and homey. I would definitely suggest staying here if you're too exhausted from your trip at Six Flags and don't want to drive home! Also a great place to stay if you don't want to deal with all of the Atlanta traffic. ... Read more

Stayed here twice and both times were very good. Desk clecks were welcoming and professional. Elevator is really slow. Breakfast was your typical Sleep inn breakfast. It was fine. Close to Zaxby's & Cracker Barrel. Also close to Walmart & Sams (no gas-though) but stations nearby. Not far from Six Flags. No pool but is priced good for the budget traveler. I would stay here again. Also be ready for insane Atlanta area traffic.

We just stayed here last night. 6/17/16. Thank god if was free. But even for free I would not stay here again. I have never had the smoke hit me before I opened the door. But when I opened the door u can't imagine the breath taking smell. Then I started blaming somebody for having stinky feet but it was the sheets on one of the beds. The carpet here is super stained. If u can get by all of that. I guess it would not be bad. But it was.

The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. Friendly desk clerks. They have a small continental breakfast that worked for us but if you want more there is a Cracker Barrel and Waffle house across the street. The area was also clean and safe. The price was great! We would stay again.

Rooms paid for at checkout. Was charged next day again for 2 days hotel stay. Withdrew funds from my bank account and denied it. My bank investigating. Had reserved rooms in May 2016 and was not ready until after check in time about one hour later.

We got a good price for our room. We were on the 3rd floor. Good room size. We were in town for a sporting event. The first room they put us in, the toilet was broken. Did not find this out until late into the night. (the tank was not filling, so could not flush). Since it was so late and had to be up very early the next morning, we just used the ice buckets to fill the tank with water so we could flush it. Reported it the next morning. We were gone all day and returned about 3:30ish...Still n... Read more

If you are in the Atlanta area this is where you can stay to save money. The hotel is about 20 or so miles out of Atlanta and about 13 miles from Six Flags over Georgia. The rooms are quaint with small baths. Usually all we need is a bed and bath, so this is quit sufficient for us. If you go on a trip to spend time in a motel/hotel room, this one is not for you. Our room was quiet and clean. There are resturants close by, but because of the hill this hotel sets on, you may need to drive to... Read more

The rooms were clean and it was a quiet area. Close to food and shopping. We were pretty exhausted from our day of driving and hiking but it was a good place to clean up and lay our heads for the night.
