They are renovating, but this place was a grown up, desolate, deserted filth hole. Should have advertised demolition, not renovation. At check in, we were not greeted as hilton honors members, 2 rooms on one reservation that we wanted to each pay for on our own and we were told well you have to keep like this because that is how it is in the system. Very disappointing for a Hamton Inn. It's one level up from a Motel 6. Under going renovations, total experience was terrible. The A/C in our room was not working correctly and we asked for them to look at it. They never once took the time to care.

The staff is very kind. The facitliy is clean and in great shape. Even though it was being remodeled we didn't run into any problems or obstacles. Very cozy beds. The restrooms are nice and comfortable too

Hotel should be closed for total renovation. Presently upper floors are being renovated while lower floor rooms are being rented. Rooms are outdated, furniture stained, walking on carpet needs footwear. Only good experience was the staff - professional and friendly.

Had a reservation booked a few weeks in advance and was told no room at the Inn when I got there. Only help I received was being told Days Inn down th he street still had rooms. Called customer service a few days later to complain. They sent me a voucher for one free night good for a year.

The absolute worst hotel stay ever! I stay approximately 75 nights a year in hotels. This place was a complete construction disaster. No room available when I arrived, was given a room that construction was not finished in. No cable, no television. Desk informed me that I would need to call cable company to get it fixed, they have no one present to handle those issues at 8 pm. Horrible in every way.

Hotel looks like losing side of a war zone. They are under renovation, but don't tell anyone when reservations are made. When we discovered the conditions (taped up windows, no air, construction materials in lobby, partially finished rooms), it was too late to go anywhere else all other hotels in the area were booked. Total abuse of customers.

Hotel should not be open very dangerous OSHA violations second floor renovated and still not ready for guests, moved rooms 4 times and then left hotel. The owner of this hotel should be embarrassed and Hampton should be embarrassed to even think of allowing guests to stay there. Traveling on business hotel never indicated they were under construction when the reservation was made.

I am a diamond member so I've stayed in a lot of Hilton properties for business and leisure. The website stated that there was construction on the property I had no idea the hotel would be in such disarray. When I pulled up it looked like a complete dismantling and I was shocked it was open. I should have compensated to stay there, AC did not work, shade fell completely down, construction dirt in room, wrong hair dryer in bathroom, no hook in bathroom to hang clothes, no exhaust fan or circulation in room, open hole around electrical receptacle plate, poor parking, no outside lighting. I recently stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and the new room I stayed in had just been remodeled. The breakfast was fresh and tasted great. This is a great location for the next time I come back to Atlanta.

Hotel under renovation. Hallways, lobby, and exterior are a disaster. Rooms on second floor were completed and ready to occupy. The new, updated rooms are nice. Location is nice, just off interstate and by the outlet mall.

Under renovation. Should have been closed down. Looked abandoned. I was so embarrassed for myself and the staff. Never had an experience like this. Staff was pleasant . No fault on them. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, bathroom was filthy. New counter was coming off of the wall, handrail in bathtub almost came off when I was pulling myself up. There were holes left open where the smoke detector was and instead of closing it up, they just left a hole there. The bathroom was filthy, especially the floor. The hotel was a mess due to renovation. Parking was difficult since part of the lot was taken up by construction materials. The floors and elevator were extremely dirty. The guest room I was given appeared to have been renovated but very poorly. The front desk clerk was friendly though.

If we had known what terrible shape this facility was in during the renovation, I would have never stayed here. There was debris in the lobby, down the hall, and in the parking lot. And the only person we saw at breakfast was the front desk clerk. We asked why the waffle iron wasn't working and all she could tell us was no waffles. With kids, you kinda count on the waffles. Yes, the hotel does let you know that they are renovating. What they fail to inform you is that there is no pool either or air in the breakfast dining area. New rooms are very nice but hotel not worth the price without a pool. Staff did not care either. Had a child who wanted to swim and could not.

We thought they were closed as we drove up! They shouldn't have been open. I had to doge a large crane upon entering and then the complete down stairs was all torn up and items were left in the hall! This is not the standard Hampton has. Of course we will stay again with Hampton but Please let people know when there is some much construction going on. This property should not have been open. It's wasn't safe!!

This is hands down the worst Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed in during my many years with the Hilton Brand. The hotel was under renovation (that was never disclosed during booking) and was hot, dirty and in a state of disarray.

Hotel undergoing remodeling, not necessarily for the better. The "new" rooms have a sliding barn door that is very heavy and difficult to move. Because it's not sealed, it allows all the bathroom sounds and odors to escape into the bedroom. No place to hang a wet towel, and the shower rod and shower head are too high to reach. Food on the breakfast bar was old/stale. Won't stay here again!

After driving 10 hours needed a place to sleep this was not the place should have left as I walked in under construction there is no way this should be open, pool closed total green water lobby a mess toilets in back of parking lot, I know just leave got renovated room was ok, sink backed up AC not working, gave us another room was OK sink backed up now no hot water had enough, new employee no manager she contacted owner was not charged what a disaster stay away

We needed to find a hotel on our trip home and decided to stay outside of Atlanta. As Hilton Honors members we rely on the reputation of the Hampton Inn name and expect consistent quality. We were in our car and NOT on the Hilton website and were NOT told about the renovations when we made our reservations. The rooms are clean but the rest of the hotel is under renovation and should be closed until completed. The room was clean but the hallways were ripped apart with water dripping into buckets from the ceiling. I would have been mad if I paid for my hotel stay. I was expecting a Hampton Inn up to regular Hilton standards.

This hotel is under MAJOR renovations. Just pick any other along the interstate until it's complete. The staff is super but that won't help the smell and lack of AC in the hallways. Our room was actually an updated room, but the rest of the hotel, including the 2 hallways and elevator it took to get to the room.. are in disrepair... come back later!

I too stay at the "being renovated hotel". What a disgrace! The owner and Hilton should be ashamed. Outside had old toilets, bed mattresses and other hazardous materials where one parks. Room decor OK...1St room sink wouldn't drain and air conditioning did not work. Was given another room. Thankfully I checked shower. Right off I-85. In August 2016, was under renovation. Would not stay there until that is completed. Room price was not discounted but pool is not usable and and halls and breakfast areas is a mess. Once renovation is finished, it may be fine but not now.

This specific one said "under construction" on front door and hotel staff said it was almost complete but we were not prepared for how bad it really was. We have stayed in Hampton Inn's all over playing softball. We look mostly for the cleanliness and convenience and this offered both! The WiFi was not up to par but it was complimentary. I would definatley stay here again.

Usually stay in Hampton Inn w/ Hilton's for business. This time we had to stay a bit further away from UGA because of the big game. We were in town for the Saturday game and this was the closest, reasonably priced hotel. Many others had the same idea. It worked out just fine. The breakfast was great, too. I just tried to check into this hotel. The hallway floors were dirty but I was willing to overlook that however, upon entering my room I found a roach about an inch and a half long. I went to the desk to ask for a refund and the night clerk told me I would have to handle it the next morning. Hilton should take their name off this hotel.

Hotel was in poor shape: baseboards were missing in the hallway, carpet was old, doors were scratched (even jimmied open). We saw a rat just outside the front door. The rooms were cheaply renovated, and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Pool was bone dry. I requested a refund according to Hilton's policy, but never heard back.

We are Hampton Inn regulars. We like the whole concept - good bed, quiet room, basic breakfast and wifi. Plus the bathroom sink is in the bathroom and not in the sleeping room. I booked the hotel a few weeks before arrival and I got a very cheap rate. For some weird reason on my HHonors app, the dates of my stay would show up but I could not sync my reward program with my stay and my app showed an error. When I call the day of going to the hotel, the front desk said I didn't have a reservation and it got canceled. We were on an extended weekend stay and enjoyed our stay at this property. All staff members that we came in contact with were very friendly. The young lady that took care of the morning breakfast and worked the front desk was very nice and attentive. We would have liked to see more of a veritity of hot food items.. Our room was clean and quiet though the carpet is a bit dated and is showing ware. Location is very close to a movie theater and fast food places less than a mile away.

The front desk person was the best part of this hotel. She was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is old and dated and in need of a referb. I would not stay here on future trips through Commerce.
