This hotel is under construction but still remains quiet. The lobby area is great but the rooms definitely need upgrading. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Gave some great recommendations for restaurants. We stay here every time we come in for work!

We spent there 2 nights, right before a vacation. We arrived around 10pm. The reception area was dirty a lot of garbidge was on the floor. As a platimum member, I do belive, I have some preferences to expect. I always want a quiet room, far from the elevator. I double checked it before visiting a room, and I was told, it is far away from the elevators. You can image the feeling, after an overseas flight with heavy luggages we approached our room, and it was right in front of the elevators. The f... Read more

It looks like there are renovations but then when you really start to look it appears to be much unfinished projects. The rooms are the smallest I have seen in a hix. The beds are well beyond their life. Otherwise the staff was courteous and the breakfast was like every other. For all hix I would say it is is time to remodel your breakfast. If you can find another hotel in the area I would recommend it.

The hotel was packed with high school football players in town for a camp (In guessing). So that made the hotel loud and crowded. A group of them cut in front of me at the elevator; their mother would be ashamed. But that's not the hotel's fault. It is undergoing renovations so it is less than perfect right now. But the bed was comfy and I slept well despite being next to the stairwell; I woke up a few times to the sound of the door opening and closing to the stairs. The shuttle to the airport ... Read more

Stayed here while attending a weekend training class held at the hotel. No complaint at all. Wonderful breakfast, very helpful desk staff, quite room. All good! Very close to ATL & there are a few restaurants nearby (none within short walk though).

Where do I start? I guess at the parking lot. You have to drive over metal spikes to get in and use a key code to get out. HUH? You can't leave without a code? Scary. The hotel was booked solid because of a winter storm grounding planes and even though we had a long time reservation and were platinum level we did not get what we had asked for, a top floor away from the elevator. So it was a noisy place. No coffee or tea available in the lobby. I've never been in a HIE without this. The furnitur... Read more

Very good room, friendly staff at check in, decent rate and location, good breakfast for a quick meal. The problem was on day 1 we left at 11:15 am on New Years Eve and saw maid in hall to say we were leaving for the day. In order for a room to be serviced you must be out by 12 noon. We returned at 10:00 pm after a long day and New Years Eve events to a room that was not serviced. Told management on duty and he apologized and handed us linens and coffee and did all he could since the staff let ... Read more

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express College Park on October 8, 2016. Unfortunately, a big storm came in prior to our arrival, which had grounded some planes and packed the hotels around the airport. I had made the reservation by phone, and called twice to let them know we rented the room for October 8, but would not be checking in until October 9th at 0630 after a red eye flight. We only stayed there for 6 hours due to a long layover for a very long journey. Anyway, get to the hotel to find out th... Read more

Driving into the parking lot is one of the scariest things ever. I've never had to drive over spike strips before and thought I was going to pop my tires each time. Guess that's the price of free parking though. Entire hotel is currently being updated and you can see it throughout. Dirty and dusty with walls missing paint and wallpaper. I think it will look quite nice when it is done but it is definitely a work in progress right now. Pretty sure our room was one of the already updated on... Read more

**Professional FAM Trip** Hotel is undergoing renovations, even so the property and rooms are in great shape. Check-In: Timely and excellent, lots of construction in the lobby. Completed rooms are in much better shape than the older rooms, but both are acceptable. Stay: There is very little noise during the renovation (In other words, it's quiet). Room clean, bathroom clean, furniture in both old and new rooms are clean and modern. Check-Out: Painless and easy. TV and Entertainment Note: On... Read more
