We had an 6 AM flight so we chose to stay the night before near the airport. There are many "Park & Fly" hotels near the airport, but this worked out really well. The room rates were reasonable and parking for a week for just $10 extra was a good deal. The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes and was right on time both on the way out and back. We had no complaints with our room. The only drawback is that once you get to the hotel the eating/drinking options are extremely limited and there'... Read more

We love Holiday Inn Express, and have stayed at quite a few over the years. Primarily we like the reliable included hot breakfast and the usually nice-enough fitness centers. Would've given this 4 stars (or even 5?) except the walls were quite thin and even when they kept their voices down (which they didn't, often), we could still hear our noisy neighbors til 3-4am. The front desk did call them and ask them to quiet down, which worked somewhat, but again, walls were still thin. Appreciated how ... Read more

This is not the newest hotel at Atlanta Airport, and its not the most expensive hotel, but it is a great hotel with great service and very convenient to Airport. The hotel has a shuttle that will take you to airport and the van drivers are really friendly. Rooms are showing their age, but lady at front desk told me they would be renovating rooms this summer. The ladies at breakfast are so nice. I travel for work and I like staying where I can count on the employees to be friendly and helpful... Read more

I never really was comfortable with my stay here. The first room I was given, the air conditioning was not working. I returned to the front desk and was given another room. The front desk apologized and was prompt at assigning me another room. The hotel is not one of the newer Holiday Inn Express, it shows some aging.

I originally gave this a good review as recent as 6 months back. But this time was awful. The room had went up on price by $30!! What I was quoted on the phone was not what I ended paying. For the exact same room, I paid $115 last few times I stayed. This time it was $145. Well I say the exact same room...except this time, the room was much smaller and just didn't feel clean. The shower had other people's hair in it. If it wasn't already almost midnight and we weren't leaving at 7am anyway, I w... Read more

Great spot. Friendly. Always clean. And a ride to airport. Coffee maker. Great place to park when you are going on a trip. And a great breakfast too. Good coffee to go. And the shuttle is reliable too. Not a better airport hotel than this one. Book it.

Obviously a good location for travelers using ATL. Once inside you do not notice the airplane noise. Friendly staff. Excellent beds. Quiet rooms Breakfast was the standard offering but tasted fresher than other hotel breakfast buffets. There is also a modest walker's trail nearby, useful for stretching the legs. Renovation is just starting, so it will get better.

My stay at the hotel at Holiday Inn Express & suites in College Park was a wonderful stay. I felt very important by the way your staff treated me and my husband. I would like to extend and very very thank you to Michelle...Abby...and Gloria. I think that you have a diamond in the ruff with those three to represent your hotel. I will never forget them and anytime I'm in the College park area visiting over night this is where I'd come!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor security. I came to the back door to get into the hotel and my key card would not work. I knocked and waited but nothing. So I have to circle the hotel and come in the front entrance. There was the women behind the desk flipping through a magazine. To top it off after I told her my card would work she asked what room and re-programed my key without and identification. It was bad enough she was to lazy to open the back door for me but giving me a key for a room without identification is one ... Read more

Got here because my reservation at another hotel nearby was done erroneously and did not had any rooms left. It was a good thing that happened!! the hotel was under renovations, but it was really kept clean, it is located directly under the path of planes taking off from Atlanta International, and of course that means way lot noise, but... the windows are fantastic, extremely well noise insulated, deep sleep, no plane noise! it seems that the parking lot is kind of small, but i think a large p... Basic hotel. Had a small pool outside that we didn't use and free breakfast. The breakfast was ok and became crowded around 8:30. Overall, the hotel served my purpose of sleeping. Didn't hear the planes from my room. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again.

Great place to stay with your family or friends. The staff is warm and friendly. Our room was nice and clean. The room includes a fridge, microwave and a keurig machine for all those coffee lovers. The bed so comfortable and 2 pillows one firm and 1 soft. For sure a good night's sleep. There is a pool located outside the hotel and it's open from 10am-10pm. They also have a workout room. Your stay includes a hot breakfast which is served from 6 -9:30am each morning. It's early but so worth it. Ou... Read more

This Hotel has everything you may need for a traveling stop. We stay there two nights and the room was ok, it has microwave and a fridge inside the room. The people at front desk we're friendly and really helpful. The only thing is the bathroom in the room are a little bit small. I will stay here again.

Very good service. The staff was great and the shuttle was awesome. The rooms were clean . The pool was out of order. I did the stay park and fly and everything went great. Also the shuttle took my wife and I to dinner and picked us up. Awesome!!

People are nice but I had trouble with the shuttle coming from the airport. The hotel was overcrowded with a group. The elevator didn't work properly. In general, I would stay away if you are coming to Atlanta for an important business meeting because this hotel seems to appeal too much to big groups and casual leisure travel.

I had room 419 & 421 at this hotel. Room 419 had hair & makeup on sheets, which I let the front desk agent know & someone was sent up to change them (check your sheets). 421 coffee maker is broken & will not close up. I didn't complain to front desk, because most of the time that don't report it, so I thought it was best to put it on tripadvisor or the hotels review page. There were 2 groups of family reunion's there at the hotel, which consist of very loud talking up until 1:00 in the morni... Read more

So to start with, I call for a shuttle from the courtesy phone at the airport and get put on hold. I look at my watch to see what time it is after what seemed like 5 minutes, but may have been less. Then after 11 more minutes while still on hold, I call them from my cell and they pick right up. I tell them I'm also on hold on the other line and instead of apologizing just said well I guess you can just hang that one up. Turned out I didn't need to call at all as it just comes every half hour. An... Read more

We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk clerk. She readily provided information for airport parking and features of the hotel. Fast and efficient. We asked for a crib and she promptly had one delivered by William in engineering. William is an exceptional gentleman. Very professional and dedicated. This hotel is well worth the money in my opinion. Your snuggled away from the strip of the clubs, congestion and noise, yet, when your ready to get your club on, there are many to choose from on the strip and as far as eating, there are two popular Mexican restaurants, soul food place by the name of "Big Daddy's", several sports bars, as well as a host of fast food chains. As far as the service at the hotel, I give them four stars, for they strive to accommodate you in every which way. The ro... Read more

Renovated recently, I think, but it still felt old--hard to put my finger on what made it feel that way. Location near to airport, but isolated. No where to walk to. Beds must have been good, because we overslept and missed the breakfast, so can't report on that. I usually give HIE hotels a better than average rating.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I have always had pretty good experience. They have always let us do the park and fly so i like my vehicle is in there lot while i am gone and the shuttle us to airport and drop us off at our terminal, which is great due to airport is so large I never know where to go there. They also have a great complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from. Even one time our flight was so early we were leaving before breakfast and they sent us out with a brown ba... Read more

I stayed here once before, but didn't put a review out so unfortunately I reserved a room while I was on the road and I am stuck here. Double Room is very small. Vanity is almost too small to put anything on it. No Fridge or Microwave in the room. No desk to work from, just a round table and two sitting chairs. Outlet to plug into for laptop didn't work at all. I won't stay here again. Wish I would have taken a picture of the room before I spread my stuff out so you could see this. Expen... Read more

I was uneasy when I walked in and saw the signs in the lobby about the current renovations, and wondered if I would regret my choice of this hotel. My room was in reasonable shape - I've stayed at other HIE's that were more worn out - but the hotel just felt old. Room size was fine. Bed wasn't uncomfortable but also wasn't particularly comfortable either. Thankful for the outlets and USB plugs on the nightstand. Shower does not drain efficiently - this is the second HIE this summer to have that ... Read more

This is a typical Holiday Inn near an airport. The shuttles run each ½ hour day and night. It was clean and the desk personnel were pleasant. The included breakfast was typical for a chain hotel in the U.S. I will utilize this facility again when traveling through Atlanta.

The hotel is very basic but not in the sense that it has nothing to offer. It literally has almost everything you need for a stay in a hotel near the airport. Rooms have lighting, air conditionning, TV, mirror, a desk, chair, coffee maker a nice window with a view of the pool or front portion of the property, etc. You're not paying for high-end luxury so why some reviewers expect that is beyond me. I work for a small hotel chain with hotels ranging from 3-5 stars and let me tell you that this h... Read more

This hotel is under construction so we didn't get to experience the pool or fitness room but it was seriously one of the best Holiday Inns that I've ever stayed at. The staff was great, our room was super clean and breakfast was well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Two thumbs up.

Stayed for two nights while visiting a family member in hospice - so it wasn't a pleasure trip. The hotel had everything I needed - professional service people, comfortable bed, hot, hot shower. Stayed in Room 216, which was close to the elevator but quiet. They have breakfast, too, and it looked good.

My family and pet dogs stayed at the hotel during a hurricane evacuation. While not the fanciest of hotels (and there were renovations going on), this was a very welcoming hotel under rather extreme conditions. The staff was uniformly friendly and the room met our needs. The rates were quite good compared to other hotels in the area.
