The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Upon arrival Thursday afternoon, the parking valet staff was professional and helpful, and explained the options for valet service vs. self-parking. One gentleman moved my car to a convenient location while I went inside to check-in. When I returned to self-park my car, he would not accept a gratuity. Very thoughtful. Flew in from Tampa, spent one night, taught 2 classes back to back. Nine hour day at the podium. The red coat service made me think I was in the JW Marriott. Young lady comes up and says "can I get you something to eat?!? How thoughtful. I'm a Marriott Platinum and today reminded me why. Stayed just one night for a meeting. Staff was friendly, check-in and check-out was quick. Room appeared clean, however very dated with popcorn ceilings. Did not utilize any amenities but meeting appetizers were tasty. Had a problem with internet at check-in and staff resolved within minutes by coming to the room. Good location for a one night stay however to dated for me.

Okay; this property is next to the airport like so close it could be airport property. However there is nothing in walking distance and the area is surrounded by old parking lots or something like that.. however once in the Hotel it's great. There is an indoor out space that is so comfortable and the lobby is great for relaxing. The property feels and looks new.

Great stay in Atlanta close to event in Peachtree City and we didn't have to get into the Atlanta traffic! Perfect place! Had outdoor and indoor pool and room service was GREAT!!! Valet was super nice and affordable parking for Atlanta area as well!

Location was central to all the wedding venues. Didn't need to rent a car, Marriott shuttle picked us up at the airport and returned us to the airport. There are onsite restaurants and a bar. The brunch menu was outstanding and price reasonable. The room they gave us was handicapped equipped. Loved their toiletries, especially the body lotion. It had a nice wood smell. It was quiet and even had an onsite Starbucks.

I drove in from the Memphis, Tn. area. The hotel was easy to find. I decided to use valet parking, since it's only $4.00 more than self parking. It is very convenient and the valets are very courteous, cordial , and professional. I had several items so I was offered valet service for my bags as well. We stayed here on a Saturday night for an early Sunday flight out of ATL. With a room rate of $150 for the night, that included up to 7 days of parking at the hotel lot, it couldn't be beat. Marriott is one of my favorite hotel chains. This one is just ok. The lobby is nice and updated but the rooms could use some work. The one we had was squidgy and the décor was a bit ugly. I do not like to pay to park at a hotel. You pay here. We did not stay long enough to use the pool or find a restaurant. It is easy to get to the airport and the cost is reasonable.

I spent four nights here on a recent work trip. All of the staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the gym is well appointed. I like the concierge lounge and they do a fine job. The only negative is getting in and out of parking can be a challenge -- keys fail far to often.

Marriott, shame on you for not having ANY sensitivity to those of us who have gluten allergy and for NOT PROPERLY TRAINING YOUR KITCHEN OR WAIT STAFF. I had diarrhea for 10 days. All around great customer service, but some people just stood out more. I visited the hotel for a job related conference. Front desk staff, Ashlee, was awesome. Due to a missed connection I was stuck in Atlanta and of course went to my Marriott app to book a room close by. I was picked up by the courtesy van driver and they quickly got me over to the hotel. Check in was a breeze, staff is super friendly. The pools are very nice and our teenage boys are loving the fitness center. The business center is expensive to use computers and printers. The beds are okay, not the most comfortable, but will do for one night. The rooms are a decent size and were very clean. My husband and boys enjoyed the pools and I enjoyed relaxing in the warm Atlanta sun. We would recommend!

This is definitely one of the best places to have a meeting near the airport in Atlanta. Upon arrival the lounging area was immaculate. There is a media center and Starbucks on the main floor near the entrance. The restaurant offered a variety to eat and the price was very reasonable. The meeting spaces are very spacious and accommodating for large and small groups. I will definitely support having meetings at this location again in the future.

The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was amazing, and the service was great! Stayed for two nights. The only complaint I have is the vending machines were outrageously expensive, and not very convenient. I found a local grocery store to get what I needed.

Service and room were great. I paid through Airport parking and left my car there for a week with no problems. The cost was approximately equal to other Park and Fly locations. I'm a Marriott Rewards member and booked the room with Reward Points. I ate in the lobby bar/ cafe. Not the best, just average. Service was less than attentive. The bell staff, front desks, and the valets were very helpful, as were the shuttle drivers.

I stay here once a year for a conference. The rooms are nothing special but are alway clean. My colleague and I ate at Bentleys and our food took forever and was cold this year. Not sure what is going on, but heard others complaining about food service here now since the restaurants have been redone.

I had a great view of the runway so I could watch planes take off and land. Noise free room! The 2 "queen" beds were more like a double bed. They have a great website for airport parking. Just $7,.00 a day! Park at the hotel and get their shuttle to and from the airport. Good front desk staff. Slight mix up with my reservation but it was finally resolved.

One evening Ms. Zakiah Moton and I were sharing a laugh at the front desk,an elderly Aisan gentleman came running into the hotel very frighten and almost hysterical. I booked my parking through for this hotel. Booking my parking for the airport was at a discount through that website and EASY! I stayed there the last two nights. As expected from a Marriott property, it's clean, has the amenities I need, etc. One problem is the bedding; one of the reasons I've stayed at Marriott over the years is the guarantee of a good night's sleep. Stayed at this hotel for 5 days for a conference. Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Venue and ambience was outstanding. Only had 1 issue. The housekeeping staff did not clean our room one day and we had to call for clean towels. We left in the morning and returned around 5pm. The maid came by after we received the towels but we were taking a nap before our night activity. Still rated them 5 stars. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Unfortunately the usual Marriott experience was overshadowed by the horrendous service in the lobby restaurant. On our way home from Detroit to Tampa through Atlanta, we missed our connecting flight due to not being able to land because of weather. Southwest gave us a discount at a Ramada Inn. I saw the reviews on here and I decided to go with Marriott and give up the discount because Marriott's are consistent which this one is. I would suggest new carpet, baseboards and front doors to update. The beds and furniture are great.

We stay in a variety of Marriott hotels frequently. Not comparing this one with the resort style Marriott's, it is the nicest one yet. The bell hop Jeffrey is phenomenal. The front desk staff and restaurant staff were attentive and helpful! The room was clean and the pool refreshing! I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

Great service, great pool, great restaurant bar...stayed for a long aware that you have to pay for parking, even if you self park... (1) the rooms are dated, the mattresses are uncomfortable; (2) there was construction going on all over the hotel. Next to my rooms at 7am until 6pm. We stayed at the Marriott Atlanta Airport prior to flying out of ATL for the Rio Olympics. The staff at the hotel bent over backwards to help with my travel plans. The 7 days of parking included with the "stay here, fly there" room rate, was a huge bonus. Arranging the additional 14 days of parking on site was easy and affordable. This is my second stay. I wanted to see if it was as good as it was in 2 years. It was. I like this hotel because it has a 15-30 minute shuttle to the airport. Once you get to the airport, you can get to Marta which for a small amount of money, offer a day-pass that can take you anywhere in metro Atlanta by train, subway, trolley, or bus. You don't need a car. You can get to the MLK Center, Centennial Park, downtown ATL and sports arenas. Don't rent a car. Free Airport Shuttle.

Must say that the employees are the best asset to this hotel. Very warm and friendly. Everyone had a greeting for you. Good food on sight at Voya bistro. Comfortable rooms. Seems to have trouble with leaks as multiple drying fans and caution signs seen throughout the property. Exercise room had no fully functional treadmills, either no picture, no sound, or no working screen.

I spent two nights recently at the Atlanta Airport Marriott, and was overall quite happy with the experience. The room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the transportation from the airport was a big plus. Stayed overnight for business. Greeted by the bellman and front desk staff and felt very welcomed at the hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. We reserved a room on 20 minutes before arriving at the hotel. While checking in we discovered that a daily parking fee of $20 was not included in the rate. We have stayed here 5 or 6 times over the last 2 years. The rooms were bright & restful with carpeting. Art work was on the wall. The last 2 visits the rooms were dark cold with strange wall mural.The floor had a distressed wood look as well as the cabinets. The new look was not very calming.We will not be staying there again.

The Atlanta airport Marriott is one of the better options near the ATL airport. It is a Marriott so everything is pretty much standard issue, from the photos on the walls to the eggs for breakfast. Nevertheless, if you are simply passing through for a night or two that consistency can be a good thing. The shuttle is timely (which is saying something in ATL) and the staff are pretty friendly. I was booked to stay at this hotel for a group meeting and was very pleasantly surprised. I had to wait about an hour for my room (I was early) and spent the time in the vast lobby/lounge area. Great wifi, nice Starbucks and even used one of the dinner booths to do work. It was a great place to do business. The staff was top-notch, always checking if things were ok. Incredible 5 Star Service from every staff member I encountered during my 3 day stay. Friendly and out of their way helpful. I held a conference here. Great food quality nice meeting room and on time service. Will most definitely use this hotel for my next conference. Comfortable bed and pillows nice lounge sofa and modern sofa table to chill. I am an elite member for Marriott so I am usually treated very well at all of their hotels. At check in I advised the clerk that since I had difficulty walking, I would need a room near the elevator. She assured me that it was close. When I got to my floor and started walking and walking I finally found my room to be the last one on the corridor. This hotel has THE NICEST staff! We were in Atlanta for a conference and had one of the best business trips because of this hotel. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable but the staff is exceptional! I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again.

We stayed in this hotel a few years ago for the Ga ETC and another conference. I remember it being a really nice then. Since that time, the hotel has been given (and is still working on) an update. Our room on the 8th floor has received that update and was beautiful. Now there are hardwood floors and (I think) a 47" TV with Netflix and Hulu installed. A big plus for us. We frequently stay at this hotel and are always pleased. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Our room on this stay was newly renovated and looked so modern. The only issue is that on Saturday morning I was not feeling well and there was a good amount of noise from an above floor.

Recently spent a night here after a business meeting and was impressed to see the improvements that had been made to the lobby, restaurant(s) and the registration area. All very modernized. Rooms were also updated. Overall I would recommend it. Staff was friendly throughout.

This place has updated its rooms, making it the best stay in the area. They are still remodeling but need some help. The restaurants are behind the local requirements of a good sports but fall far short, same sushi, same bad choices. Expensive wine pours, bad service, lack of TV connections with no knowledge of what is going on with what is happening. They need help. Park & Fly is still AOK. Rooms prices are low.

I checked in at about four p.m. and went up to my room. Smallish, no view, no carpet (didn't look like hardwood, looked like plastic fake wood). As soon as I got there, I became aware of a nasty buzzing/drilling sound. After about 40 minutes of it, I called the desk; they told me it would be done at six (only two hours of the most annoying noise ever). Had dinner at the steakhouse on site (reviewed separately). I stay at Marriott Branded properties quite often. My boss and I had a call to make near the airport so I booked this hotel as it says 1 1/2 miles away. After 4 trips around the airport using a GPS we finally found the hotel. My GPS was thrown off several times. Arriving at the hotel I explained my frustration. My husband was in town for business and I joined him to spend time with a friend. I planned to sleep in and enjoy my lazy days while he worked----not happening! The housekeeping staff are constantly slamming doors of adjacent rooms and the hotel is under construction. It was so obnoxious, I looked outside to see if it was a child.
