Great staff experience, wanted down time by pool but alas wasn't to be. Weather was the cause, not pool. Great beds, clean rooms, friendly staff.They make you feel welcome. You don't always get that. Breakfast was ok, frozen precooked eggs not for my, but they had waffles! :-)

Awesome staff experience! Stayed there for one night and it was cleaned, comfortable, and affordable! Will return back to it when in town. The breakfast was very good as well with a variety of foods. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruits, cold cereal, juices, waffles, oatmeal, etc.

My husband and I did not have prior reservations so we stopped here since it was the first hotel we saw. The hostess at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to deal with. She gave us a 1 king bedroom at a fair price. The room, however, was our biggest issue. The AC did not cool down the room, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on as well as the pillows. We stay at this particular Hampton Inn , because the one on Whitesville Rd, was book up when we call to make reservation back in April. Anyway we were not sure about staying a little further out. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends. The room was clean and modern with the comforts of home. My husband enjoyed the walk in shower, very accomodating for a tall man. The room was quiet which allow us to rest from travel. The breakfast was sufficient and adequate. The location was perfect in regards to restaurants.

We stayed here because it was one of the hotels available with the discounted price for a 50th reunion of my husband's army Viet Nam infantry brigade. It was perfect and would stay here anytime we came to town and would consider any Hampton Inns in the future!

We always stay here when traveling in the Columbus area. The staff is excellent -- always welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always clean, bathrooms included. Extra towels and pillows.Breakfast is fresh and hot. One of the best Hamptons we've stayed at.

The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The staff greet their guests each time you enter, leave, and in the morning when you wake up. The staff remind guests of breakfast, and will offer additional items as needed like cold bottled water on a 90 degree day. The rooms are very clean, and well kept. I was very pleased and would easily stay at this hotel in Columbus again.

The hotel is extremely outdated, the room had a musty odor, the beds were TINY, the ice machine did not work on our floor, and there was only one archaic vending machine in the entire hotel. The floor was so sticky I think they mopped it with pancake syrup. The parking lot was too for the number of guests the hotel can accommodate, so they made us park at McDonald's next door.

Stayed here while working in the area for 4 months. Stsff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of dining option nearby, very convenient. Clean and comfortable, with space to work.

This was a great place to stay with lots of places to eat near by. I was in town to get together with my significant other. It was a great location the hotel was wonderful and very nice play to stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming in town rather it be families , sports group or couple. This was a nice area and I am glad I chose this hotel . Everything was great.

The hotel is neat and clean and my choice of places to stay when visiting Columbus, Ga. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fair. This visit we decided to eat the packaged items, toast and fruit instead of the cooked items. Great chocolate chip cookies but the complimentary coffee was not hot. The beds are very comfortable and sleeping was great.

My entire experience with this particular Hotel was great the breakfast was wonderful I truly enjoyed my stay here at the Hampton Inn and I will definitely use Hampton Inn on all of my future overnight Hotel spots. The turkey sausages they were not good to The Taste but the breakfast in general was great and as I stated previously Brenda was a excellent service. My next visit which is in August September round that time I plan to stay at the same hotel and I hope Brenda is there as well

The staff was very helpful, considerate, friendly, warm, and ready to serve/accommodate--you only had to ask. I even got a call my first evening from the front desk asking if all was well with my room or stay so far. The hotel was very appealing driving up and when you walked through the door. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially the night time staff. The room was clean and the pool was refreshing. No complaints at all. We stayed for 4 nights and had no problems. The free breakfast was a plus.

Hotel outdated and breakfast not good. Staff ok at best. Much better choices in the area for the same cost and some other brands much nicer and current. Hotels in the south should have biscuits and gravy and keep the breakfast items fresh and hot!

We stayed here on our way home from Florida. Staff was very friendly and accommodating!!! They definitely go above and beyond!! The room was very clean!! You could tell by the bathroom that it is an older Hampton Inn but well taken care of!! Continental breakfast was just O. K. But very clean area.

Nice staff. Hotel was a little dated but still nice. I would have given 5 stars but we had mold on the grout in the bathroom. However, when I mentioned it to the desk clerk, she immediately reduced our rate. We will stay here again.

When we made the reservations the person, unfortunately we forgot his name, who we spoke with was polite and courteous. When we checked in the people at the front was polite and courteous. We had to extend our stay for an extra day and it was easily done. Everyone we had contact with was helpful, respectful and courteous.

I'm happy to review another fantastic hotel in Columbus. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request that my room not be sprayed with disinfectant/freshener prior to my arrival. Note the parking is tight when it's full, but they helped me maneuver my van so I could unload a huge number of items. From the front desk staff to the breakfast attendant everyone wore a smile and were very friendly. The room was clean looked well maintained as always, I've stayed here often, comfortable beds clean showers. Breakfast is always just right, it's not the Ritz but I didn't pay a mortgage payment and I will be back again keep up the good work.

I stay here often on business and they are some of the friendliest staff of anywhere I stay. I am always welcomed and recognized. The room is always clean, wifi is good and the hotel is very close to a lot of good places to eat. My only grip is the same boring breakfast at all Hampton hotels- not their fault at all! Hilton needs to revamp their breakfast. Great place to stay!

Nice hotel. Very friendly workers. Stay was very quite. The value was good also. We ended up staying two nights instead of the one night that we had originally planned for. The second night was given to us at a discount. If I am ever in this area again I would definitely stay here.

Hampton Inns have usually been a favorite for us while traveling. However, this location had the best staff. From Check-In to Check-Out and the staff that was there during the day to wish us a good day to welcome back and hope you had a good day. They were on their game for the 3 nights we stayed there. We stayed two nights here so we could sight see and do a white water rafting trip. The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was hot and good. The lady that handled the breakfast buffet was very nice.

My husband and I stopped here at dusk on the first day of a cross country trip on our Harleys. The check in was easy and friendly and we were invited to park our bikes under the covered entry. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Complimentary cookies and bottled water were greatly appreciated.

This facility is super clean and very nice. The front desk staff was pleasant and even upgraded my room for free! I room was one of the nicest I've stayed at for a Hampton Inn anywhere. Very comfortable bed and the sofa wasn't bad either. nice clean bathroom with a very hot shower. Good breakfast with several choices too. I would stay there again.

Had a small problem with the A/C unit in the room. There was an unusual noise from the A / C unit. My bill was adjusted by Jennifer, and she called me within a few minutes after leaving the hotel to tell me.

We had a double room, everytime I've been in a double room, it has 2 queen beds , but this location, had true double beds, it's suppose to sleep 4 people, but the beds are so small, that don't happen comfortable..also the air conditioning was on a motion sensor or something, cause if you go out, or if you not moving, the air cuts off it seems...anyway if that's not it, then the air conditioning just can't keep with small beds and no air equals NO REST !!!

Title says it all. We normally stay at other Hilton properties, but everyone was booked because of Basic Training graduation. I am a Diamond member and have stayed at some of Hiltons best properties. For a Hampton Inn, this property is very nice. We will stay there again when we go back.

My husband & I stayed here while we were in town for our son's graduation from Ft. Benning Army Infantry School. The hotel was extremely clean & the staff was very friendly & professional. They also offered a Ft. Benning graduation rate which we very much appreciated. This hotel is located about 15 minutes from Ft. Benning, so it was easy to get to the base when we need to.

My wife, my two adult children, and I stayed at this Hampton Inn over a weekend in Columbus while attending a niece's wedding. We arrived at the hotel about 12:00 noon on Friday. The front desk had a king-sized room ready for my wife and I. My children had to wait a little longer for their room with two double beds to become available. Extremely disappointed in this hotel. Not up to parr with other Hampton Inns. Hotel is old and needs to be updated. AC unit in room was so clunky and loud it literally kept us up all night long. Wish we had stayed across the street at Holiday Inn.

Due to a mandatory evacuation we chose Columbus. The Hampton Inn North was an excellent choice. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Being on the north side it was easy to get to Callaway Gardens and Pine Mountain. We were there 8 nights. The entire staff were very accommodating and helpful. We would definately stay there again if we visit Columbus again.

This property site is in a very good location, with very great personnel and very good service willing to do their best to make it right for you. However, this is the very first Hampton Inn that I have encountered their " double bed rooms" having full size beds that are 54 inches in width rather than queen size beds that are 60 inches in width. As a Hilton Diamond member, I always stay at Hilton products, and find Hampton Inn to be among the best wherever we travel. In Columbus, GA, it was located near the interstate and downtown, and a short trip to Ft. Benning. The staff was superb, parking was quite adequate, and amenities plentiful. Breakfast choices were quite good and several nearby restaurants provided options for other meals.

Everything was great. Easy to reach location. Room was clean well taken care of. Although we were there for 4 nights we hardly heard a sound from outside our room. Staff was friendly and very helpful since we were new to the area. The breakfast area was clean and offered a good variety of food. We asked to be placed away from the elevators. She said we will not be anywhere near the elevators. I guess she assumed since the elevators had it's own hall that counts as being away from the elevators, but our room was located directly across from the elevator hallway! This room was DIRTY ! In addition it had not been updated since the hotel was built! The price DID NOT reflect that at all! There were stains all over the tile floor beside the toilet.
