The only positive experience from this stay was the night manager was very helpful and informed for it being past midnight when we checked in. She was there when we checked out five hours later and was still pleasant. The room was nice enough considering all we wanted to do was sleep in a bed. The sheets were clean, but the bathroom looked terrible, and the dirty, congested, lobby was full of people who were either ill tempered, drunk, or behaving in a manic manner. My experience was HORRID!!! I made reservations over the phone which was great the woman was very nice and helpful. I arrived at the hotel - to check in and their system was down my family and I waited over 45mins I begged to have a key and the hotel clerk write down the room she'd given me and enter it into there system once it was up and running she agreed which was perfect! There were several cameras in the parking lots for the desk clerk to check on any problems. I felt very confident leaving our car there. The room was clean and well maintained. The check in was at 3pm and went very well. The room was clean. However, this hotel smells of marijuana. I did not know what the smell was until my friend told me. Sometimes it was really strong down the hallway and on the elevator. It gave me a headache. Management and staff was responsive to requests but needs to be a little more friendlier.

We asked if there was a pool and the cleaning lady told us that there was so we went walking around looking for it and there wasn't one. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed. The "breakfast" was horrible. The juice machine didn't work. No meat. Just cereal, stale bagels and self made waffles. The housekeeping staff was the laziest, especially for such a small, location. My tub was not cleaned. They made my bed with the same sheets from the night before. I know this because there was a pizza stain from the night before. When I politely pointed this out to the staff, he got very rude and said I would be charged $10 for the stain... Read more

Clean but very ran down. People were nice in office. Air would not cool and got worse as the night went on. Apparently we weren't the only people staying there with that problem. A litttle money spent on renovations and new air units in the rooms would bring the ratings up a great deal. We won't be staying there again. There are plenty of affordable hotels in the area without spending too much for a good nights sleep.

I've stayed in almost every hotel around Atlanta airport because of my job, and I have them classified in 3 groups. This is in the "never again" group. Spend the extra 25 bucks to get into the nicer places. However, if you just need a place to crash for a few hours and shower, this will suffice. When you first pull up, the hotel is illuminated with alternating blue and red flood lights, and you think it's going to be somewhat nice. But when you step inside, that illusion is gone. Paid $80 for a room worth $35. You can tell people had done drugs in the bathroom by the stains on the sink and the crack in the toilet bowel? It was clean enough but still didn't feel right to walk barefoot. Tiny room and had a smell, inspite of the non- smoking sign. The experience was ok just grateful considering the sercomstances. Public areas were in rough shape and dirty. If we hadn't been exhausted would have looked for another place to stop. Our reservation (made thru Wyndham) was given to someone else with the same last name. Room was minimally cleaned, would not use the shower and wore my flip flops except in bed! Bed was clean and comfortable, but we had no desire to eat the free breakfast in the dirty cramped breakfast area. Was OK as a last resort-- but I won't go back.

As a past associate of Wyndham, it was a disgrace to say this hotel was associated with there brand. The room was filthy. There was hair in the beds, and toothpaste stains all over the sink. Along with this, there were dried food stains in the sheets in BOTH beds. The carpeted floor was strangely sticky. I would not recommit his hotel or expect this from a Wyndham hotel. AVOID THIS HOTEL

Hotel is convenient to the Atlanta airport and has a regular shuttle service during the day but the shuttle was not running at 10 PM when we returned so we had to hitch a ride with another hotel's shuttle. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet so we had a good night's sleep. Reservations desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room and public spaces were clean but in need of updating...a trade-off for the value price.

This was one of the worst experiences for me for the dollar amount I spent for one night. The facilities were not clean. The shower/tub was mold infested. I felt very uncomfortable!

Used this hotel with sleep-park-fly. Rate was very good and we had spent a night there several years ago. Our experience this time was very different. This hotel is going downhill. It is dirty and falling apart. From the dirty stained carpet to the dirty gray tub floor to the toilet that clearly had not been cleaned, it did not even meet standards for a budget hotel. The breakfast items that required refrigeration were room temperature BECAUSE THE REFRIGERATOR WAS MISSING THE DOOR! On the positi... Read more

The hotel seemed better than last time we stayed. Room was clean and comfortable, staff very helpful, good breakfast and efficient shuttle. We are locals but had an early flight so it was very convenient, especiallay the parking . Good value.

Dirty. There was a squished grape on the floor and hair in the bathroom and gross marks all over walls. Very run down. Needs an update, coat of paint, etc.

The bathroom was dirty the sheets where not clean there M&Ms on the floor and there were roaches. When my mother and I would ask for help the lady at the front desk was rude. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day but they are not allowed on the people who have nothing to do with it.

This hotel was close to the airport, offered airport shuttle service & was a descent rate. It is very run down inside. The carpets & wallpaper are very old, the doors did not fit well, and the ac units were hit & miss (set my heat for 74 degrees overnight, woke up 2 hours later sweating in a sauna. The free breakfast has make your own waffles & not much else.

I visited the Atlanta area last minute to handle some business and I booked this hotel because of the rate and it was close to the airport which is where I had to go. Just overall, the room was filth. The bathroom was disgusting. The smell was horrible. I wouldn't dare go back. If my trip wasn't so short I would have definitely left and went elsewhere but there was really no point.

This property is fine for a short stay if you need to catch an early flight. The wait for the airport shuttle pick up was 30+ minutes but was right on time for drop off. The property has some "wear and tear" I was on the ground floor I could hear the guests beside me clearly. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The Staff was friendly, Nice Hotel. My only problems were the shower in the handicap room was horrible. The shower sprayer didn't have anywhere to hang, an the water went all over the floor. The Door tothe bathroom is so hard to slide open for a handicap person. Lastly the bathroom still had hair on the floor , no garbage bags an the soap was on the floor ( gonna ssy thry dropped by mistake ).

It was okay for our one night. I had a few issues... my card being charged twice for the 1night stay, the toilet running all night (so annoying) my husband not being able to watch no sports because we only had one channel that worked.

Stayed two nights and I wanted to leave on the first night. I checked in and was given room 126. The room was ok but the bathroom had not been cleaned and the tub was filthy. The hotel clerk was very nice and switched me to room 128. Unfortunately, the bathtub was filthy and the shower curtain was black at the bottom from mold, mildew and dirt. The walls even had mold. I asked for the tub to be cleaned and the hotel clerk asked me was the tub gray in color. I said no. It's the color of dirt. ... Read more

Ok I under stand a deposit is need. But they charge you twice. On charge actually go thru on your credit card and second charge actually pends for over 14 days. Waiting for it to fall off. When they can just go in to cancel the transaction. Makes no sense. Housekeeping is little aggressive when you are entitled to a late check-out.
